Hillary Clinton says she does "not recall ever encountering" Jeffrey Epstein ... and she says the House Oversight Committee is using her to "distract attention from President Trump's actions."

The former Secretary of State is testifying right now at a building in Upstate New York, near where the Clintons have a house.

Hillary reportedly blasted the committee in her opening statement, according to Fox News, saying ... "A committee endeavoring to stop human trafficking would seek to understand what specific steps are needed to fix a system that allowed Epstein to get away with his crimes in 2008."

The "Below Deck" boss showed up in a St. Johns County, Florida courtroom Tuesday and went face-to-face with Spencer Calvert, the ex-Pineapple Corp. owner, in a victim impact statement ... telling him point-blank he had wrecked her financially.

Sandy didn't hold back ... she said while he was still chilling in his big home, others like her were left scrambling to pick up the pieces.

Calvert had taken a plea deal ... but that deal was rejected this week following objections from alleged victims in court.

Corey Feldman and Courtney Feldman's marriage is officially over ... after a Los Angeles judge signed off on their divorce agreement Wednesday -- but the actor ain't getting away scot-free.

Per Corey and Courtney's divorce agreement, the "Gremlins" star must pay his former wife a $100,000 lump sum for spousal support ... with the first $10K payment being made within five days of executing the agreement, and then another $10K every two months until the full amount is paid off.

He's also responsible for debt to the IRS from 2021, which -- according to the docs -- he's "been paying down."

But, he is also leaving the marriage with a 2016 BMW, a 2021 Mercedes Benz, a 2013 Coachmen Mirada, 5 shares of Tesla Stock, and his Michael Jackson collectables.

A Los Angeles judge denied a restraining order petition filed against Jada Pinkett Smith by Will Smith’s alleged friend ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, the case brought by Bilaal Salaam was thrown out of court after Jada and Bilaal both testified.

The judge found Bilaal did not provide enough evidence to be granted a permanent restraining order prohibiting Jada from coming within 100 yards of him. The case was dismissed.

Aaron Carter’s mom is embroiled in a legal battle with the late pop star’s ex-fiancée, Melanie Martin, over what she claims are "illegal withdrawals" from his accounts ... TMZ has learned.

Jane Schneck filed court docs opposing the final accounting for Aaron’s estate. She said she had various issues with the accounting report submitted by the court-appointed estate administrator.

In her filing, Jane said she believed Aaron’s name, image and likeness were worth more than listed. Aaron died on November 5, 2022.

The rep claims ... "The reality is that on March 2, 2024, Mr. Glover was the victim of an unprovoked felony assault by Jane Doe at his Los Angeles residence.  Mr. Glover called LAPD, which came to the scene, investigated, and arrested Jane Doe.  These facts are documented by law enforcement records and by the restraining order filed by Mr. Glover against Jane Doe at that time."

The statement ends with ... "Mr. Glover intends to vigorously defend himself and pursue all available relief.  He is confident the judicial process will expose this lawsuit as a meritless fabrication."

"Back To The Future" star Crispin Glover manipulated a model from the United Kingdom to be his live-in girlfriend in Los Angeles and work for him for free ... then he locked her out of his home and beat the crap out of her ... and now she says she's homeless -- this all according to a new lawsuit.

Crispin is being sued by a Jane Doe, who claims Crispin lured her from Europe to L.A. with false promises of a new life and career in Hollywood ... only for Crispin to allegedly turn out to be a violent control freak.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the woman claims she met Crispin through social media in 2015 and he would persistently message her for years to come to L.A.. According to the woman, he made strange advances ... and when they met in person in 2023 in Dresden, Germany, she claims he showed her Nazi memorabilia from his collection.

"The Real Housewives of Orange County" alum Shannon Beador’s ex-husband David Beador is once again staring down divorce papers ... 'cause his current wife has filed -- and it's the fifth time between the two.

TMZ obtained the docs, showing Lesley Beador has officially pulled the plug on their marriage. She's asking for legal and physical custody of their 5-year-old daughter, Anna Love Beador ... but she does check the box for David to be granted visitation.

Lesley is also seeking spousal support ... and wants the court to block any spousal support award to David.

Don Lemon Sued Over Minnesota Church Protest

A woman who claims to have been attending service during the Minnesota church protest covered by Don Lemon last month is now suing Lemon and other protesters, saying she suffered severe emotional distress as a result of the incident.

