A source tells TMZ that not only was Lil' Kim not in Brooklyn, she was at her home in Jersey. We're told her mom went absolutely nuts when she heard the news ... on the radio. Shock jock Wendy Williams' radio show was actually giving out the intersection where the alleged accident happened and telling people to take photos of the wreck.
We couldn't get hold of Wendy for comment.

TMZ has obtained the 911 call that was made after Nate Dogg -- cousin of Snoop Dogg -- suffered what was described as a "heart attack" ... and you're not going to believe how nonchalant the caller is! It sounds like she's calling in about a hangnail -- not for a guy whose life's on the line!
Since the original incident, it has emerged in reports that Nate actually suffered a stroke, rather than a heart attack. The 38-year-old Dogg cousin is currently in a medical rehabilitation facility recovering from the stroke, after being released from a hospital on December 26 -- no other information on his condition is available.
But seriously -- you gotta hear this (unidentified) woman. The 911 operator is a helluva lot more animated than she is.

UPDATE: People confirms Nicole and Joel welcomed a baby girl, Harlow Winter Kate Madden. She weighed 6 lbs., 7 ozs., and Nic's rep tells the mag, "The beautiful healthy baby girl left the hospital with her ecstatic parents." And Mark Malkin reports that Xtina has given birth as well. We're told it's a bouncing baby boy!
Oh, baby! Both Nicole Richie and Christina Aguilera are in labor! Boil some water!
Us is reporting that the "Simple Life" star has checked in and will soon deliver her bundle of joy, and TMZ has just spotted grandpappy Lionel, uncle-to-be Benji and his fiancee Sophie Monk at the hospital. Getting the band back together!
Multiple sources have confirmed to us that Christina is there too. Maybe they can share a room?!

Britney Will Get Help Like It or Not

TMZ has learned family members and professionals in Britney's life are working as a team to get her mental help -- either voluntarily or involuntarily -- for treatment of what appears to be a severe bipolar disorder.
We're told it's going to happen one way or the other, and fast. So far, Britney refuses to commit herself voluntarily, but the team is persisting.
Sources say they are considering "a number of options," some of which are "creative."
The most extreme option -- going to court and getting an order forcing Britney into in-patient treatment. That would be the last ditch effort.
If involuntary commitment is the only option, Brit must be picked up by cops -- again -- on a "5150," meaning she's a danger to herself or others. Then, while she's in the hospital, health care professionals can go to the County Public Guardian, who can then go to court and ask for what's called a "conservatorship." The conservator would then basically assume control of Brit's life.
If the judge grants the conservatorship, Brit could be involuntarily committed to a mental hospital. Again, that's not the only option and various alternatives are being discussed right now.
