Oksana Grigorieva made it clear to the family law judge Friday -- she wants a bundle from Mel Gibson, including a half a million bucks for the alleged trauma she claims Mel caused her 14-year-old son, fathered by actor Timothy Dalton.

TMZ broke the story ... Mel and Oksana met separately with the judge and a mediator Friday, trying to hammer out a settlement in the custody war that is laced with financial overtones. We're told Oksana asked for a huge amount of money for various reasons, and one involves her son Alexander (aka Sasha).

Oksana claims Mel traumatized the boy during the January 6, 2009 explosive fight, which ended with physical violence .... Oksana has alleged Mel knocked two of her teeth out, while Mel says he merely slapped her because she was out of control and endangering the baby.

Oksana claims Mel was abusive to Sasha during the argument, calling him names and scaring him so much he allegedly hid under the bed.

Oksana also claimed on another occasion Mel threw her son onto a table, but Mel's camp has denied it.

Rebecca Black was getting made fun of at school SO MUCH after "Friday" came out -- that her mother decided to pull her out and began homeschooling the singer.

Black just told ABC News ... students were constantly targeting her, explaining, "When I walk by they'll start singing 'Friday' in a really nasally voice ... Or, you know, they'll be like, 'Oh hey, Rebecca, guess what day it is?'"

Jasmine Villegas -- the 17-year-old singer who sucked face with Justin Bieber in the back of a Honda last year (below) -- just obtained a restraining order against an obsessed 33-year-old man who allegedly offered to pay someone $5,000 to kill her.

A judge in L.A. County Superior Court issued the temporary order on Tuesday, requiring Steven Cintron to stay 100 yards away from Jasmine and her family until a hearing later this month.

According to the docs, Cintron sent Jasmine THOUSANDS of messages from 2009-2011 -- including 75 YouTube videos -- and in one particularly disturbing clip ... he offered $5,000 to anyone who would kill her.

But that's just the beginning -- Jasmine claims, "In a couple of the videos, he has appeared holding deadly weapons, i.e. a gun, machete knives stating that he was going to find me, rape me, and kill me."

According to Jasmine, Cintron also sent her a Twitter message along with a schedule of her performances, writing, "You're dead Jasmine. I swear to God I'm going to kill you. I will blow your f**king head off bitch."

Jasmine -- who also starred in Bieber's "Baby" video -- claims Steven has also threatened to kill her mom, her current boyfriend, and her little brother ... and the singer has been living in constant "panic mode."

Shocker ... the restraining order also blocks Cintron from contacting Jasmine on the Internet, and posting any more YouTube videos about her.

Val Kilmer's ex-wife claims the actor has stiffed her on child support payments ... according to documents obtained by TMZ ... and now she's going after his property in order to get what she claims is rightfully owed.

Actress Joanne Whalley had two children with Val before their marriage ended in 1996 -- one of the children is now 19-years old and the other is 16. At the time of the split, Val agreed to shell out $27,500 per month in child support.

But according to court documents filed in New Mexico, Whalley claims Val has fallen behind in payment. Whalley doesn't specify how much Val owes ... but she has established a lien on Val's property to force the actor to pay up.

It ain't the first time Whalley claims Val left her hangin' -- court documents show Joanne got a lien on Val's stuff in 2007 after he allegedly stiffed her on child support payments back then.

Val eventually rectified that situation -- and the lien was removed in 2008.

"Twilight" star Taylor Lautner just gave the world one more reason to hate him -- because the 19-year-old just bought one of the most badass cars on the planet ... worth more than $200,000.

According to sources, Taylor walked into an L.A. Mercedes-Benz dealership with his parents last Wednesday ... paid for a silver 2012 SLS AMG -- complete with gullwing doors -- and drove it off the lot that same day.

Amy Winehouse was absolutely NOT going to adopt a 10-year-old girl from the island of St. Lucia ... despite U.K. reports to the contrary ... Amy's rep tells TMZ.

The Sunday Mirror reported Dannika Augustine and her grandmother both confirmed that Amy was about to begin the adoption process ... and both of Dannika's parents had signed off on the plan.

Amy Winehouse was preparing to adopt a 10-year-old girl from the island of St. Lucia, the girl and her grandmother told a British paper today.

The girl -- Dannika Augustine (seen above with Amy) -- says she met the singer during one of Amy's visits to the island over the past few years. She says she was living in poverty with her single mom when Amy took an interest in her.

Dannika tells The Sunday Mirror, "Amy was already my mother. I would call her mum and she would call me her daughter. She took care of me and we had fun together. I loved her and she loved me ... She was the most amazing person and I was looking forward to living with her here or in London. I cannot believe she is gone. This is the worst thing that ever happened to me."

Dannika's grandmother Marjorie says she spoke to Amy a few weeks ago and that Amy planned to return to St. Lucia next month. She told the paper, "Amy wanted to have a child so bad. If she had not died, there is no doubt she would be here in St Lucia completing the adoption process. There is no way she would have done what she did to herself if Dannika was with her."

Justin Bieber and Sean Kingston were just cruising the Miami Beach strip looking like such BALLERS ... they had to flag down a cop to protect them from adoring fans.

Law enforcement sources tell us Biebs was driving a drop-top Rolls-Royce this evening on Ocean Drive -- with Kingston riding shotgun -- when a group of fans noticed them and started to gather around the car.

We're told Justin and Sean got the attention of a plain-clothes officer who stood guard until the crowd left.

Sources tell us the sick Rolls actually belongs to Kingston, who -- for some reason -- is cool with his 17-year-old pal taking the wheel.

Thomas Beatie -- the former woman turned transgendered pregnant man -- has not only lost all the baby weight that comes from having three children ... he's more CUT UP than an umbilical cord!

The blonder Beatie showed off his newly buff chest, bis and abs while in the pool with one of his kids in Arizona on Tuesday.

Mr. Rida is accused of fathering a son with a woman named Gloria Halloway. The kid was born earlier this year.

Flo's attorney, Sandy Becher, tells TMZ ... the rapper took a paternity test last month that ruled him out as the boy's father ... but he used a pseudonym to protect his identity.

But Halloway isn't buying it -- claiming she has yet to see a document with Flo's REAL NAME on it ... and her lawyer, Damon McDougal, tells us, "There is absolutely nothing to indicate that [Flo Rida] was sampled."

McDougal adds, "I really do feel that the only way we are going to get a reliable paternity test is going to be within the confines of some sort of court order."

Question is ...

Mark Lippman, a lawyer for Cindy and George Anthony, tells TMZ his clients have had zero contact with Casey or her lawyers about her impending release.

Lippman says he isn't 100% sure his clients even want to see Casey, but it doesn't even matter. He tells us, "Mr. Baez and Mr. Mason (Casey's attorneys) have made it abundantly clear that their client will not have contact with my clients. We have no idea what the plans are for Casey, so even if she was out of jail we would not know where to contact her to even attempt to set up a meeting."
