With CBS trying to put the kibosh on everyone's favorite genital revealing outfits at the Grammys this year, who can forget the two visionary pop divas that helped ignite the NC-17 overexposed lady bits chic craze: Jennifer Lopez in her infamous plunging Versace poolside coverup back in 2000 -- and Toni Braxton's Caligula-era torn sheet dress thing from 2001.

With her ginger tentacle weave in full effect, a gorgeous Lindsay Lohan arrived freshly plumped to an amfAR event kicking off Fashion Week in NYC on Wednesday.

Well, at least she didn't give the judge any lip last week.

Stevie Wonder says he totally backs CBS' push to ban risque clothing from The Grammys ... then again, he really doesn't know what he's missing!!!

Wonder was leaving The Sayers Club in L.A. last night when we asked about the network's email to the stars -- urging them to cover up their butt cracks, boobs and special no-no places for Sunday's big show.

Stevie told us he completely understands CBS' anti-skin efforts ... saying, "Children watch it too, ya know?"

Jessica Simpson is ditching the coveralls ... proudly showing off her pregnant belly in L.A. yesterday -- and TMZ has the pics.

Fetus Simpson had been under wraps for the past couple of weeks ... with Jessica sporting all sorts of baggy clothes to keep her bump out of the public eye.

But now that Jessica is a couple of months into pregnancy ... and growing ... she's given up on the cover-up ... and hit the gym yesterday in all her pregnant glory, rocking tight workout clothes.

Chris Brown's putting his best foot forward for his big court date today -- carrying a freshly dry-cleaned suit on one arm while leaving his L.A. home moments ago ... Rihanna close behind.

Rihanna spent the night at CB's place -- you know, helping him relax a little before he faces the judge in an hour.

As we first reported, Chris is gonna have a lot of 'splaining to do today after prosecutors accused him of lying about his community service hours.

CBS doesn't want to see a SINGLE celebrity butt crack at the Grammys on Sunday ... and no boobs or genitals either ... this according to a warning the network fired off to all "talent" appearing on the show.

The email -- which surfaced online -- was sent by CBS Standards and Practices to people connected to the celebrities who are expected to appear on camera during the broadcast ... and the network makes it clear, it's not taking any chances with the FCC this year.

"Please be sure that buttocks and female breasts are adequately covered," the letter reads.

"Thong type costumes are problematic. Please avoid exposing bare fleshy under curves of the buttocks and buttock crack."

It goes on ... "Bare sides or under curvature of the breasts is also problematic. Please avoid sheer see-through clothing that could possibly expose female breast nipples."

"Please be sure the genital region is adequately covered so that there is no visible 'puffy' bare skin exposure. Please avoid commercial identification of actual brand name products on T-shirts."

"Foreign language on wardrobe will need to be cleared. OBSCENITY OR PARTIALLY SEEN OBSCENITY ON WARDROBE IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR BROADCAST. This as well, pertains to audience members that appear on camera.'

So, a star can wear a pink ribbon ... as long as it doesn't say "The American Breast Cancer Foundation."

We reached out to CBS -- so far, no word back.

Kim showed up at Wasser's office today, and we're told the two of them are gearing up for a divorce trial against Kris Humphries.

Our sources say Kim isn't even thinking about settling anymore, because Kris has made it clear he wants the case to drag on endlessly, so she spent hours with Wasser going over trial strategy.

As for when the trial will take place ... there's a trial setting conference set for Feb 15, and Wasser has made it clear she wants a trial in March.

If history repeats itself, Kris' lawyer will appear and say Kris needs more time to prepare. By our count this will be the 4th time Kris' lawyer made the delay argument. The judge has bought it 3 times, but we're guessing this time a trial date will be set.

The former CEO of guido-favorite t-shirt company Ed Hardy is being sued by a female masseuse who claims the guy tried to force a happy ending ... and then tried to talk her into banging his wife.

TMZ has obtained the lawsuit, filed against Hubert Guez -- in which the masseuse (who calls herself Magdelda) claims she was called to Guez's Malibu mansion back in May to perform a regular massage service ... when he made it clear he wanted more.

In her suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court by attorney Keith Davidson, Magdelda claims Guez forcefully grabbed and pulled her into his exposed penis, grabbed her breasts and buttocks and suggested she "perform sex acts with his wife while [Guez] watched."