In court documents, obtained by TMZ, Ann Doucette claims she was attending a worship service at The Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota, on January 18 ... when she alleges Don and others "unlawfully interfered" with her ability to "freely exercise her religion in a private place of worship."

Rosie O’Donnell’s daughter Chelsea O’Donnell was accused of touching a man’s genitals without permission, which led to her being thrown behind bars ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained the report written by the State of Wisconsin Department of Corrections, which detailed why Chelsea’s probation was terminated in late 2025.

Rosie’s daughter was on probation for various arrests that took place in 2023 over alleged child neglect and drugs.

The Department of Corrections report says Chelsea allegedly touched a man's genitals without his permission. Authorities say Chelsea was driving a car, and the alleged victim was in the backseat on the passenger side.

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Kenya Moore’s hair salon was ordered to pay more than $80,000 in a battle over unpaid rent and utilities ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a Georgia judge ordered the reality star’s company, Moore Vision Media, to pay $43,988 by late February ... and another $43,988.67 by late March -- for a total of $87,976.

The judge also ordered Kenya’s company to pay around $5,500 a month in rent ... until or unless she ends up vacating.

A couple of weeks after the judge made the decision, the landlord claimed Kenya’s company failed to pay the first installment by the court’s deadline and demanded possession of the property immediately. The court has yet to rule on the request.

Dimitrius Graham 'American Idol' Alum Arrested in L.A.

"American Idol" finalist Dimitrius Graham was arrested in Los Angeles Sunday and booked on a trespassing charge ... TMZ has learned.

The head-turning incident was caught on video ... and shows Graham being cuffed by officers on an LA Metro train as you hear him yelling out about what is happening to him. The singer -- who also appeared on "The Voice" -- says he was unable to show his train ticket because his phone died ... but was barred from exiting the train to get a physical ticket and instead taken away to the clink.

He reposted the video on his own social media page, and also hopped online to share an update after claiming to be locked up behind bars for 24 hours.

Anna Kepner Stepbrother Charged With Cruise Ship Homicide

Teenager Anna Kepner was killed on a Carnival Cruise during a family vacation last November ... and now her 16-year-old stepbrother has been charged with her homicide, according to court documents.

An emergency filing on Friday obtained by TMZ says her stepbrother was charged with homicide as a minor in connection with Anna's asphyxiation death in her stateroom aboard the Carnival Horizon on November 7.

Anna was on a Caribbean cruise vacation with her dad, stepmom and three stepsiblings when she died. A housekeeper reportedly discovered Anna's body underneath her bed — and the ship returned to Miami, Florida, the next day, as the FBI launched an investigation.

Tyra Banks is embroiled in a nasty court battle over her Ice Cream company -- claiming a landlord is attempting a “celebrity shakedown."

In court docs, Tyra, who is battling with a Washington D.C. landlord over a scrapped plan to open an ice cream shop ... is now seeking more than $50,000 in sanctions from the landlord who tried to drag her to court.

Tyra said the landlord knows she lives in Australia and has no real ties to America or D.C., where the lawsuit was filed. She said her move to the land Down Under was well-publicized, and the landlord should have been aware.

Russell Brand pleaded not guilty to 2 rape and sexual assault charges in London Tuesday.

The actor and comedian pleaded not guilty to 5 other charges of sexual assault in the UK last year. The 2 new counts stem from charges announced last December, in connection to alleged incidents in 2009. He was granted bail via a video conference from his home on the 2 later charges in January.

The "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" star's other charges include 2 counts of rape, one of indecent assault, and 2 of sexual assault. The allegations come from 4 women, who said the incidents happened between the late 1990s to the mid-2000s.

Zachery Ty Bryan Sentenced to Over A Year in jail for DUI

Zachery Ty Bryan is headed to jail for 16 months stemming from a 2024 DUI arrest -- and this time, he’s not walking away with probation.

The former "Home Improvement" star was rearraigned this morning after striking a plea deal with prosecutors. He pled guilty to DUI and admitted to an enhancement for driving with a BAC of 0.15% or higher -- nearly double the legal limit of .08.

Court docs show Bryan also admitted to having two prior DUI convictions, putting him in even hotter water. If he ever gets hit with a fourth, the penalties only get harsher.
