According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the Pied Piper's attorneys claim they have evidence that outlines a murder-for-hire plot involving prison officials and another inmate to have him whacked inside the North Carolina penitentiary where he's serving his 30-year sentence for sex crimes.

Kelly's legal team submitted a sworn statement from a terminally ill inmate and Aryan Brotherhood gang leader named Mikeal Glenn Stine, who explicitly claimed authorities offered him his freedom to spend his last days on the outside -- in exchange for murdering the singer.

The day began with the judge delaying a decision on Diddy's defense motion for a mistrial ... the decision will come down Tuesday morning, after prosecutors submit their response. This is all in relation to some prior testimony from Cassie and a friend about an alleged incident where Diddy held the friend over a balcony at Cassie's home.

"Jane" was back on the stand for more testimony, answering questions from prosecutor Maurene Comey ... telling jurors about a violent incident at her home.

Diddy's ex-girlfriend "Jane" says he beat the crap out of her a couple weeks after the Cassie beating video was released ... and she claims the violence all started with a verbal argument about another woman.

Jane testified Monday she didn't see Diddy for about a month after the Cassie beating video aired on CNN in May 2024 ... until they met up at her home in Los Angeles on June 18 in what she said ended up being "a very terrible day."

She told jurors Diddy had just come from a family trip to Utah and they were talking in her backyard and drinking champagne and tequila when she says she confronted him about who he was traveling with in Utah.

Diddy's ex-girlfriend "Jane" is providing some interesting behind-the-scenes color in her testimony ... telling the jury she was with Diddy at his Miami estate when he got some bad news -- the Cassie beating video had just been released on national TV.

The woman testified Monday she was with Diddy at his Star Island home when the Cassie assault clip first aired on CNN in May 2024 ... and she said they first learned about it when there was a knock on their door.

Jane said one of Diddy's adult sons came to the bedroom and told his father, "Something happened." She told jurors Diddy then went to huddle with his team and his family, and she gave them space.

A man is in custody after throwing hands with three cops in Fargo, North Dakota -- and the whole brawl was caught on wild video!

As you can see in the footage, 37-year-old Joseph Manitowabi goes full beast mode -- breaking free from three cops and landing punches to each of their faces … including a female officer.

The burly dude then bolts across the street -- but Fargo PD tells TMZ there was a quick pursuit before Manitowabi was caught and arrested for preventing arrest, assaulting three officers, meth possession, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Adam "Pacman" Jones busted a cop's lip after "intentionally" throwing an elbow at the officer's face during his arrest Saturday ... new court documents, obtained by TMZ Sports, state.

The incident, according to the docs, took place at the Kenton County Detention Center in Covington, Ky. at around 1:48 AM -- roughly an hour after Jones had been placed into custody for allegedly being drunk in public.

The docs state that during questioning outside of a bar at around 12:45 AM, Pacman cussed at police ... all while displaying several signs of intoxication -- including "glossy eyes" and "slurred speech."
