Vanessa Bryant is single and ready to mingle -- and TMZ has learned she'll be spending her New Year's Eve at a VIP table in one of the hottest clubs in Las Vegas.

According to our sources, Vanessa has reservations at Surrender, which is located inside the Encore hotel. It's the same hotel Paris Hilton was spotted at earlier this week.

Paris Hilton's war with Vegas titan Steve Wynn has apparently come to an end ... because she partied her face off at one of his nightclubs last night ... 15 months after she was banned from the property.

TMZ has obtained photos of Hilton getting down and dirty inside Surrender nightclub at Wynn's ultra-swanky Encore hotel in Vegas last night.

Paris had been blackballed from all things Wynn back in August 2010 -- after she was arrested for cocaine possession as she arrived to The Wynn hotel.

Paris has since completed her legal obligations -- now, it seems she's made good with Wynn, too.

After the big dinner ... they hit up the Chateau nightclub and danced until the world ends.

Britney Spears will finally show off her engagement ring TONIGHT -- but before it goes public, she's holding a private gathering in Vegas to give her friends and family the first peek ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... the intimate event will take place at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino BEFORE Jason Trawick's big celebratory dinner.

We're told the owner of the PH -- Robert Earl -- will personally attend the event ... and plans to make a toast to the happy couple.

Britney Spears is getting engaged to boyfriend Jason Trawick, TMZ has learned.

Multiple sources who are definitely in the know say Jason plans to pop the question tonight ... in Las Vegas.

We're told Britney knows they're getting engaged, so it's not going to be a big surprise.

Sources say Britney's conservators have given their stamp of approval. The matter will go before the judge in the conservatorship case but it's virtually certain Brit will get the judge's sign off.

And we're told ... Jason did it the old fashioned way ... by asking Britney's dad, Jamie Spears, for permission to marry his daughter.

And they're also doing it the new-fashioned way ... we've learned there WILL be a prenup.

Country singer John Rich was 86'd from a Southwest airplane yesterday ... after crew members determined he was too inebriated to make the trip from Vegas to Nashville ... TMZ has learned.

Sources on the flight tell us ... the "Big & Rich" singer appeared drunk as he was boarding the flight, which was scheduled to depart at 10:50 AM. Hey, it's Vegas ...

We're told Rich got into a verbal argument with a couple of passengers BEFORE boarding the plane ... and continued to display drunken behavior once he was allowed inside the main cabin.

Crew members approached Rich, determined they could not permit him to stay on the flight, and asked him to get off the plane. We're told the singer was cooperative and calm as he exited the aircraft.

A rep for Southwest confirmed a passenger was kicked off the flight, but would not release the person's name.

The rep tells us, "Our crew assessed the situation and determined that the passenger was not fit for travel under governing federal aviation regulations."

The statement continues, "The customer was rebooked on a later Southwest flight out of Las Vegas, but chose to make alternative travel arrangements. We have processed a refund for the customer and his travel companion."

Snoop Dogg partied his face off with a Michael Jackson impersonator in Vegas this weekend and ... HOLY CRAP THAT CHICK JUST PULLED HER LEG OVER HEAD!!!

Snoop was surrounded by an army of super-flexible lingerie-clad models at Gallery nightclub at the Planet Hollywood -- but don't worry, his wife was there too.

So there he was, partying in Vegas ... when Marc Anthony noticed two U.S. marines hanging out at the Venetian ... and decided he was going to show his appreciation, by treating them to most kick-ass night EVER.

TMZ has confirmed ... Anthony approached the two marines and personally invited them to hang with him at Tao nightclub Thursday night -- hours before Veteran's Day.

We're told Anthony treated the guys like rock stars -- ordering bottles of expensive booze at a private V.I.P. table and making sure everyone knew they were the guests of honor that night.

File under those damn rich people keep getting richer ... Candy Spelling won $90,000 on the slots in Vegas.

Sources connected with the Bellagio in Las Vegas tell TMZ ... Candy and some of her girlfriends were at the hotel 2 weeks ago when Candy started playing the high limit slots -- where the machines cost anywhere from $100 to $1,000 a spin.

We don't know how many false starts she had, but in the end, Candy hit it big to the tune of 90 grand!!!!!!!!

Here's the thing -- it's not even Candy's biggest slot machine victory ... or 2nd biggest. Back in 2007, she pulled her way to a $200k payday ... and in 2008, she won a cool $180k.

Oh, and don't forget about the frickin' car in a charity raffle a few years back.

Still, Mrs. Spelling could probably use the cash these days ... after all, she did just sell her mansion for $65 MILLION less than she wanted for it.

Kris Humphries' divorce could be the best thing to ever happen to his career ... cause the out-of-work NBA star's been flooded with job offers ever since Kim K. dropped the hammer.

And that's not all ... a dating website called LocalHotClassifieds.com claims it's willing to match Kris' salary on "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" if he'll agree to become their new spokesman.

Joe Francis just filed a lawsuit against Steve Wynn ... claiming the massive criminal case that nearly put him behind bars last year would never have happened if the casino mogul hadn't lied to the D.A.

TMZ broke the story ... Francis was accused of intentionally skipping out on a $2.5 million gambling debt at Wynn Casinos in 2010 -- but the charges were dropped in September due to lack of evidence.

The "Girls Gone Wild" honcho filed the lawsuit earlier today in L.A. Federal Court, claiming Wynn and his staff intentionally lied to Vegas officials in order to get the D.A. to press criminal charges against him.

According to Francis, the alleged lies destroyed his reputation, cost him an arm and a leg in legal fees, and nearly landed him in prison -- for nothing.

Now, Francis is out for payback -- demanding Wynn cough up an unspecified amount in damages ... but you can bet it's in the millions.

Heidi Klum put her famous body on full display last night at TAO in Las Vegas at her 12th annual Halloween party.

Marie Osmond made a beeline for the ER last night after her Vegas show -- and was diagnosed with a bad case of bronchitis ... TMZ has learned.

Osmond's rep Alan Nierob tells TMZ ... Marie has a "bad lung problem" and was released from the hospital after a couple of hours. She is currently seeing doctors.
