Dorit Kemsley and her estranged husband PK Kemsley are set to unload their longtime Los Angeles home ... after she agreed to unload the home ... and a judge ordered the sale and instructed "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star to be out by November ... TMZ has learned.

A hearing was held Wednesday in Dorit and PK's divorce, where the two have been fighting over money. PK claimed Dorit had not been paying the mortgage on the 6-bedroom, 10-bathroom home worth $7 million.

Dorit, who is represented by powerhouse attorney Samantha Spector, argued PK should be paying the bills ... and claimed he had more than enough to pay the debt owed on the home.

Selena Gomez and her mom, Mandy Teefey, are being accused of using mental health as a money-making tool ... with an attorney for the investors suing her now claiming her name and influence were used to bring in cash.

Attorney Jeffrey Neiman tells TMZ ... "Mental health is not a marketing strategy, and should never be used as a vehicle for personal financial gain."

He says Selena's name, influence, and promised role were central to efforts to secure investment in Wondermind ... a company built around mental health.

Tim Curry fans have at least one more movie to look forward to ... because TMZ has learned he finished filming his final role before he died.

It was reported in early June, Tim was set to star in "STREAM 2: Sudden Death" as the role of Lockwood in the upcoming project ... and we spoke to the film's director, Michael Leavy, who told us Tim finished all of his scenes.

Michael tells TMZ ... he's shocked and devastated that Tim is now gone -- adding he was a "true cultural icon" and an honor to work with. He says the whole team feels incredibly fortunate that Tim will forever be linked to the franchise.

Blake Lively is not getting her enormous wish -- $8 million in attorneys' fees -- because a judge just ruled Justin Baldoni will only have to fork over $400K ... TMZ has learned.

As you know ... a judge dismissed Justin Baldoni's defamation lawsuit against Blake and the New York Times in June, but ruled she was entitled to attorneys' fees for defeating the claim.

Blake asked a judge to award her $8 million -- claiming Justin owed her $7,495,526.87 in fees she incurred in fighting his lawsuit and $539,514.01 in costs and expenses incurred while defending herself.

Former boxer Adrien Broner is facing a criminal trespass charge after cops say he showed up at a Florida casino despite being banned for life ... TMZ has learned.

According to court documents, Adrien is charged with trespass in connection with an alleged incident at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.

The Seminole Police Department report says officers were called to the casino in April 2024 over an alleged trespass. They say Adrien was issued a lifetime ban from the casino back in August 2023 ... but claim he came back anyway, leading to his arrest.

Jed York's recent arrest might be a learning experience for the San Francisco 49ers owner ... and a popular Nevada brothel is willing to teach the billionaire how to pay for sex without breaking the law.

Dena Duff -- the Madam and GM for Sheri's Ranch Brothel in Pahrump -- tells TMZ ... the brothel would like to offer Jed, his fellow NFL owners and players, some lessons on how to legally hire sex workers.

Duff says ... "Nevada's licensed brothels offer something an NFL owner should appreciate: a legal, regulated environment where discretion and privacy are paramount. Sheri's would be happy to host Jed, along with any interested NFL owners and players, for a seminar on how Nevada's legal brothel system works, why discretion is such an important part of the business and, frankly, how to do prostitution correctly."

The undisputed champ stopped by the TMZ Sports offices for a sit-down with Babcock on Tuesday ... where she made a direct plea to Queen Bey.

"Beyoncé, listen, baby girl. Before I retire," 31-year-old Shields said ... "I need you to walk me out. You pick the song, and only perform 30 seconds, one minute, whatever you decide."

Assistant U.S. Attorney Andrew Haden died by suicide inside the San Diego federal building where he worked ... TMZ has learned.

The San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office tells TMZ ... Haden hanged himself inside an office at the Edward J. Schwartz Federal Building in downtown San Diego.

The California Post first reported the news.

Haden's body was discovered last Wednesday after San Diego police received a report he was possibly missing. Officers responded to the federal building and found him dead inside an office.

Blake Lively testified about how she got her hands on the text messages she used as evidence in her since-dismissed lawsuit against Justin Baldoni ... TMZ has learned.

During her July 2025 deposition, Blake was asked how she obtained the texts from publicist Jennifer Abel's phone ... texts that were later a big part of her claim that Justin had hired a crisis PR firm to take her down after she complained about sexual harassment on the set of "It Ends With Us." Justin denied the claims. The case was later settled before trial.

In her depo, Blake said her friend Ashley Avignone, who is also friends with Taylor Swift, told her about the text messages. Blake says Ashley told her that she knew a publicist named Stephanie Jones, who was trying to get a hold of Blake.

Dolly Parton's death came as a sudden and unexpected shock to those closest to her ... even though people in her inner circle knew she had been sick ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... when loved ones learned Dolly had been hospitalized last week and wasn't doing well, they began rushing to Nashville to be by her side.

We're told they did not expect she would die during this hospital stay, believing she would recover and be released as she had following past health setbacks.

The Hollywood Hills home where D4vd allegedly murdered Celeste Rivas Hernandez is sitting vacant and hoping for a new tenant ... and the rent just went down.

According to real estate records, the rental price dropped from $23,950 a month to $21,500 as it sits quietly on the market.

D4vd moved out in September 2025, just days after police searched the property in connection with the investigation into Celeste's death.

Prosecutors allege D4vd invited Celeste over to the home in April 2025 ... and she was never heard from again.

"The Girls" star Khadijah Haqq is slamming her estranged husband and ex-NFL star Bobby McCray as they continue to duke it out in divorce court ... and now she's claiming he blocked her phone.

TMZ obtained court docs, filed by Khadijah, in which she claims her text messages to Bobby are no longer being delivered ... leading her to believe he blocked her number.

Khadijah says the alleged blocking went down over the past 2 weeks.

Orlando Bloom dropped out of his recent movie at the last minute ... and the cast and crew who feel screwed over are especially pissed ... because without his star power to match Priyanka Chopra's ... the project might be toast.

Here's the deal ... Orlando was all set to star in and co-produce the upcoming indie survival thriller flick "Reset" alongside Priyanka -- and we hear he was onboard all through pre-production ... but peaced out just as cameras were about to roll.

Sources on "Reset" tell TMZ ... they feel it's a pretty f-d up situation ... Orlando is a bankable star, so the independent project got financed with him and Priyanka attached -- and it would've been way easier to secure an international distributor with him in the fold.

Djimon Hounsou's ex says she wants a judge to hold him in contempt of court ... after she claims he violated a court order by taking their kids out of state without giving sufficient notice.

Ri'za Marie Simpson filed her petition earlier this month ... claiming that on August 15, Djimon's lawyer informed her Djimon planned to take their children from Georgia to California.

Ri'za says a previous court order demands that one parent give the other advance written notice of the trip, along with details like the dates of travel and where they're staying. 

She claims she was given "at best an hour and a half of 'advance notice'" and insists that doesn't cut it. Ri'za also says the trip to California is not in the best interests of the kids, claiming it will cause them to miss their entire third week of school.

Vince Zampella was sober as a judge when he crashed his sports car on a mountainous stretch of highway near Los Angeles and died.

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner says the "Call of Duty" creator tested negative for alcohol, illicit drugs, marijuana, and prescription meds when he lost control of his car and crashed into a concrete barrier wall.

We broke the story ... Vince died from smoke inhalation, thermal injuries, and blunt force trauma ... meaning he didn't die on impact.
