Kim Kardashian says she still needs court-ordered protection from a man she claims sent her Plan B and a diamond ring ... telling a judge he's as delusional, angry and obsessed as ever.

The reality star's lawyers -- Shawn Holley and Kate Mangels -- filed to extend Kim's restraining order against Nicholas Costanza ... it's set to expire Wednesday and they say Costanza hasn't mellowed out in the slightest.

Kim claims that since the order was issued in July 2021, Costanza's "delusional beliefs, anger and obsession have not improved" ... and she says he's even sent her numerous messages over the years in violation of the court order.

One of the male escorts involved in freak-offs with Cassie is telling a judge he never threatened Diddy’s ex ... despite her claims otherwise ... TMZ has learned.

Clayton Howard, former male escort-turned-law student, filed a declaration in his case against Cassie and Diddy.

As TMZ first reported, Cassie called out Clayton over a since-deleted 9-minute TikTok he posted on June 7, in which he called her a whore and said, “Bitch, I'm going to burn you out with fire."

Nipsey Hussle’s children finally received their cut of the late rapper’s estate ... TMZ has learned.

Per court docs obtained by TMZ, Nipsey’s children, 17-year-old Emani and 9-year-old Kross, have been paid out in cash and other assets.

The estate, which was reportedly worth an estimated $11 million, is run by Nipsey’s brother Blacc Sam. For years … Blacc fought with Emani’s mom, Tanisha Foster, for years over the inheritance. The parties resolved their differences last year.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's celebration kept guests waiting when it came time to eat ... TMZ has learned attendees stood in long buffet lines ... some even ate on their feet because there weren't enough seats.

'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' alum Annemarie Wiley has slapped her husband, Marcellus Wiley, with a divorce and request for restraining order after his recent arrest for domestic violence ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Annemarie is asking the court to order her estranged husband to stay 100 yards away from her and allow her to use their L.A. home exclusively.

The move comes after Marcellus was arrested over the weekend after Annemarie claimed he got physical with her in a Florida hotel room. Marcellus denied the claims but was arrested for domestic violence.

Prior to his tragic passing, Claude Lemieux picked his wife to run his estate … this according to the late hockey star’s will.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the late NHL star said in his will that he wanted to have his wife, Deborah Lemieux, appointed as the administrator of his estate.

The legal papers say everything will be distributed pursuant to the terms of a separate trust … and the beneficiaries include Deborah, their son Brendan, their daughter Claudia, his grandson Luc and his granddaughter Sutton.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding wasn't just a phone-free affair ... 'cause TMZ has learned security went a step further, scanning guests for Meta Smart Glasses and other hidden cameras in an effort to keep the celebration under wraps.

Sources familiar with the event's security tell TMZ ... the couple's strict no phone policy extended well beyond confiscating visible devices. We're told security personnel walked throughout the venue carrying scanners, checking for Meta smart glasses and any other hidden recording devices that could secretly capture photos or video from inside.

The heightened security measures track with what TMZ first reported, which was that the strict no phone policy extended to NYPD officers working inside the wedding, who were told to leave their devices behind or skip the assignment altogether.

Lauren Bennett's family and closest friends have already gathered to celebrate her life ... with the singer honored during a private memorial service in London ... TMZ has learned.

Chris, who runs the fashion brand Marco Marco, alleges Erika falsely told law enforcement he misused her credit card and rang up roughly $800,000 in fraudulent charges in 2015 and 2016.

2:13 PM PT -- A rep for Tom Sandoval tells TMZ ... "It’s no surprise that Victoria’s request for a restraining order was immediately denied. The court granted Tom a restraining order and an immediate move-out order against both Victoria and her father after police reviewed all the video evidence from that night."

11:36 AM PT -- Victoria Lee Robinson's request for a temporary restraining order has been denied.

Tom Sandoval's situation with his ex is getting even messier ... 'cause she just filed for a restraining order against him, claiming he's been physically violent with her in the past.

Victoria Lee Robinson filed for a restraining order against Tom on Thursday, claiming Tom has been physical on multiple occasions, including the brutal June 3 fight at the Hollywood Hills rental home where all three of them had been living.

In addition to that altercation, Victoria says that Tom shoved her down hardwood stairs on August 30, 2025 … which she claims caused “visible injuries” to her knees.
