A memorial for Celeste Rivas Hernandez continues to grow outside of her parents' home in Lake Elsinore, CA... and the scene is absolutely heartbreaking.

Photos taken on Thursday show a "Justice for Celeste Rivas" sign stretched across the fence, alongside her picture, surrounded by flowers and teddy bears, with her name also spelled out in candles on the ground.

The whole scene was just a stark reminder of how young she was. Celeste was just 14 when her body was found last year -- dismembered and decomposing in the trunk of D4vd's Tesla.

D4vd appears to be cool, calm, and collected during a podcast appearance ... which came out days after prosecutors claim he murdered Celeste Rivas.

During the singer's interview on the "Zach Sang Show" -- published April 28, 2025 ... 5 days after prosecutors claim Celeste was killed -- he is seen laid back and relaxed as he describes how he pulls inspiration for his music.

In the interview ... D4vd reveals he felt isolated by being homeschooled growing up, forcing him to create fake scenarios in his head, which he would then translate into his music.

D4vd Murder Case Unknown If Celeste Was Pregnant ... Death Certificate Updated

There are some important updates to the death certificate for Celeste Rivas ... the document now reflects the fact the L.A. County Medical Examiner says she was murdered ... and it's now unknown if she'd been pregnant in the year before she was killed.

TMZ obtained Celeste's new death certificate, and it no longer says she was NOT pregnant ... now that section is marked "U" for unknown.

The new certificate says the cause of death has been corrected from "deferred" to "multiple penetrating injuries" ... and the manner of death is updated from "pending investigation" to "homicide."

D4vd Ordered 2 Chainsaws, Body bag & Shovel After Killing Celeste ... Prosecutors Claim

D4vd went on Amazon and purchased a couple chainsaws after he stabbed Celeste Rivas and stood by while she bled out ... this, according to prosecutors in the case.

According to new docs filed by prosecutors, investigators claim the singer stabbed Rivas to death at his Hollywood Hills home on April 23, 2025 after ordering an Uber to bring the 14-year-old all the way from her family's home in Lake Elsinore, CA.

Once she was there, prosecutors allege D4vd stabbed Celeste to death -- and, the next day, ordered a shovel from Home Depot, which was delivered to his home through Postmates.

D4vd Describes Alleged Trips With Celeste Days After Alleged Murder

D4vd described alleged trips he took to London and Houston during an interview published days after prosecutors claim he murdered Celeste Rivas Hernandez.

In a recorded interview published by Songwriter Universe on April 25, 2025 -- 2 days after he stabbed Celeste, according to prosecutors -- David Burke, known as D4vd, is heard describing his songwriting process and mentions trips he took to London and Houston ... both places prosecutors claim David traveled to with Celeste.

D4vd says ... "I went to London ... with three of my friends, and we just made a song every day for two weeks in London. I love London because of the gloomy aesthetic and the gloomy ... just, like, vibe and environment that London has."

D4vd Inside Garage Tied to Celeste Rivas' Murder

We're getting a look inside the Hollywood Hills rental house at the center of the case against D4vd ... including the garage prosecutors allege was used to store 14-year-old Celeste Rivas' body after her murder in April 2025.

Photos show the garage area authorities say became a key part of their investigation, with prosecutors claiming the space was used in the aftermath of Rivas' death.

According to court docs, prosecutors allege Rivas was stabbed inside the home off the famed Sunset Strip after being brought there in an Uber from her family's house in Lake Elsinore, CA. They claim evidence recovered from the garage is consistent with an attempt to dismember her body, including biological samples that tested positive for blood.

Nick Reiner Set for Preliminary Hearing in Parents' Murders

Nick Reiner will head to court Wednesday morning for the preliminary hearing in his parents' double-murder case.

He'll appear before a judge at 8:30 AM at the Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center in Los Angeles ... where prosecutors will present evidence to determine whether or not he'll go to trial.

D4vd Spotify Facing Pressure To Scrub Alleged Murderer’s Music

Spotify and Apple Music are under growing pressure to yank D4vd's music off their platforms completely after he was recently charged with sexually abusing and murdering 14-year-old Celeste Rivas just over a year ago.

The advocacy group Industry Blackout launched a Change.org petition calling on Spotify, Apple and other streaming services to axe all his music from their catalogs, writing ... "When an artist has been charged with the sexual abuse and murder of a minor, a child who was drawn into his orbit through his music and public persona, continuing to stream, promote, and profit from his catalog is a choice. It is not a neutral one."

