Justin and Hailey Bieber are proving their love is as 'incredible' as ever ... dressing up as the fam from "The Incredibles!"

The Bieber bunch was decked out in head-to-toe gear from the animated Disney movie for their Halloween costume this year, with with Hailey as Elastigirl, Justin as Mr. Incredible and their 1-year-old son Jack as Jack-Jack.

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are back with another spot-on couples costume for Halloween ... dressing up as Jack and Sally from "The Nightmare Before Christmas!"

The pair absolutely crushed their looks, with Kourt even rocking a wig to replicate Sally's ghoulish glow, and the Blink-182 drummer painting his entire head white to bring his costume to life.

The pair posted an on-theme video on Instagram to celebrate -- cruising down the street in a vintage black Chevy Impala convertible with "This is Halloween" playing from the 1993 film's soundtrack. It's not clear where they're heading ... perhaps to Halloween Town to visit some monster pals!

Heidi Klum held true to her promise by rocking an "ugly" but recognizable Halloween costume -- she dressed up as the Greek mythological figure Medusa for her annual Halloween party!

We got a peek at her walking onto her red carpet and into her epic celebration at Hard Rock Hotel New York City Friday night, and her costume was certainly a head-turner.

Just check it out -- she was covered in green scales that tapered into a long rattlesnake’s tail behind her, and she's even got animatronic snakes as hair! Not to mention the layers of green makeup and prosthetics that certainly took hours to perfect.
