Spencer tells TMZ ... he and Heidi are both open to an "I'm sorry" message from Andy, but require the Bravo personality to reach out directly to "The Hills" alum ... something he's still yet to do, despite issuing mea culpas on his radio show more than once.
Per Spencer, he's seen Andy's recent apology, where the 'WWHL' star expressed regret over calling Heidi "trash" on TV nearly 15 years earlier ... but noted the contrite update didn't mean a whole lot since AC hadn't "reached out privately."

Brian, who owns Body Electric Tattoo in Los Angeles, applauds the "WAP" rapper for getting such a "cool" bit of drip ... but warns the strategically placed piercing is NOT for the faint of heart.
Thompson tells us the gluteal microdermals -- a horizontal surface piercing -- take a long time to heal and can scar "really badly" ... with the risk of infection being high due to the location of the jewelry.
BKT believes Cardi can pull off this tricky piercing given her extensive track record ... she already has piercings in her ears, nose, lip, chest, belly button, and eyebrow. Yet, he says he'd warn "the general public" against getting the piercing, since he feels responsible for all his work.
He adds ... "Once you do something like that, you own it. So, all the problems that come in, you've got to own those too."
Though Brian didn't do Cardi's latest piercing, he did give her the microdermals for her chest and the lip piercing she rocked on her 2020 Elle cover.
Watch the video ... because Brian gets candid about how Cardi handled the pain with her different piercings -- hint, she was not about to rap "I Like It" afterwards!!!

The 53-year-old -- who now works as FOX Sports' NFL and college football rules analyst -- said even though Kansas City may seem to be getting the benefit of a lot of close calls in big games ... he's sure there's no directive from Roger Goodell to have refs favor the Chiefs.
Blandino said if anyone would know about such a plan -- it'd be him ... seeing as he oversaw the NFL's officials from 2013 to 2017.

We caught up with Will at LAX Monday, and he had some thoughts about diversity, equity and inclusion hiring -- Hollywood’s more reactive than proactive, so expect a response to that political pendulum swing. But for him? It’s always been about hiring the best for the job -- DEI or not.
Check out the clip -- Will, the powerhouse behind "Girls Trip," "Think Like A Man," and "Ride Along," tells us many of the best people for the job just happen to be POC. That gives him a leg up on others in the biz who actively don’t prioritize hiring the most diverse and qualified talent.
