Thomas Gibson DUI Arrest Video 'STOP RESISTING'
It took 5 fully-grown police officers to wrestle "Dharma & Greg" star Thomas Gibson to the ground during his DUI bust in L.A. this weekend ... and TMZ has the crazy arrest video.
We broke the story ... cops believe an intoxicated Gibson tried to drive his Audi SUV through a part of downtown L.A. that had been sectioned off for a nighttime half-marathon around 1 AM on Sunday morning.
The footage begins with Gibson standing next to his car speaking with police ... when a bike cop arrives to the scene and screams for the actor to, "Get on the ground, NOW!"
At that point, all of the officers on scene rush toward Gibson and manhandle him to the ground as he yells, "Why?! Why!?"
While Gibson is on the ground, he can be heard telling the cops, "I am NOT resisting ... I am NOT resisting!"
After Gibson is successfully placed in cuffs, the cops help him up and escort him away from his vehicle.
Gibson was eventually taken to a nearby station where he was booked for DUI -- and was released later that day on $15,000 bail.

MLB Legend Carlton Fisk Pleads GUILTY to Corny DUI
MLB Hall of Fame catcher Carlton Fisk stepped up to the plate today ... pleading "guilty" to DUI after his arrest in an Illinois corn field back in October.
TMZ broke the story ... cops found Fisk passed out in the driver's seat of his F-150, which Fisk had plowed onto a New Lenox farm. Cops claim they also found an open bottle of vodka in the vehicle.
Fisk -- a first time offender -- pled guilty to misdemeanor DUI. He was sentenced to one year of court supervision and was ordered to pay $1,250 in fines.
Fisk's attorney believed they could have won the case, but said the MLB legend wanted to accept responsibility for what he did.

Dallas Cowboys Star INDICTED After Deadly Crash Killed Teammate
Dallas Cowboys nose tackle Josh Brent has been indicted on one count of intoxicated manslaughter ... after allegedly killing his teammate in a drunken car accident earlier this month.
Brent was indicted by a Texas Grand Jury today following the December 8th crash that killed his friend and teammate Jerry Brown. Brent was behind the wheel at the time of the accident.
Police in the Dallas suburb where the accident took place claim Brent was speeding when his Mercedes struck a curb and flipped over. Officers believe Brent was under the influence of alcohol.
Brent is currently out on $100,000 bail and, if convicted, faces up to 20 years in prison.

Sam Donaldson Busted for DUI
Sam Donaldson -- the veteran ABC newsman and political correspondent -- was arrested for DUI in Delaware earlier this month.
According to law enforcement, 78-year-old Donaldson was pulled over just before 8pm on December 1 after he had driven onto the shoulder of the road.
During the stop, the officer detected the presence of alcohol and decided to perform a field sobriety test on Sam ... which he bombed.
Donaldson was eventually arrested for DUI and was taken to a nearby station where he was booked and released.
Cops say the newsman was "released to an adult pending his appearance in court."
For the record -- law enforcement notes that Donaldson was very cooperative during the incident.

Hey everyone, ever wonder what happened to Talan Torriero from "Laguna Beach"? Well he's headed back to school ... ALCOHOL SCHOOL ... 'cause dude just pled guilty to drinking and driving.
Talan -- best known for being friends with Lauren Conrad and Kristin Cavallari -- was arrested in Laguna Beach back in September on suspicion of DUI ... after a left turn gone wrong.
The 26-year-old reality TV star copped to his mistake in court on Monday -- and pled guilty to one count of driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08% ... the legal limit in CA.
Talan was slapped with 3 years probation, $390 in fines and 3 months in a 1st offender alcohol program -- which includes 30-hours of alcohol and drug education and counseling.
Fun Fact: Talan was in the car with Paris Hilton when her then-BF Stavros Niarchos crashed her Bentley into a parked truck back in 2005 (the very first video we ever published on TMZ.com).

