Joshua Allen -- the winner of "So You Think You Can Dance" Season 4 -- was struck and killed by a train, a family member tells TMZ.

TMZ broke the news of his death earlier this morning.

We're told Joshua died in a hospital near his Texas home Tuesday.

Brittany Renner wants a court to increase P.J. Washington's child support payments to her -- saying in a new filing this week $5,500 a month is just not enough.

Renner made her case to the judge in documents that TMZ Sports has obtained ... asking for "at least $35,000" a month from Washington in an effort to raise their 4-year-old son in a manner suitable to a kid with such a rich father.

She claimed in the docs when she and the NBA player first agreed on the $5.5K number, they lived together in North Carolina -- but things have drastically changed since she and the toddler moved to California late last year.

12:14 PM PT -- The parenting plan says the kids will spend 306 days with Nicole and 59 days with Keith. They agreed that all major decisions involving their kids, including education and health care, will be made jointly.

12:12 PM PT -- Nicole cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the divorce. She wants to remain the "primary residential parent of the minor children." Both Nicole and Keith waived any spousal support and child support. There is, however, a clause which states Keith has prepaid "child support obligations." And they each will retain their own assets, which suggests there is a prenup.

11:58 AM PT -- We have seen a divorce document which says, "Marital Dissolution Agreement," signed by both Nicole and Keith. The agreement includes a parenting plan and a child support worksheet. It also includes a Parenting Seminar Order.

Translation: Nicole and Keith have already worked out a custody agreement, child support, and it appears they have agreed to take co-parenting classes. That's interesting, because it seems they have spent time hammering out all the divorce details. Nevertheless, our sources say Nicole made an abrupt decision to file today.

The document was signed by 2 notaries ... one for Keith dated August 29, 2025, and the other for Nicole dated September 6, 2025.

Nicole Kidman has pulled the trigger to end her marriage ... TMZ has learned she just filed for divorce.

TMZ broke the story ... Nicole and Keith separated in June, and we were told she wanted to save the marriage, although by all accounts, Keith did not.

We also reported Keith and Nicole's inner circle believe he has moved on with another woman.

Whatever the reason, Nicole has clearly had a change of heart and filed to end the marriage.

Police body cam shows officers swarming D4vd’s Texas family home -- just days after Celeste Rivas' body was discovered in his Tesla -- responding to a report of gunfire.

The footage shows cops walking up to D4vd’s Hempstead home with guns drawn on September 18 ... after a 911 caller claimed they heard gunshots outside the home, a woman screaming and someone dead.

When officers knocked, it was the singer's parents who answered, looking stunned and very confused.

A California teenager who once dated Celeste Rivas back in middle school is speaking out ... saying she had a troubled home life before running away -- and her mom treated her badly.

In an exclusive interview with TMZ ... 15-year-old Damien Hernandez and his mother, Jamie, told us about his relationship with Celeste at a Lake Elsinore middle school  ... Celeste was in the 7th grade, and Damien was in 8th grade.

Damien says he met Celeste when she was looking for something serious, describing her as "kind." He says her troubled home life made her unhappy, noting that her mom did not treat her well.

The suspected gunman who killed 3 people and left 5 injured after he shot up a waterfront bar and restaurant in North Carolina Saturday night appears to have scoped the site out the night before the attack ... and there's video evidence.

Check out the clip ... an eyewitness tells TMZ the accused killer Nigel Edge can be seen floating about 20 yards away from the American Fish Company in Southport, located on the Cape Fear River.

Celeste Rivas went home to visit family in Lake Elsinore, CA exactly one year before her body was found in D4vd's Tesla ... that's what this new video of her arguing with her parents' neighbors seems to show.

The video, obtained by TMZ, was recorded by a Nest camera on September 8, 2024 -- months after Celeste had been reported missing -- and neighbors say it shows her going off on a family over a prank.

In the clip, a family sits outside their apartment building, listening to music when Celeste starts yelling ... accusing one of the kids of ding-dong-ditching her parents' home.

Celeste Rivas death certificate shows what we expected ... the cause of death is being deferred, while the L.A. County Medical Examiner and the LAPD try to establish how she died.

The death certificate, obtained by TMZ, says Celeste was found on September 8, 2025 in a vehicle. The manner of death is pending as the investigation continues.

The certificate says an autopsy was performed, but we're told the M.E. is awaiting toxicology results.

Dave Grohl and his wife, Jordyn Blum, made a rare public appearance this past weekend ... posing side by side at a charity event.

The couple was all smiles on Saturday as they were recognized by L.A. Mayor Karen Bass for their service to the city.

Grohl and Blum both rolled up their sleeves for the "Meatball Mayhem" event put on by Hope the Mission and Los Angeles Mission -- where more than 60,000 meatballs were rolled, cooked, and packed.
