With a new album just weeks away, Eddie the Gun lead singer (and bona fide babe) Camilla Romestrand celebrated the best way she could think of ... by getting herself inked up.

Romestrand got the work done last month by famous tattoo artist Ami James from "NY Ink" at Wooster Street Social Club.

The Norwegian songstress chose a Norwegian quote from by Henrik Ibsen from the play "Peer Gynt." In English, the expression means, "To think it, wish it, even want it -- but do it!"

Sources tell TMZ ... Octo got $10,000 for the shoot, which is what she needs to rent a new place.

Octo is being very up front now about some misgivings about having 14 kids, saying, "I'm doing that (posing nude) because I need to feed my kids. I need to pay the bills. And I'm still very cognizant of the repercussions of my choices."

It's not the first time Octo has been offered cash for skin ... porn giant Vivid Entertainment offered Suleman a $1,000,000 contract back in 2009 ... which she rejected.

Spring has officially sprung which can mean only one thing ... half-naked celebrity photos from all around the world!

It seems reality stars are getting knocked up left and right these days ... Snooki, Jessica Simpson, Kristin Cavallari, etc. ... but not Audrina Patridge ... at least judging from the way she looks in her bikini.
