The upcoming Britney Spears biopic has a chance to be extra authentic ... as the new owner of the singer's childhood home is inviting Universal Pictures to film on location.

The current homeowner of the old Spears family home in Kentwood, Louisiana tells TMZ … she's totally open to camera crews descending on the property to shoot scenes for the Britney flick.

It sounds like the owner's willing to bend over backward to make this happen ... she tells us she's cool with the production company removing her furniture and bringing in their own set pieces, which would need to happen to accurately recreate Britney's 1980s and '90s childhood environment.

Alyvia Alyn Lind is getting a pretty good cut of some streaming dough for an upcoming Netflix production ... she's set to earn more than $500,000 for the limited series.

The 17-year-old actress is starring in "Wayward" ... and her minor's contract shows just how handsomely she's being paid.

According to the contract, filed in court and obtained by TMZ, Alyvia is raking in $75,000 per episode for the inaugural season.

A firearm registered to notorious cop killer Christopher Dorner was recovered during the arrest of two men suspected in the armed robbery of a $1 million watch ... and the crazy thing is Dorner's been dead for over a decade.

Prosecutors in Los Angeles say Beverly Hills Police officers discovered a handgun registered to Dorner during a Saturday morning search of the suspects' Airbnb.

The firearm is a Glock 21 .45 caliber handgun ... and prosecutors say it was loaded and tucked inside a pillowcase when cops found it during their search. Authorities also released photos allegedly showing one of the suspects holding the gun.

Ángel Salazar -- famous for playing Al Pacino's trusted sidekick "Chi Chi" in "Scarface" -- was filming an indie spin-off of the iconic gangster movie when he died ... and we've got the first look at him in action.

50 Cent is getting praise from the Shreveport Chief of Police for pulling off an epic comedy and music festival that was crime-free... especially given the backdrop of the City.

50 hosted Dave Chappelle, Katt Williams, Andrew Schulz, Matt Rife, Bill Bellamy and other comedians for the 4-day "Humor & Harmony" event which began last Thursday. There were performances by DaBaby, Master P, A Boogie, Moneybagg Yo, Muni Long and 50 himself, among many others.

Shreveport has had more than its share of crime problems, so cops were bracing for any incidents given the huge crowds that showed up for the festival. In the end, there wasn't a single issue, and officials were beyond grateful to 50, who helped provide security.

Shreveport Police Chief Wayne Smith tells TMZ Hip Hop, 50 and his team were instrumental in keeping the event safe with good planning, resources and masterful execution. The Chief added, "I haven't seen this type of positive activity downtown since the late '80s!"

The Chief called 50 after the festival wrapped to express his gratitude.
