'Looksmaxxing' streamer Clavicular is now jailmaxxing in Florida ... after getting arrested for battery in Fort Lauderdale.

According to jail records, Clavicular -- real name Braden Eric Peters -- was arrested Thursday night on a warrant out of Osceola County and hit with a misdemeanor battery charge.

The 20-year-old posed for a stone-faced mugshot ... staring blankly into the camera. Records list him at 6'1", 170 pounds ... with a bond set at $1,000.

10:25 AM PT -- The University of Alabama issued a statement on Friday about Aden Holloway after he was granted permission to travel outside the state this weekend.

"Nothing has changed with regard to Aden's status with the team.”

Alabama hooper Aden Holloway just got a green light from a judge … but don’t expect him to magically reappear on the court Friday night.

TMZ Sports has obtained court documents that show Holloway asked for -- and received -- permission to leave the state of Alabama after his recent arrest on felony marijuana charges. Because of his bond conditions, he needed approval just to travel … and a judge signed off Friday morning.

The plan? Head to Chicago and return Monday -- right as Alabama gears up for its Sweet 16 matchup with Michigan in a matter of hours … and a possible Elite Eight game if the Crimson Tide advances.

A Maryland homeowner who hired some migrants to replace her roof didn't rat them out to ICE ... the feds say they tracked them down solo.

Here's the deal ... there's a viral video circulating online claiming a Maryland woman hired a bunch of Guatemalan immigrants to replace her roof ... and THEN called ICE to have them deported once they finished the job and before she paid them.

ICE says that's not how it went down.

Another batch of domestic violence allegations against Taylor Frankie Paul has made it to a district attorney's desk ... and they're weighing their options.

Draper Police Chief Rich Ferguson tells TMZ ... the City Prosecutor has submitted the case to the Salt Lake County District Attorney for evaluation ... this is regarding the alleged February incident in which TFP is accused of choking Dakota Mortensen and ripping a necklace off his neck.

According to Ferguson, the D.A. will determine if any charges will be filed ... but even if the D.A. doesn't file charges, the City Prosecutor could still decide to bring forth more legal action in the case.

OJ da Juiceman's reps are rushing to his defense after what they say was an unjust arrest ... which led to a "serious medical emergency."

OJ's management tells TMZ ... "While in custody, OJ suffered a serious medical episode related to his Type 1 diabetes on March 21 and required emergency treatment at Grady Memorial Hospital. His health and safety should never have been put at risk in this way."

As we reported ... the trap rapper was arrested March 15 by the Georgia State Patrol and slapped with 10 charges ... after a trooper claimed OJ passed him on the interstate and pointed a gun at him multiple times.

YNW Melly has been in jail for 7 years waiting for another trial in his Florida murder case ... and he wants out on bond pending that trial.

In court docs, obtained by TMZ, the 26-year-old rapper -- legal name Jamell Demons -- is requesting a release from custody pending trial, through his attorney Drew Findling.

The papers go in depth about the purportedly "dehumanizing" living conditions in the Broward County Jail and their impact on Melly.

According to the docs, Melly started solitary confinement way back in December 2021 on a 23 and 1 schedule -- which means Melly is locked alone in a small cell for 23 hours a day while being allowed out for 1. And he says during that 1 hour, he's not allowed to interact with other detainees.

A woman in Brazil who reportedly confessed to killing her boyfriend and cutting off his testicles because he was trying to rape her 11-year-old daughter has been cleared of the charges of murder and destroying a corpse.

According to multiple reports, Erica Pereira da Silveria Vicente says she saw some troubling texts Everton Amaro de Silva had sent to the young girl ... and then found him on top of her.

Theresa Randle -- the retired actress best known for her roles in "Bad Boys" and "Malcolm X" -- has been arrested again ... TMZ has learned.

According to online records, Randle was booked on March 1 on a felony charge of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. It appears she was released two days later ... with cops citing insufficient evidence as the reason they let her go.

This isn't the first time Randle has run into legal trouble ... remember, we told you about her October 2024 arrest for felony assault.

