Haley Kalil is doubling down on her effort to get a judge to throw out a lawsuit her ex-husband Matt Kalil filed against her after she shockingly claimed his massive penis torpedoed their marriage.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Haley says she never mentioned the former NFL player by name when she went on the podcast and claimed her marriage was marred by her husband's massive member -- which she described as two, maybe three stacked Coca-Cola cans.

Haley says Matt's lawsuit alleged "viewers could and did readily infer" who she was referencing ... but Haley says that's because she and Matt are both public figures. Haley was an SI Swimsuit model and former Miss Minnesota USA and Matt played 7 seasons in the NFL.

Cops were called out to Shia LaBeouf's Los Angeles area home more than once prior to his breakup with Mia Goth ... according to police records obtained by TMZ.

Docs show that authorities showed up to the home belonging to Shia for calls involving a disturbance of the peace and an alleged stalking incident.

According to the records, in November 2024, a call was logged for a "husband and wife" disturbance of the peace, where an "uncooperative female" was repeatedly heard on the 911 call saying "just go" -- stating she was trying to get her husband to leave.

Sounds like another big swing and miss in the Nancy Guthrie investigation ... because the folks whose Arizona home was raided by a SWAT team say they have nothing to do with her abduction.

An Arizona man named Luke Daley was the subject of two search warrants issued and served Friday in relation to the Guthrie case ... according to his attorney, Chris Scileppi. For context, people online were accusing Luke of being a suspect

Luke's attorney tells TMZ Luke and his mother were both detained by law enforcement while the search warrants were being executed ... they were not arrested, Luke has no link whatsoever to Nancy, and he has no info related to her kidnapping.

Peter Greene fatally shot himself ... TMZ has learned.

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in New York City tells us Peter's official cause of death is a gunshot wound of the left axilla with injury of the brachial artery ... and the manner of death has been classified as an accident.

In other words, Peter accidentally shot himself in the left armpit, and the bullet damaged the artery that supplies blood to the arm, elbow, forearm, and hand.

The FBI has reached out to authorities in Mexico, in the hunt for Nancy Guthrie and her kidnapper, TMZ has learned ... and TMZ has received a new ransom note.

Law enforcement sources involved in the investigation tell us ... the FBI has contacted Mexican federal law enforcement to spread the word to various police agencies. We're told so far there have been no solid leads.

Our sources say the FBI believes it's possible Nancy was taken across the border, but it's unlikely it happened directly after the kidnapping. Authorities have checked Border Patrol cameras and other electronic devices, and they came up dry. That said, our sources say it's possible Nancy could have been taken across the border at some other time. Of course, there are ways to evade authorities when crossing the border.

TMZ has obtained another ransom note -- this one a highly sophisticated demand involving a cryptocurrency other than bitcoin. The email demands a dollar amount similar to the $6 million ransom demand in the previous email we received, days after the kidnapping. This email graphically describes the consequences if the ransom isn't paid.

The Oscar winner and Ant were sued by a woman named Tracey Bryn Belland ... Belland claims Renee and Ant were living in a home in Laguna Beach, California, that Ant was renting. Belland says she was injured during a visit to the home on August 14, 2024, when she tripped and fell on the patio.

According to the suit, filed the first week of February, Belland says a “thin rug had been placed over a hole, which caused her to stumble over the uneven surface, resulting in an injury to her right knee.”

Belland said she was forced to undergo treatment for her injuries. She said she will continue to deal with pain from the fall.

Quinton Aaron is well on the road to recovery and looking great ... according to this first photo of the actor since he was hospitalized for a spinal stroke last month.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ ... Quinton's brother, Jarred, filed to get a temporary restraining order against Margarita Aaron -- who's listed in the docs as Margaret DeLeon.

The petition was granted, and the order requires Margarita to stay away from Jarred or any immediate family ... which would presumably include Quinton.