Dallas Cowboys Tragedy Horrific Crash Scene Photo
TMZ has obtained an image of the crash scene following the highway disaster that killed Dallas Cowboys star Jerry Brown last weekend -- and the Mercedes he was riding in had flipped upside-down.
As we previously reported, Brown's teammate Josh Brent was driving at the time of the accident in Texas Saturday morning. Brent was subsequently arrested on the scene for intoxication manslaughter.
TMZ has also obtained the 911 calls placed by a passing motorist just moments after the accident -- and according to one of the callers, "There was smoke everywhere."

Michael Madsen Charged with DUI for Flaming Hotrod Arrest
Michael Madsen's September joyride continues to be a drag ... cause the actor has just been charged with 2 counts of DUI stemming from his arrest ... TMZ has learned.
We broke the story ... The "Reservoir Dogs" star was popped while hotrodding around Malibu in his badass Pontiac GTO. According to cops, Madsen bombed his field sobriety test and blew .20 on the breathalyzer -- more than twice the legal limit.
At the time, Madsen's attorney Perry Wander insisted the breathalyzer was "flawed."
On Wednesday, the L.A. City Attorney filed 2 misdemeanor counts of DUI against Madsen -- one for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and another for driving with a BAC of .08 or higher.
If convicted on both counts, Madsen could face up to two years in jail ... but since it doesn't appear Michael has a prior DUI conviction, it's unlikely he'll serve any time behind bars.
Madsen's attorney tells TMZ ... "We intend to vigorously defend the charges."
The case is scheduled to go before the judge later this month.

Dallas Cowboys Player Dies in Car Wreck Teammate Arrested
Jerry Brown, a linebacker on the Dallas Cowboys practice squad, died early this morning in a single-car accident -- and his teammate, Josh Brent, was arrested on charges of intoxication manslaughter.
According to police, Brent (see above) was driving at a high rate of speed at around 2:20 AM when his car "hit the outside curb," flipped over and came to rest in the middle of the road.
When cops came to the scene, Brent was dragging Brown away from the vehicle ... which had come to rest upside down and was on fire. Brown was unresponsive and was later pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.
Officers at the scene suspected alcohol to be a factor, so they gave Brent a field sobriety test, which he failed. His blood was later drawn at the hospital to determine his blood alcohol level. Those results are not yet known.
Brent was arrested by Irving PD and booked on a second degree felony charge at 4:14 AM and is being held without bail.
Brent pled guilty to a misdemeanor DUI charge while in college ... where he and Brown were teammates.
Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones released a statement today, saying, "We are deeply saddened by the news of this accident and the passing of Jerry Brown. At this time, our hearts and prayers and deepest sympathies are with the members of Jerry’s family and all of those who knew him and loved him."
The incident comes just one week after Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Jovan Belcher killed his girlfriend and then himself.
Krayzie Bone I Will NEVER Drink and Drive Again!
It's called SCARED STRAIGHT for a reason ... Bone Thugs-n-Harmony rapper Krayzie Bone says after going through the whole ordeal of getting busted for a DUI ... he VOWS to never let it happen again.
TMZ broke the story ... Krayzie struck a plea deal with prosecutors this week, and pled "no contest" to DUI. In exchange, the rapper avoided jail time ... but was sentenced to an alcohol education course.
Krayzie tells TMZ ... He's going to use the classroom time to learn from his mistakes -- and is determined to NEVER get busted for DUI ever again. He says, "This was the first time I was ever in a situation like this and I guarantee it will be the last."
Krayzie adds, "From this point forward I will always have a designated driver or car service. If I can't get those ... I will not be drinking at any party I attend, unless I have a responsible way to get home."
Wise words. LiLo, Bynes ... you guys taking notes?

Bone Thugs Rapper Sentenced to Booze Classes After DUI Arrest
Bone Thugs-n-Harmony rapper Krayzie Bone just struck a sweet plea deal in his DUI case to keep his ass out of jail -- but he'll still have to serve time ... in an alcohol education class.
As part of the plea agreement, Krayzie pled "no contest" yesterday to driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or higher -- following his July arrest in L.A., when police popped him for DUI.
He was sentenced to 3 years summary probation, and must enroll in an alcohol education program asap.
Bone had also been charged with an additional DUI count stemming from the arrest, as well as driving without a license, but those two counts were dropped in exchange or the "no contest" plea.