Taylor Frankie Paul's 'Bachelorette' season's been pulled, but her paycheck hasn't -- the reality star is getting her full salary ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... TFP's contract is for services rendered ... and clearly, she fulfilled those obligations by filming the entire season. She even did most of the promotional tour for the series, until it was upended when ABC yanked it off the schedule in the wake of TMZ posting video of her 2023 domestic violence case.

The 2023 arrest was widely known by ABC, and Taylor did not hide any of her past legal troubles from them.

It's not clear exactly how much Taylor made for the season ... we hear it is in the low-to-mid six figures, which is in line with previously reported salaries. Warner Bros. Discovery is on the hook for that check since it produces the series.

Rapper Desiigner was arrested Monday in South Carolina for domestic violence ... TMZ has learned.

According to the Horry County Sheriff’s Office, the "Panda" rapper was taken into custody for an incident that allegedly happened earlier this month. Desiigner -- whose legal name is Sidney Royel Selby III -- the Horry County Police Department filed the charges and he has since been released on $1,500 bond, according to online records. 

In the police report, obtained by TMZ, cops say the alleged victim told them things went south the moment Selby got home on March 2 ... the mother of his young child said he came in angry, yelling, and tossing car keys ... before it turned physical, she claims. She told police when she tried to leave to retrieve luggage mistakenly left at the airport, Selby ripped the keys from her, tearing her sweatpants.

Jinger Duggar says her heart breaks for the girl her brother Joseph Duggar allegedly assaulted ... adding there is no way to prepare for receiving news like this.

Jinger addressed Joseph's shocking arrest during an episode of her show "The Jinger & Jeremy Podcast" -- which she co-hosts with her husband, Jeremy Vuolo -- released late Tuesday night ... telling fans this past week has felt like it has dragged on for years.

Jinger says she and Jeremy have felt a ton of pain and heartbreak in the aftermath of Joseph's arrest ... especially when they think of the victim -- whom Jinger commends for bravely coming forward and telling cops her story.

Joseph Duggar's wife Kendra has been arrested in Arkansas, TMZ has learned.

A warrant was issued for Kendra Friday … police went to the Duggar family compound in Washington County, Arkansas earlier Friday with a warrant for Kendra's arrest ... but she was not there.

But, now she's been taken into custody, according to the Washington County Detention Center. She was wanted for allegedly endangering the welfare of a minor and false imprisonment.

Amy Duggar King says she is "not surprised" that her cousin, Joseph Duggar, got arrested for allegedly molesting a 9-year-old girl.

In a statement to People, Amy says ... "In light of the recent allegations involving my cousin, Joseph Duggar, I am sickened, heartbroken and deeply angry."

Amy continues ... "My first thoughts are with the victim, a child who deserved to be safe, protected and surrounded by people she could trust. The courage it took for her to come forward, especially after years of carrying something so heavy, cannot be overstated. That bravery deserves to be honored above all else."

Taylor Frankie Paul's 'Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' costar Miranda Hope is breaking her silence.

She took to Instagram Friday to condemn domestic violence, writing that she's "at a loss for words" and "cannot support that kind of behavior."

Sources close to Miranda tell TMZ she saw the video of Taylor throwing stools at Dakota Mortensen for the first time when we posted it yesterday ... and was "shocked and horrified" by the footage. She had more to say on her story ...

"19 Kids and Counting" star Joseph Duggar -- one of Josh Duggar's brothers -- appeared in court in Arkansas for the first time since his arrest for alleged child sex abuse ... and he agreed to be extradited to Florida, the state where he allegedly sexually assaulted a 9-year-old girl.

The reality TV star appeared Friday in court via Zoom and waived his right to an extradition hearing ... and now authorities in Florida have 30 days to pick Joseph up from an Arkansas jail.

As you can see, Joseph is wearing a black-and-white-striped jail jumpsuit as he faces the judge.

TMZ Sports has obtained the probable cause affidavit that details Florida State football player Conor McAneney's arrest ... which states the responding officer punched McAneney in the kisser after the kicker attempted to pull him to the ground.

In the report, cops state the FSU sophomore was being removed from a local bar when he was actively resisting. Cops say they then stepped in to assist ... telling him to leave the bar area and the establishment -- but he still refused to leave, grabbing onto the barrier gates of the business.

From there ... McAneney allegedly escalated a minor incident into a serious offense.
