BYU's Kennard Davis Jr Arrested For Suspicion of DUI
Top-10 BYU might be without one of its starters against No. 3 UConn on Saturday -- Kennard Davis Jr. was arrested on suspicion of DUI on Thursday.
Davis was involved in a crash in Provo, Utah minutes before noon. During an investigation into the wreck, responding officers had cause to arrest him for suspected DUI.
20-year-old Davis was taken to the police station for further investigation ... and after he was cited with DUI charges and released, he was treated for minor injuries.
Alina Habba Unhinged Man Goes 'Crazy' In Her Office ... After Showing Up With A Baseball Bat
A man reportedly showed up at acting U.S. Attorney for New Jersey Alina Habba's offices in Newark with a baseball bat Wednesday. He attempted to enter the federal building, but he was turned away by security, according to CNN.
The unidentified man returned later without the bat and was let into the building by security officers. He went to Habba's office and entered a waiting room.
'Wicked Tuna' Captain Britton Shackelford Arrested ... for Allegedly Killing Dog
Britton Shackelford -- a professional fisherman who has appeared on a spin-off of the hit show "Wicked Tuna" -- has been arrested for animal cruelty ... according to authorities in North Carolina.
The boat captain was arrested last week after the Dare County Sheriff's Office said they got a call about a missing animal.
After investigating, authorities determined Shackelford was "involved in the incident and discharged a firearm, resulting in the death of the animal." Sheriff's deputies arrested the 57-year-old for felony cruelty to animals and an additional misdemeanor charge.
Tom Brady My Card Store Was Robbed ... Of Nearly $10K In Merch!
A high-end trading card shop owned by Tom Brady was robbed in New York City of nearly $10,000 worth of baseball and Pokémon cards, according to police.
The NYPD says the incident occurred shortly before noon on October 20 ... when a man at CardVault by Tom Brady attempted to purchase items, but his payment declined.
The suspect then allegedly managed to trick the employee into believing the items were paid for, before ultimately walking out of the store with $9,710 worth of merchandise.

A month after Mark Sanchez was involved in a near-fatal fight while in Indianapolis to call an NFL game for FOX, the company has handed the quarterback-turned-broadcaster his pink slip, TMZ Sports has learned.
A FOX Sports spokesperson tells us ... "We can confirm that Mark Sanchez is no longer with the network. There will be no further comment at this time."
We broke the story in early October -- Sanchez, in town to call the Colts vs. Raiders football game, was involved in a bizarre altercation where he allegedly attacked a 69-year-old delivery driver ... prompting the man to stab Mark in self-defense, nearly killing him.

Antonio Brown stood before a judge in New Jersey on Friday morning -- his first appearance in his attempted murder case -- where the former NFL superstar agreed to be transferred to Florida, where he'll fight the felony charge.
Officials for the Essex County Prosecutors' Office tell TMZ Sports that 37-year-old Brown appeared before Judge Barry earlier today and "executed a waiver of extradition," meaning he won't fight being shipped to Miami, the location of the incident that led to the charge.