Magdelda claims she suffered serious mental and physical injuries -- and is suing for unspecified damages.

Attempts to reach Guez were unsuccessful.

"Thrift Shop" rapper Macklemore is the new king of hand-me-downs, and he proved it by revealing his greatest thrift shop purchase of all-time -- which is awesome!! And also gross.

How's this for news ... Lindsay Lohan is a plaintiff for a change.

We've learned Lindsay has filed a $1.1 million lawsuit against a clothing manufacturer called D.N.A.M. Apparel Industries -- claiming the company licensed Lindsay's "6126" trademark ... which Lindsay uses for her clothing line, sold at several high-end L.A. boutiques.

Lindsay started the 6126 clothing line several years ago with an entrepreneur named Kristi Kaylor.

According to the lawsuit -- filed by celebrity attorney Perry Wander -- D.N.A.M. licensed the trademark to manufacture clothing for sale internationally ... and agreed to pay Lindsay and her partner hundreds of thousands of dollars in exchange.

But Lindsay and her partner say they were shortchanged big time ... and now, they're suing, claiming they've suffered more than $1.1 million in damages.

FYI -- 6126 represents the birth date of Marilyn Monroe. In case you're slow, that's June 1, 1926. Lindsay apparently has a thing for dead actresses. We're talkin' to you Liz.

Believe it or not, there is something in even more dire straits than Lindsay Lohan's legal woes ... her career transcontinental travel outfit.

Rockin' the Scarecrow's hat, a gorilla-sleeved leather jacket and a matching pair of ill-fitting leather MC Hammer harem pants, Lindsay made her desperate way from JFK to LAX on Tuesday night.

On a positive note, what we can see of her ginger weave and bronzed face looks pretty good.

While it is unclear how the judge will rule in her court case today, the verdict Lindsay should most fear is from the fashion police.

For once, Paris Hilton let her younger model boyfriend River Viiperi take center stage ... when he walked in a fashion show in Barcelona on Monday.

The 31-year-old socialite enjoyed the view as her 21-year-old Spanish catwalker strutted his stuff on the runway for the clothing brand Mango.

From the looks of it, their relationship has legs.

Timbaland is still crying over that $1.8 MILLION watch that went missing two years ago (wouldn't you be?) -- and now he's filed a lawsuit against his insurance company ... claiming it REFUSES to cough up the cash to cover his claim.

According to a lawsuit filed against American Home Assurance Company last month, the music mogul claims he paid over $50,000 to take out a policy with AHA back in May 2010. Timbaland says the policy covered a slew of expensive items, including his Jacob & Co. 18K white gold watch, loaded with over 30 CARATS of diamonds!!!

In the suit, Timbaland claims he lost the watch in August 2010 and filed a claim with AHA -- and even testified under oath that it was missing -- but the company DENIED his request and hasn't paid a dime.

But there's a twist ... this is the SAME watch Timbaland reported stolen two years ago -- which is when his family called the cops ... claiming he was so distraught by the loss they feared he might commit suicide. Timbaland was adamant he never planned to kill himself.

At the time, he told the L.A. County Sheriff's department he felt "someone he knows" stole the bling and they opened an investigation.

In the suit, the rapper says he believes (and testified under oath) it was his two-and-a-half-year-old daughter who "picked [the watch] up and played with it until she became bored and discarded it somewhere."

He adds, "It has never been found."

Timbaland is suing for $1.8 million -- the value of the watch -- plus interest and attorneys' fees.

Just in case anyone forgot, Jennifer Lopez proved she's still bootyful last night.

The 43-year-old curvaceous diva showed off her God given talents at the premiere of her new film "Parker" in Vegas.

Crocs founder George Boedecker is changing his tune after his crazy DUI arrest last year -- finally admitting he was wasted at the time ... after previously pleading "not guilty."

Boedecker was in court yesterday in Boulder, CO, where he pled guilty to DUI following his DUI arrest last August -- when cops discovered him passed out in the front seat of his Porsche.

According to the police report, medics described Boedecker as "drunk as crap" ... and when cops decided to arrest him, Boedecker told the officers to "f**k yourselves in the ass."

According to the report, Boedecker also claimed he was dating Taylor Swift.

Boedecker pled "not guilty" back in September -- but yesterday he changed his plea ... and was sentenced to 2 years probation and 96 hours of community service.
