A survivor of Jeffrey Epstein's abuse says she can't remember all of the horrors he inflicted on her ... because her traumatized brain blocked the memories out.

We spoke to Marina Lacerda -- known as "Minor Victim-1" in legal documents, who revealed her identity back in September -- and asked her about a turning point in her association with the convicted pedophile.

Marina tells a story about gathering with other survivors of Epstein in recent years ... and, she says she was shocked to hear other survivors talk about Epstein raping them.

Kathie Lee Gifford is asking the LGBTQ community to simmer down when it comes to the letters in its title ... but she doesn't want you to think she's being judgmental!

In an interview with Tomi Lahren, Gifford weighed in on the community's identifying letters, saying, "I don't even know how many letters there are now. They've really got to stop with that. We know what you mean, you know?"

She continued ... "I'm not telling anybody how to live their life. I never have. I just know what Jesus said -- 'Love your neighbor as you love yourself.' Love God first."

Harvey Weinstein says prison life has been brutal so far -- claiming he’s already taken a beating behind bars ... including one attack that left him bloodied on the floor.

In his first official sit-down interview behind bars, Weinstein says the incident went down at NYC’s Rikers Island when he simply asked the guy in front of him if he was done using the phone ... and the inmate allegedly responded by decking him in the face.

Weinstein told The Hollywood Reporter the punch sent him crashing to the ground, bleeding everywhere -- and even though guards asked who did it, he says he kept quiet because snitching behind bars is a no-go ... calling it the "law of the jungle."

Overall, things clearly aren’t looking great for Harvey healthwise -- 'cause his rep, Juda Engelmayer, tells TMZ he’s also battling spinal stenosis, blood cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, has a heart stent, is losing vision due to disease, and is now confined to a wheelchair.

We spoke with Shaq about Garrett's quest to surpass Michael Strahan and T.J. Watt's shared NFL single-season record at 22.5 sacks ... and considering those guys reached their accomplishments in a lesser amount (Strahan needed 16, Watt just 15), we asked how he feels the Cleveland Browns superstar's numbers should be received, considering he'll have required more chances at 17.

Garrett is currently sitting right behind the No. 1 spot ... and needs 0.5 to tie.

Barrett said it doesn't matter -- the schedule isn't Garrett's fault -- and the game gets harder as time goes on.

Stefon Diggs will continue to receive a ton of support from the New England Patriots because he's super talented, while his teammate Christian Barmore might not get the same backing ... so says a sports executive with years of experience in the business.

We spoke with Andrew Brandt -- a Villanova Law School professor who worked for years as an agent and executive with the Green Bay Packers -- on "TMZ Live" Wednesday ... and we had to ask him about the Pats' statement of support for Diggs after he was charged with strangulation and assault.
