Vince McMahon recorded a big win in his reckless driving case on Thursday ... he was given access to a special program where, if he meets a certain set of criteria, his charges will be dropped in a year.

The news about RFK Jr.'s brain worm went wide when The New York Times published a story regarding his history with the pesky pest last year.

Although he's never specified what kind of parasite he ended up getting in his brain, there's a condition known as neurocysticercosis ... which is what happens when larvae from pork tapeworms reach the brain and form cysts, and can lead to a range of complications, according to the Cleveland Clinic ... it's pretty gnarly stuff, we know.

Former New York Jets star Nick Mangold says he's in need of a kidney ... and now, he's asking his fans for help in finding one.

The seven-time Pro Bowler revealed on his Instagram page Tuesday he's been dealing with kidney issues for decades -- and "after a rough summer" this year, he's in search of an organ donor.

"Unfortunately," the 41-year-old wrote in a lengthy statement, "I do not have family able to donate at this time, so this is why I'm reaching out to you, our NY Jets and Ohio State communities."

Daniel Stern -- best known for his role in "Home Alone" -- was rushed to the emergency room earlier this month ... but fortunately, he is doing just fine now.

This incident went down on October 7th, with the Ventura County Fire Department telling TMZ they responded to a residence in Somis, California, for a medical emergency. Sources tell us the individual was Daniel, although it's unclear what the medical issue was.

The dept says the individual was assessed by firefighters and eventually transported to a nearby hospital. Sources tell us Daniel has since been released.

TikTok star Mainly Mannie -- known to his 1.3 million followers as "Boss and CEO" -- shared an emotional life update, revealing he was recently diagnosed with HIV.

Mannie opened up in a raw video posted to his social media, saying he found out about his diagnosis this summer after suddenly becoming unable to walk. He claims he believes his ex-partner gave him the virus and says he's currently in a rehab facility learning how to walk again.

In one clip shared on Instagram, Mannie is seen using a walker while therapists assist him down a hallway. Despite the physical and emotional challenges, he says his faith and sense of humor are keeping him grounded, adding God is good and he's taking his medications.

Former President Joe Biden is now entering a new phase of treatment for the aggressive form of prostate cancer he's battling.

A spokesperson for Biden told NBC News, “As part of a treatment plan for prostate cancer, President Biden is currently undergoing radiation therapy and hormone treatment."

The radiation treatment is expected to continue for 5 weeks, according to NBC, and the soon-to-be 83-year-old has already been taking a pill form of hormone medication.

Varinder Singh Ghuman -- a well-known Indian bodybuilder and actor -- suddenly passed away on Thursday at only 42 years old.

Ghuman's nephew confirmed the sad news to reporters, saying his uncle suffered a medical emergency while he was being treated at a hospital for a shoulder injury.

After his sudden death, Ghuman's family raised questions about what happened ... leading the hospital to release a statement on the incident, explaining that Ghuman had a sudden cardiac arrhythmia while under general anesthesia.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. says there's another link between autism rates and Tylenol use ... and he says it involves pain treatment for circumcisions.

President Trump's Health and Human Services Secretary made the claim Thursday during a cabinet meeting ... saying there are multiple studies that show children who are circumcised early in life have double the rate of autism.

RFK Jr. says it's "highly likely" the use of Tylenol in these infants is the reason for elevated autism rates. He did not cite a specific study or research.

Lakers fans still reeling over the Lebron James "Second Decision" madness now have an even bigger headache to deal with ... the King has been ruled out for the start of the NBA season with an injury.

The team revealed on Thursday James will be sidelined for the next three to four weeks as he deals with sciatica -- an issue that causes pain, numbness and tingling in the lower back and down the leg.

The recovery timeline means the 40-year-old forward will miss L.A.'s home-opener vs. Steph Curry's Warriors on Oct. 21. It likely means he's out for the Lakers' tilt with Anthony Edwards' Timberwolves on Oct. 24 as well.
