Happy Birthday, Jayden James!!! It's time to celebrate, both your adulthood and the fact child support from Britney Spears will not end on this special day.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the original child support order in the Britney/Kevin Federline divorce provided that child support payments would cease on the 18th birthday of Jayden, the youngest son, OR when he graduates high school, WHICHEVER IS LATER. We've learned Jayden will graduate from high school in Hawaii in November -- it's an early graduation -- so the child support payments will continue until then. That means Britney will make payments in October and November, and then it all stops.

We're told the original child support order was $20,000 a month. But, in 2018, it went up to $40k a month, partly because Kevin pretty much had the kids all the time, and there were additional expenses as the kids got older.

Cardi B's family just grew a little larger ... 'cause she just gave birth to her third child -- announcing it moments ago on social media.

The rapper -- who just revealed her pregnancy last month amid divorce proceedings with long-time partner Offset -- confirmed the news Thursday with pics and videos of her holding the baby girl in the hospital bed.

Offset's with Cardi in the hospital in the photos ... sitting with their kids, and each holding on to the newest addition to the family -- who Cardi calls "the prettiest lil thing." She writes 9/7/24 in the caption -- so, looks like the baby was born Saturday.

Justin Theroux just got engaged to his actress girlfriend but he's still talking about his much more famous ex-wife Jennifer Aniston ... admitting he still feels "protective" of her.

The "Beetlejuice Beetlejuice" star sat down for a new interview with the Times and said Jen's recent beef with Donald Trump's running mate J.D. Vance had him in his feelings over his ex.

Justin told the Times of Jennifer ... "She is still very dear to me so, of course, yeah, I feel protective."

He was responding to questions about Jennifer's public spat with J.D. over Vance's controversial childless cat lady remarks.

Justin added ... "But she batted back criticism, as well she should."

Unclear how the interview is going to go over with Justin's new fiancée Nicole Brydon Bloom ... they just got engaged last month in Italy during his promotional run for his new movie.

Ashley Hamilton, an actor who was once married to Shannen Doherty, got arrested after police say he threatened a hotel employee with a knife.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... Ashley was arrested a little after 5 AM on Aug. 24 following an incident in a posh Beverly Hills hotel, when a staffer told cops the actor pulled a knife and took a fighting stance.

Cops say Ashley was asleep on a couch in the hotel lobby when the employee woke him up and told him he couldn't sleep there ... and we're told Ashley started arguing, and things quickly escalated.

Leah Remini says she and her husband are waving the white flag on their marriage ... deciding a divorce is in their best interest.

The actress announced Thursday she and her actor husband, Angelo Pagán, are getting divorced after 28 years together and 21 years of marriage.

Leah says a lot of thought and care went into their decision to pull the plug ... and she says they realized they had changed as individuals and they're tired of playing roles that don't fit them anymore.

Joey Lawrence is clearing up rumors about his alleged affair, saying he and Melina Alves never hooked up on set of their Hallmark movie ... and he's diving deeper into why his marriage ended.

The actor shared a statement on his Instagram mere moments ago ... telling fans he and Alves -- a woman whose husband accused the two of having an affair -- didn't have a physical relationship while working on the movie "Socked In For Christmas," as some have speculated.

JL says the two certainly shared a bond, but it was based only on shared experiences and mutual understanding ... and, definitely not physical intimacy.

Scott Thorson -- who dished on his romance with Liberace in his 1988 memoir "Behind the Candelabra" just a year after the famed pianist’s death -- has died.

Thorson died on August 16 -- he'd been a patient at an L.A. healthcare facility, where he had been dealing with cancer and a heart condition.

Thorson was hired as Liberace's personal friend and companion when he was 18 and the icon was 57 -- which kicked off their 5-year romance.

While Tom Brady is gearing up for his first season as an NFL announcer ... his ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen, is enjoying herself by water-biking with her man, Joaquim Valente -- and interestingly enough, they rode right by the former quarterback's house!!

The 44-year-old model was spotted out on the Miami waters alongside her jiu-jitsu instructor-turned-boyfriend ... and their route led them through the waters near TB12's pad.

Another twist in the Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck divorce ... she wants to drop his last name ... in favor of her maiden name.

TMZ obtained the divorce docs Jen filed Tuesday, and she checked the box to have her name restored to Jennifer Lynn Lopez.

The photos she posted are a physical proclamation of love -- kissing, hugging, all that good stuff. To make sure everyone got the point., Giulia said, "I literally can't believe this. I'm dreaming. I love it that we are both sweaty and after work and gross and disgusting. It's perfect."

Drake has just confirmed a long-suspected theory about one of his hit songs ... as the rapper has dropped never-before-seen footage from the studio.

The hitmaker released a bunch of archival footage from the last several years ... including one telling video, where he makes a big confession about his 2016 anthem, "Too Good," featuring Rihanna.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott appear eager to offload their Beverly Hills home ... as the former flames have slashed the listing price once again.

The ex-couple's first home together -- which they nabbed for a notable $13.4 million back in 2018 -- hit the market again back in February ... when they asked for $17,995,000. Mind you, this was significantly less than their first attempt at unloading the property ... as they previously listed the abode for $21.9 million back in 2022.

KJ and TS didn't get any takers back then ... and it seems that's the case today, as according to online records they are now asking for $15,995,000. If math's not your strong suit, this is a $2 million drop in price ... which likely speaks to the exes' urgency of wanting to ditch the mansion.

Things are not amicable between Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck ... the lines of communication are closed and it's making it difficult to hammer out a divorce agreement.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ … J Lo and Ben are not speaking to one another -- in person or over the phone -- and it's really slowing down their divorce.

Ben and Jen's icy relationship is really the only thing preventing this from being a quickie divorce ... we're told they have a prenup and the only asset they have to divide is their Beverly Hills mansion, which is on the market.
