Billboard's Hot 100 chart is hip hop hit-less in its Top 40 for the first time since 1990 -- not a big deal, says Travis Scott's new artist, Wallie The Sensei ... still gotta make good music!!!

TMZ Hip Hop recently caught up with Wallie at LAX, and he doesn't flinch as a new artist in such a volatile time in the music industry.

While other rappers may have lost their buzz this year, Wallie actually thrived, having signed to Travis Scott's Cactus Jack imprint ... and was immediately spotlighted on a song with superstars Future and Don Toliver on the "Jackboys 2" compilation project.

Diddy's just one of the boys behind bars ... laughing and chatting with other inmates in the yard in new photos from Fort Dix.

We've obtained pics of the star hanging out with a few dudes in the prison yard Saturday -- and, ya gotta check 'em out ... 'cause Diddy's got the biggest smile on his face.

Diddy's bundled up in a thick dark blue coat, gray pants and gray beanie ... shootin' the you-know-what with the other guys.

Daniel Jones' breakout season with the Colts isn't surprising everyone -- 'cause Texans star C.J. Stroud tells TMZ Sports sometimes all a good player needs is a change in scenery!

We recently spoke with the Pro Bowl quarterback about the Colts' signal caller ... who, after years with the Giants -- many of them a struggle -- is playing at an MVP-type level in Indianapolis.

"I think Daniel is a very talented guy, he's put a lot of good things on tape. When you build what you see in Indy with Jonathan Taylor, their offensive line, Josh Downs, Alec Pierce, [Michael] Pittman, they got pieces around him, to help him, to take a lot of the load off him," Stroud said.

Jesse Palmer acknowledges Cam Skattebo's injury was a huge blow to the New York Giants ... but he tells TMZ Sports the G-Men have a lot to be excited about going forward, thanks to the rookie RB and quarterback Jaxson Dart!

We spoke to Palmer, former Giants QB-turned-'Bachelor' host, at a Raising Cane's Halloween event this week, and Jesse made it clear the days of losing could soon come to an end.

"The organization did such a good job in the draft finding these young players that are impact guys, but not just impact on the field, they're impacting sort of the culture around that organization," Palmer said.

"Really unfortunate with the injury, but I think for the Giants fan, at least, looking ahead with those two guys they can build around."

In fact, Palmer -- who played for the Giants from 2001 to 2004 -- compared Skatt to one of his former teammates, Jeremy Shockey, who brought a similar fire and intensity to the Big Apple during his rookie season.

We also talked to Palmer about his alma mater, the University of Florida, which just fired Gators head football coach Billy Napier after a 3-4 start.

Palmer believes he knows who can step into the role and reenergize the program.

Jabari "Baby Uiie" Henley, the son of prominent rap figure and alleged gang leader Eugene "Big U" Henley, has died.

TMZ can confirm via family sources Jabari was shot to death late Friday night. The Los Angeles Police Department tells TMZ ... officers were called to the intersection of 69th Street and Figueroa Street just after 11 PM, where the victim -- a 34-year-old black male -- succumbed to his injuries.

We're told the victim approached a vehicle and was shot. The suspect -- who was stationed outside a smoke shop in South L.A. -- fled the scene and has not been identified.

Meek Mill had a scary end to his Halloween night -- he was detained by New York City Police Department officers ... and he says it was for no reason!

Here's the deal ... video is circulating online that shows the rapper standing with his arms behind his back, seemingly being questioned by police as supporters rally behind him early Saturday morning.

A spokesperson for the NYPD tells us police responded to reports of a male with a firearm at just after 4 AM this morning ... which led to officers stopping three men in a vehicle matching the description and license plate they received.

Vogue UK writer Chanté Joseph -- of the viral "Is Having a Boyfriend Embarrassing Now?" article, which has blown up the internet discussing women's perspectives on dating -- tells us the men are "outraged" and "worried" ever since the ladies got a hold of her piece.

The popularized writer tells TMZ the feedback from women on her article has been nothing but praise ... but men, on the other hand, are not too fond of her words, which have sparked worry throughout the boyfriend community.

Here's the first look at Sean "Diddy" Combs as an inmate at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey ... and he's all bundled up behind bars.

TMZ obtained this photo of the Bad Boy Records founder walking around the prison yard Friday during his recreation time.

As you can see, Diddy's got an orange prison beanie and a navy blue puffy jacket to keep warm. It was in the 50s today in Jersey, and Diddy's dressed for the cold.

No "Cheap Thrills" here ... Sia and her estranged husband Daniel Bernad have been ordered to enter a mediation session to try to hammer out the custody issues in their contentious divorce.

We broke the news earlier this week -- Daniel's emergency request for full custody was shot down by a judge ... but now, the judge is ordering them to get together for a mediation session over the custody and visitation issues for their 1-year-old, Somersault Wonder Bernad.

In court docs obtained by TMZ, the former couple is being required to at least attempt to work through the issues before the next scheduled hearing. They've got 2 options -- handle things through a video conference with a mediator ... or use the Los Angeles court system's online program meant to help parents formulate a parenting plan.

MTV has officially pulled the plug on "Ridiculousness" ... ending one of the longest-running series in the network's history ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar tell TMZ ... the decision was relayed to the cast and crew this week, with everyone informed the current season will be the show's last. We're told the shocking announcement came straight from the network's top brass.

The show went dark in July and was supposed to come back in January ... but instead, TMZ has learned, previously produced first-run episodes will continue to air on MTV through 2026, but no more original episodes will be produced.

It makes total sense -- Chris says "The Bachelorette" taught him how to interview and think on the spot, while also giving him a fantastic platform ... while hosting gigs with HGTV allowed him to learn from all sorts of people around the states. Chrisean Rock has a new man in her life -- after kicking the last guy to the curb -- and doesn't want to hear any criticism from the peanut gallery talking 'bout an age difference!!!

Chrisean's dating preference is clear at this point, having dated Blueface and HoodTrophy Bino before; the latter rapper being a fresh split from just a few weeks ago after they landed in hot water trashing a hotel room together.

Sean "Diddy" Combs is all checked in at his new home for the next two-and-a-half years ... TMZ has learned he's begun serving his federal prison sentence.

Law enforcement sources tell us Diddy was transferred to FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey early Thursday morning and began the check-in process. Remember, this is the prison he requested to serve his time at after Judge Arun Subramanian sentenced him to 50 months in prison.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons ultimately granted Diddy's request.

Influencer Eugenia Cooney has resurfaced at Disney World amid her social media hiatus ... and growing concern from fans over her health.

An air traffic controller working two jobs through the government shutdown isn't trying to alarm flyers ... but, he thinks a mental lapse on the part of another ATC is possible given the current issues in he field.

We spoke with Jack Criss -- an air traffic controller with more than 15 years of experience in the field -- on "TMZ Live" Thursday ... and, he told us he has a friend who refused to fly to visit him because she feared getting on a plane amid the increased stress on other controllers.

Criss tells us he's a safety advocate, and he always gives 100% focus to his job when he's working ... but, he could see a situation where an air traffic controller -- worried about not receiving any pay, while also dealing with other personal issues -- could screw up and end up hurting a lot of people.
