Gambino family crime boss John Gotti’s daughter Victoria is making a desperate plea to a New York judge to keep her fraudster son out of the clink ... 'cause he's planning to donate one of his kidneys to her.
In a lengthy letter submitted Wednesday to U.S. District Court Judge Nusrat Choudhury, obtained by TMZ, the “Growing Up Gotti” star said her "Miracle Child" Carmine Agnello has stepped up to donate a kidney after she learned she has chronic kidney disease ... and she argues that undergoing such a procedure while in prison would be a major risk to his health.
Therefore, she is begging the judge to give Carmine probation for the $1.1 million COVID fraud he pleaded guilty to in 2024. ICYMI, Gotti's grandson admitted to fraudulently applying for three COVID relief loans for his business, Crown Auto Parts ... and the feds say he used $420,000 of the loan money to invest in a cryptocurrency business.
Rickea Jackson Gets Restraining Order Against James Pearce Jr. ... 'Truly In Fear For My Life'
WNBA star Rickea Jackson filed for a restraining order days after she was the alleged victim in a domestic dispute with Atlanta Falcons defensive end James Pearce Jr. ... telling the court she was in fear for her life, and feared that without the order, "James will kill me."
According to docs -- obtained by TMZ Sports -- Jackson went to court on Feb. 9 to seek a temporary injunction for protection against her ex-boyfriend, which was granted. A hearing for a permanent injunction is scheduled for next month.
As part of the order, Pearce Jr. is not to have contact with Jackson or be within 500 feet of her residence. He's also been ordered not to come within 100 feet of her car at any time.

Pro Football Player Jordan Jones Alleged Killer's Mug shot Released
TMZ Sports has obtained the mug shot of Daniel Di Vonne Parsons -- the man accused of killing pro football player Jordan Jones during an altercation outside of a Georgia bar.
Parsons, 25, was charged with felony murder, aggravated assault, and aggravated battery after Jones was fatally shot outside of Saddle Bar in Acworth, Georgia, on March 7.
We spoke with the bar manager about the incident this week, who told us Jones, one of their security staffers, stepped in to break up a fight between a woman and Parsons, according to their surveillance video, which was handed over to police.

"90 Day Fiance" star Eric Rosenbrook avoided any jail time as part of his operating under the influence case amid his battle over his late child’s autopsy, TMZ has learned.
According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Eric pleaded no contest to the charge, and prosecutors dismissed two other charges brought against the TLC star. The court ordered him to pay $968 in fines.
In addition, Eric’s driver's license was suspended for six months and he needs to complete an alcohol assessment program. The charges were related to an incident on July 5, 2025, days after Eric’s wife, Leida Margaretha, called cops to accuse him of abuse.

Adrian Peterson Strikes Plea Deal In April '25 DWI Arrest
Adrian Peterson can put one of his 2025 DWI arrests behind him ... the former All-Pro running back reached a deal with Minnesota prosecutors, pleading guilty to one count of driving while impaired -- TMZ Sports has learned.
According to court documents, Peterson was sentenced to 90 days at the Hennepin County Adult Corrections Facility, but he won't have to spend it behind bars -- 'cause the sentence was stayed for the next year with conditions.
Peterson must perform 32 hours of community service within 180 days ... and, as part of his probation agreement, he'll have to attend a victim impact panel. He was also required to complete an alcohol screening, which documents indicate he already completed.
Per his arrangement with the State, the remaining charges were dropped.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the pills were Adderall -- something she got while recently in Mexico. Our sources say one of the reasons Britney goes down to Mexico so often is to obtain the drug.
Our sources tell us ... those pills will be tested to determine if they contain pure Adderall or an additional substance. It's not uncommon that certain drugs obtained in Mexico are laced with fentanyl, cocaine, meth or other substances.

Phoenix Suns player Dillon Brooks was busted for DUI Friday morning, TMZ Sports has learned.
Authorities tell us ... the small forward was pulled over in Scottsdale around 1 AM for traffic violations. After an investigation, Brooks was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence.
He was taken to Scottsdale City jail and processed ... and was released from custody around 3:30 AM.
