It's National French Fry Day ... and what better way to celebrate than looking at hot celebs grubbing down.

Guess what ... Erewhon has slapped a ridiculously expensive price tag on something you can get from a faucet ... kinda.

Here's the deal ... Erewhon just added a new beverage to their menu called "Sacred Water" ... and it's selling for $12.

The drink debuted on the chain's Tonic Bar last week and is part of a partnership with shower filter brand Jolie.

Here's what makes this water "Sacred" ... organic coconut water, organic jasmine tea, organic raw honey, organic holy basil, organic anise hyssop, organic green cardamom, organic white grape juice, and organic coconut milk.

Tony tells us Connor used gold to enhance the color of his skin and to create "superhuman" traits ... and he did see a huge change in him -- he was bolder, more courageous and had elevated energy.

Still, Tony says he warned Connor he should cool it with the amount of gold he was injecting ... worried about the unknown consequences of having the precious metal -- sometimes bought right from jewelry shops in Thailand -- in his body.

As a friend, Tony says there was only so much he could say.

Mackenzie Shirilla was under review by Ohio prison authorities after a glammed-up picture of the convicted killer in prison recently appeared on Instagram, but she won't face any punishment, TMZ has learned.

Shirilla, who shot to infamy with her Netflix documentary "The Crash," apparently sent the dolled-up photo of herself from Ohio Reformatory for Women to a family member through a tablet called ViaPeth, which is used by inmates to stay connected to loved ones, according to JoEllen Smith, chief spokesperson for the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction. 

Smith said the Office of Victim Services and the Office of the Chief Inspector reviewed the matter and determined that Shirilla did not post the pic herself because "Incarcerated individuals do not have access to social media platforms on the ViaPath tablets."

Fitness and "looksmaxxing" influencer Connor Murphy has reportedly died following a drowning incident in Thailand.

The influencer, who boasted 2.6 Million followers between Instagram and YouTube, was reportedly acting erratically when he returned to a luxury residential village by taxi on Tuesday, according to Thai outlet Thai Rath. He then allegedly tried getting into another car, but the driver refused due to his alleged behavior ... leading him to grow agitated and start shouting.

That's when locals called the police, and upon their arrival, Connor reportedly fled through the village and jumped into a lake ... where he swam until he allegedly exhausted himself and drowned.
