Ariana Biermann won't be doing any hard time after her DUI arrest ... because she only needs to complete probation and a few community service hours.

The daughter of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann received 24 months of probation and 40 hours of community service as part of her sentence earlier this month in a plea deal.

During her probation, the court is ordering Ariana to stay away from drugs and alcohol ... and, not to associate with anyone who possesses illegal drugs.

Todd Chrisley proudly showed off his prison pump on his way home to Nashville from prison with his daughter, Savannah, Wednesday night -- but oddly didn't show off his face.

Everyone was naturally in a chipper mood heading home from Florida's Federal Prison Camp Pensacola on Wednesday evening after President Donald Trump gave Todd and his wife Julie a full pardon ... nearly three years after they were convicted of conspiring to defraud community banks out of more than $30 million in loans back in 2022.

Julie Chrisley is officially out of federal prison ... released just moments ago ... TMZ has learned.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons tells us ... Julie walked out of Federal Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky on Wednesday evening, not long after her husband, Todd was released from federal prison in Pensacola, Florida.

The Chrisleys -- who were convicted on bank fraud and tax evasion charges in 2022 -- were released hours after President Donald Trump signed off on their pardons.

Larry Hoover Jr. is shouting out Kanye West for sticking his neck out for his father ... because he tells us Ye was instrumental in Larry Hoover getting a commuted sentence from President Trump.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... a pardon for Joe remains a possibility -- however, his case was NOT reviewed during a recent round of presidential pardons.

We're told from sources connected to the family that the current production plan is to have cameras rolling in Florida for Todd and in Kentucky for Julie, ready to capture their release and bring back the classic Chrisley chaos.

Sharay Hayes, an exotic male dancer known as "The Punisher," is apologizing to Cassie Ventura for his role in some sexual encounters with Diddy.

Capricorn Clark, a former Diddy employee, is being cross-examined by Diddy defense attorney Marc Agnifilo ... and she's telling the jury how their relationship changed over time.

Clark previously said she used to manage Cassie, and Agnifilo asked her why they sometimes did not get along. Clark said in 2008, Cassie went from being a sweet model to a feisty girlfriend, getting more "bravado" as her relationship with Diddy progressed.
