Max Ehrich, an actor who was once engaged to Demi Lovato, is dealing with a legal mess down in Florida ... because he got arrested for allegedly getting violent with a family member.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Max was arrested Tuesday night for battery on a person 65 or older ... and the charge involves domestic violence on a family member.

We're told Max posted $1,000 bond and was released from jail Wednesday.

Offset sat down for a candid conversation with Keke Palmer ... and was confronted with those pesky Saweetie sleepover rumors -- which he flat-out denies!!!

Keke also quizzed Offset about his ongoing divorce from Cardi B -- which he confirmed hadn't been finalized yet -- and openly admitted his philandering toppled their nearly 7-year marriage.

Kelley Wolf was a no-show in divorce court with Scott Wolf ... turns out she’s checked into a treatment center.

The prosecutor Wendy Crossland said Kelley couldn’t make Tuesday’s hearing on her misdemeanor charges since she’s in a Utah mental health facility -- Crossland added they haven’t had any recent contact with her while she’s in treatment.

The judge noted the court will "reset these matters with notice" to Kelley.

New court documents TMZ Sports has obtained show NBA star P.J. Washington has been ordered to pay Brittany Renner $5,500 a month in child support.

According to the docs, Washington was required to make the payments as part of a consent order issued in Mecklenburg County, N.C., back in November 2024.

The docs state Washington additionally was ordered to pay a lump sum of $130,000 to satisfy "any and all existing child support accruing prior to the entry of this consent order, as well as for [Renner's] attorney's fees."

10/6/2025 12:23 PM PT -- Quinta and Kevin's marriage is officially terminated, and both waive their right to seek spousal support.

Quinta Brunson says she settled her divorce with her estranged husband ... just six months after she initially filed.

Brunson filed documents with the court letting the judge know she and her soon-to-be ex, Kevin Anik, entered into a written agreement to divvy up their property and finalize the divorce.

All that's left now is for a judge to sign off on the settlement, and the two will officially be divorced. We don't yet know the details of the settlement.
