One of the stars from a Disney Channel show says he's getting harassed at his new job, slinging ice cream, due to his previous arrest and conviction for interacting with a minor online.

Stoney Westmoreland, who played the grandpa on "Andi Mack," ran to court to get a restraining order against a former neighbor who keeps showing up at the Cold Stone Creamery where Westmoreland works.

In the docs, Westmoreland says the guy has told the store's owner and manager lies about him, accosted Cold Stone customers and told them he's a "child rapist." He says he's feeling frightened by the man's actions, which picked up right around the holidays.

Diddy says the "freak-off" videos the government is trying to use against him actually prove his innocence ... he says the tapes show consensual sex with Cassie and he even claims she appeared to enjoy herself.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Diddy's defense team says they've seen the 9 so-called "freak-off" videos the feds are making a big stink about ... but his attorneys say the content on the tapes amounts to "private sexual activity between fully consenting adults in a long-term relationship."

Diddy's legal team says his ex-girlfriend Cassie "not only consented, but thoroughly enjoyed herself" and "is evidently happy, dominant and completely in control." The docs reference Victim-1, who we now know is Cassie.

A girls youth basketball coach was arrested in Connecticut over the weekend after he allegedly mowed down a man with his car following a verbal dispute ... and it was all caught on video!

The crazy incident occurred in a parking lot after a basketball game just after 11 AM on January 11 at the Horace Porter School in Columbia, CT -- roughly 10 miles south of UConn -- prompting a response from Connecticut State Police.

When troopers arrived, they spoke with the alleged victim who claimed the coach "intentionally ran into them, causing them to go over the roof and hood of the vehicle before falling onto the ground."

A man in Florida was arrested last month after cops allege he made sexual contact with a horse and tried to put his penis in its nose.

TMZ has obtained the arrest affidavit for Donald Calloway ... a 53-year-old man who was arrested on December 26 in Lake Wales, FL.

According to the document ... police say they received a call about alleged sexual activities involving an animal. Cops say an unnamed witness told them she saw a man masturbating next to the head of a 28-year-old horse named Raven.

Two men were arrested for curfew violations within the Palisades Fire evacuation zone not far from Vice President Kamala Harris' Los Angeles property.

The LAPD says they responded to the VP's Brentwood neighborhood around 4:30 AM on Saturday. Two individuals were taken into custody for being in the area past the curfew set due to the ongoing wildfires.

Law enforcement sources told NBC4 there is no evidence the men ever entered the VP's property. The arrests come as heightened security measures are in place in the area due to the ongoing evacuation order zone for the Palisades Fire, which as of Saturday night has burned over 23,000 acres and was only 11% contained.

With the driver's side door open, one officer was closing in, just inches from Jabbar, who the cops couldn't see due to the airbags deploying in his truck. But, without warning, the terrorist came out firing his gun from behind the airbag.

LSU receiver Kyren Lacy -- a potential 2025 first-round pick -- is a wanted man in Louisiana ... cops have just issued an arrest warrant for the footballer after they say he played a role in a fatal car crash last month.

The incident, according to Louisiana State Police, happened on Dec. 17 ... as Lacy was allegedly driving recklessly on a highway near Lafourche Parish in his 2023 Dodge Charger.

Judge Juan Merchan had already signaled Trump would not face prison, fines or probation ... deciding on unconditional discharge -- upholding the conviction, but with no penalties imposed, due to the president-elect's official status.

"Power Rangers" actor Hector David Jr. is cooling his heels behind bars after he pled guilty and was sentenced on Wednesday for assaulting a man in Idaho last year.

Hector, who played the role of the "Green Ranger" in the superhero franchise, pled guilty to misdemeanor battery in a Canyon County Court and was sentenced to 180 days in jail … according to new legal docs.

The judge suspended 135 days of the sentence, meaning he only has to serve 45 days in the clink but will have to keep his nose clean when he gets out to avoid further time behind bars. The judge also placed Hector on 2 years of supervised probation and ordered him to complete 100 hours of community service.

The man accused of killing NHL superstar Johnny Gaudreau and his little brother last year just pleaded not guilty to the criminal charges against him.

Sean Higgins issued the pleas in a New Jersey court room at a post-indictment arraignment on Tuesday morning ... turning down an offer from prosecutors that would have resulted in a 35-year prison sentence.

The case will now move toward a trial -- although Higgins is due back in court for additional proceedings in February.

Authorities said Jabbar was wearing a pair of Meta smart glasses the day he carried out the terrorist attack but he didn't activate the glasses to record the horrific act which left 14 dead and several others injured.

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police have released new video that shows Army Special Forces soldier Matthew Livelsberger's Tesla Cybertruck bursting into flames outside the hotel on the Vegas strip on New Year's Day.

The new video shows another angle as explosives were detonated inside the vehicle causing the truck to explode and burst into flames while Livelsberger sat in the front seat. Officials say he put one of his guns in his mouth, with the shot coming out the left side of his head prior to the explosion.
