Adan Banuelos may be getting back in the saddle following his split from Bella Hadid ... because he was spotted getting cozy with a mystery woman.

TMZ obtained photos of the cowboy and horse trainer hanging out with a blonde woman over coffee in Beverly Hills Wednesday ... and judging by the pics, the two certainly seem comfortable together.

Adan and the woman sat outside a salon chatting over iced drinks before taking their conversation to the sidewalk. At one point, Adan wrapped an arm around her as she placed hers around his waist ... and the pair followed it up with a full-on hug.

TMZ obtained court docs as part of Shia's criminal case in New Orleans, where he was sentenced to two years' probation and ordered to attend an alcohol treatment class after pleading guilty to the charges.

Per court docs, Shia has been compliant with checking in with his probation supervisor and has provided proof that he will complete anger management and substance abuse treatment by next month.

The docs say Shia denied mental health treatment and self-reported that he drinks alcohol daily.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, McKenna asked the court to toss the counterclaims brought by Nausheen Gilkar and Omar Ahmed ... after they demanded more than $100,000 in damages.

Nausheen and Omar alleged they suffered emotional distress and other damages from the ordeal McKenna put them through when she refused to abort the baby against their wishes after finding out it had a heart defect.

McKenna flew to Texas to give birth, but the biological parents have been temporarily awarded custody and decision-making authority over the baby. The court battle remains ongoing.

In her new filing, McKenna said Nausheen and Omar claim McKenna is violating their surrogacy agreement by calling the baby Gabriel. Nausheen and Omar insist the baby's name is Rumi.

Hayden Panettiere's death is on the feds' radar ... TMZ has learned the DEA has joined the multi-agency investigation.

The Drug Enforcement Administration has agents assisting the parallel death investigations already underway ... according to our sources with direct knowledge of the probe. As we first reported, Greenville PD and the coroner's office are conducting parallel investigations ... and the DEA jumping on the case as well makes sense.
