On the surface it seems like Game's junk came out on top, but we also found out Nicki's pic drove ten times as many people to the company's website -- which means those customers could've bought a ton of other gear.

So, we're declaring Nicki's camel digit the victor ... for now.

Kris Jenner Legal Fight Looms Over Who's the Real Proud Mama

Published | Updated

Kris Jenner is now in a legal fight over who's the proudest mom.

As we reported, Kris is trying to trademark #ProudMama. Problem is ... a jewelry company already owns the name "Proud Mama" and plans to spend what it takes to block the famous mother.

Jenny Present owns the jewelry company and trademarked the name back in 2009. She says adding a hashtag doesn't cut it, and she's not about to have her business jacked by Kris.

It's interesting ... Jenny says her line is geared toward some celebrity moms, including Kourtney Kardashian.

Jenny's lawyer says he will "vigorously" protect his client's rights and is even pulling at the heartstrings, saying Jenny is a single mom who lives for her 8-year-old son.

Kris wants to use the name for advertising purposes, which sounds like a business to us. So get ready for the mama of all fights.

Our Goodwill rep tells us they meant no disrespect when they used Kanye's mug as a way of schooling supervisors on how to react to different scenarios in the workplace. Goodwill says it felt it was being "relatable" by using the rapper's face, but in hindsight they realized it was wrong.

The newsletters has now been pulled from all its stores and donation centers.

The rep says, "We’d like to apologize to Kanye West, his fans and the community for the use of his image to illustrate an internal training message. It was unacceptable and Goodwill takes full responsibility for this action and meant no disrespect to Kanye."

Ex-College Football RB HE THREATENED MY LOUBOUTINS ... Wife Claims

Published | Updated

Wanna piss off your wife??? THREATEN TO BURN HER LOUBOUTIN SHOES ... 'cause that's now at the center of a nasty divorce war starring a former University of Oklahoma running back.

The man who allegedly threatened shoe-icide is Brennan Clay -- who's marriage hit the skids when he accused his wife of banging ex-teammate DeMarco Murray (allegations he later retracted).

But according to court docs obtained by TMZ Sports, Clay's wife wants Brennan thrown in jail -- after he allegedly sent her a picture of her expensive shoe collection in a pile with the caption, "I'm setting all of your Louboutins on fire."

Oh hell no.

It appears Clay backed off his alleged threat -- but his estranged wife says the fact he messed with her property is in violation of a court order to not harass each other during the divorce.

When reached out for comment, Clay told TMZ Sports the allegations are false -- he never threatened the shoes -- and says text messages are bogus.

The judge will ultimately decide how this thing plays out ... stay tuned.

Scott Weiland Suddenly Ironic Death Merch ... Still for Sale

Published | Updated

Tour merchandise for Scott Weiland's band that seemed really cool yesterday is now just really tragic ... yet still available for purchase.

The gear features Scott's picture with the slogan "Not Dead and Not For Sale" -- playing off the rumors that frequently swirled prematurely about the rock star's death. It was also the title of a memoir written about Scott.

Arguably, the clothing is more valuable now after Scott's death ... something fans clearly realize since there's a bunch of new listings on Ebay for shirts and sweatshirts with the phrase.

Scott's own Amazon store is still hawking the stuff too ... if you want to pay retail.