'Home Improvement' Star Convicted In DUI Hash Case
Former "Home Improvement" star Taran Noah Smith has just been convicted of DUI and hash possession following his arrest earlier this year, TMZ has learned.
TMZ broke the story ... Smith was popped in L.A. back in February when cops saw him behind the wheel of a Honda Accord, which was parked in front of a fire hydrant. When they approached the vehicle, cops say they detected the smell of cannabis, and placed Smith under arrest.
Smith was charged with DUI and possession of hash -- and today, he pled "guilty" to the drug possession charge. He pled "no contest" to the DUI charge.
Smith was sentenced to a 12-hour program for the DUI offense, and a 6-month drug diversion program for the weed charge
Smith was also placed on three years probation.
He's due back in court in June.

Porn Star Briana Banks Busted for DUI ... at McDonalds Drive-thru
Adult film star Briana Banks -- star of the classic films "Chinny Chinny Bang Bang" and "Vaggie Burger" -- was arrested for DUI in L.A. this week ... TMZ has learned.
According to law enforcement, Banks -- an AVN porn Hall of Famer -- got into a fender bender with another car around 9 AM on Wednesday.
Moments after the incident, we're told a witness contacted police ... and advised them that Banks may have been under the influence of something at the time of the crash.
We're told cops spotted Briana's car leaving the drive-thru at a nearby Micky D's -- so they pulled her over ... and gave her a field sobriety test.
Banks bombed ... and was immediately arrested for being under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
The XXX star was hauled to a nearby station where she was booked and released. No word if she was allowed to keep the munchies she scored during the fast food run.
We reached out to Banks for comment -- so far, no word back.

Gerard Depardieu wound up in a French police station today ... after cops say the actor was drunk driving around Paris on a scooter.
According to reports, Gerard -- who starred in "Green Card" back in the '90s -- fell off his scooter like a drunken idiot ... catching the attention of police, who took the 63-year-old into custody.
Gerard was reportedly held for questioning ... and later escorted back to his home. He'll eventually have to appear in court to handle the matter.

Joe's lawyer, Shawn Holley, snuck into an L.A. court Tuesday, days before the scheduled date to enter the plea.

Bobby Brown Pleads Not Guilty to DUI #3
Bobby Brown just pled "not guilty" after his most recent DUI arrest, TMZ has learned.
Bobby was charged with DUI after the arrest last month, when cops pulled him over for driving erratically, and smelled alcohol in his ride.
He was also charged with two other crimes -- driving on a restricted license and driving a vehicle without a vehicle interlock device (a breathalyzer device that prevents your car from starting if you've had something to drink).
The last 2 charges are the result of his prior DUI conviction in 2012. Bobby was also convicted of DUI in 1996.
If convicted on the new charges, he faces two years in jail.
Bobby was on probation stemming from his previous DUI arrest. The judge revoked his probation as a result of the most recent arrest, but released the singer today on his own recognizance.
Bobby's license was also suspended, and he was ordered to attend AA sessions.
A pre-trial date has been set for next month.

Ted Nugent's Drummer Pleads Guilty To Boozy Golf Cart Ride
Mick Brown -- the guy who bangs drums for Ted Nugent -- will pay dearly for his boozy joyride through a Maine town on a golf cart this summer ... TMZ has learned, he was ordered to cough up $1,000 in fines over the incident.
Brown pled "guilty" to OWI today at the Penobscot Judicial Centre in Maine, stemming from his arrest in July -- when he hijacked a golf cart from backstage after a show ... and led police on a low-speed chase through a nearby town.
Brown was sentenced to pay the fine. His driver's license was also suspended for 90 days.
The other charges -- assault, theft by unauthorized use of property, and driving to endanger -- were all dismissed.
Just what the doctor ordered.