The petition has under 1,000 signatures so far, but it comes as artists have distanced themselves from the singer, whose real name is David Anthony Burke. Rolling Stone reports his former collaborators Kali Uchis, Holly Humberstone, Laufey and Damiano David have all cut their collaborations from streaming platforms with the help of UMG.

The actress who portrayed D4vd’s girlfriend in one of his music videos is distancing herself from the singer ... amid growing online comparisons to Celeste Rivas Hernandez.

In a TikTok video, the actress Cassidy Clarke said she met D4vd -- legal name David Anthony Burke -- when he was 17, and even spent time around his family while filming his music video "Here with Me," released about 3 years ago.

She explained after landing the role as his onscreen girlfriend, the two followed each other on social media after a day on set ... however, she makes it clear their relationship never extended beyond that project.

Cassidy adds she plans to remove him from her social media and is officially cutting ties, while acknowledging the wave of comments she's received online -- adding he deserves "even more than what's happening to him right now" and strongly states "he's a monster."

Prosecutors on D4vd Phone Chock-Full of Child Porn

D4vd's iPhone contains a ton of child pornography ... at least according to prosecutors.

The singer was in court Thursday -- exactly one year to the day of when prosecutors claim he murdered Celeste Rivas -- for a status hearing on his upcoming preliminary hearing, which a judge set for May 1.

During the hearing, prosecutors claimed they went through his phone and found a "significant amount" of child porn. It's unclear if the alleged CP features Celeste.

Prosecutors also revealed a wire tap was involved in the investigation. They said the wire tap took place last year, but there were no other specifics.

D4vd was shackled and wore an orange jail jumpsuit ... he was calm, cool, collected, and looked kinda bored. He spoke briefly to the judge, telling her, "Yes, ma'am," as she explained to him how the prelim works.

Celeste Rivas Family 'Devastated' After Autopsy Reveal ... Skipping D4vd's Hearing

Celeste Rivas' family says they're "devastated" by newly released autopsy findings ... and confirm they won't attend an upcoming hearing for D4vd, who's charged with her murder.

The Rivas Hernandez family, through their attorney, tells TMZ ... they're suffering "profound emotional pain" after reviewing the report into their daughter's killing ... describing the details as "horrible and gruesome." They're now asking for privacy, understanding and patience as they process the tragedy.

The family also says Celeste's parents, Jesus and Mercedes, will not attend D4vd's hearing scheduled for Thursday.

We broke the story ... the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner had actually determined Celeste's cause and manner of death months ago -- back on December 9 -- but the findings were kept under wraps due to a court-ordered security hold requested by LAPD during the investigation.

Now that the info is public, L.A. County M.E. Dr. Odey Ukpo is speaking out ... saying it's "unfathomable" the grieving family had to wait so long for answers.

Ukpo emphasized transparency is critical not just for accountability, but to help communities understand and prevent future tragedies.

The M.E.'s report ultimately ruled Celeste's death a homicide caused by multiple penetrating injuries from unspecified object(s).

As we reported ... authorities arrested D4vd last week. He's now been charged with Celeste's murder.

Celeste Rivas Medical Examiner Celebrates Autopsy Release Speaks On 'Unfathomable' Delay For Fam

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner is speaking out about being muzzled for months in the Celeste Rivas murder case, TMZ has learned.

The M.E. says Celeste's cause and manner of death was determined way back on Dec. 9 but the information was only made public on Wednesday because there was a prior court order initiated by the LAPD that had been preventing them from releasing their findings.

In a statement, Dr. Odey Ukpo, says ... "After several months, I am grateful this information can now be released, not only to the public, but also to the grieving family enduring loss. It is unfathomable they have had to wait this long to learn what happened to their daughter."

"The transparency of the information contained in our findings and reports is essential for empowering the community to make informed changes to affectively reduce fear and allowing the community to take informed action," he added. "Making the Department’s information publicly available is not just about accountability, it is about social justice and prevention."

D4vd Moved To Same L.A. Jail as Nick Reiner

D4vd and Nick Reiner are sharing a roof over their heads ... they're locked up in the same Los Angeles County jail.

The singer -- who is charged with murdering 14-year-old Celeste Rivas -- has been transferred to Twin Towers Correctional Facility in Downtown Los Angeles ... according to online records.

Our law enforcement sources tell us D4vd was transferred there because authorities want him under better supervision because he's a celebrity inmate at the center of a high-profile case.
