Hayden Panettiere’s boyfriend Brian Hickerson was being heckled for the late actress’ death moments before his bar altercation that led to his brother Zach’s arrest, TMZ has learned.
Sources close to the brothers tell TMZ … Brian, who has lost around 40 pounds while grieving Hayden’s death, was encouraged to leave the house this weekend by his brother.
We’re told Zach wanted Brian to get out because he has been extremely heartbroken since Hayden’s death ... and convinced Brian to go out for a low-key night to watch the game at a local restaurant.
Hayden Panettiere's neighbors were suspicious of three "shady" people who regularly came to the actress' West Hollywood condo for years … and believed they were drug dealers, TMZ has learned.
Sources who live in Hayden's building tell TMZ ... they saw two women and a man coming to her unit "frequently" from 2021 until the week before Hayden's death.
One neighbor said the last time they saw the man -- a week before Hayden's death -- he came with a bag with the name "Brian" on it. We're told the man looked to be in his mid-30s, while the two women appeared to be in their early 20s.
Tawnia McGeehan, who allegedly killed her daughter Addi Smith in a murder-suicide while in Vegas for a cheer competition, had several medications in her system at the time she took her and her daughter’s lives, TMZ has learned.
TMZ obtained the Clark County Medical Examiner report for Tawnia and Addi’s deaths. The document listed the causes of their deaths as gunshot wounds to the head.
The report said Tawnia’s ex-husband called cops for a welfare check after failing to get ahold of the two in February 2026.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a Texas judge awarded Lapattra Jacobs a whopping $40,105,000 in compensatory damages and an additional $10 million in exemplary damages, which are similar to punitive damages.
The breakdown was listed as past damages of over $8 million for past medical expenses, pain and suffering, physical impairment, loss of earning capacity, and disfigurement ... and another $32 million for future damages in these categories.
On top of this, the court tacked on another $10 million in exemplary damages after finding Mayweather's conduct involved "an extreme degree of risk" and "constituted aggravated assault involving the use of a deadly weapon."
