Diddy isn't going to celebrate his release from prison with an arena tour -- his lawyer says his client will have more important personal matters to address.

Marc Agnifilo -- the lead lawyer from Diddy's legal team who got him acquitted on the 3 main charges -- clarified his comment to CBS News about a possible Madison Square Garden show.

Agnifilo tells us the team's top priority is getting Diddy a fair sentence so he can pay his debt to society as quickly as possible ... and, when he gets out, Diddy won't be focused on music.

Gina Carano has wrapped up her lawsuit against Disney for wrongful termination and sex discrimination after she was fired from "The Mandalorian" -- we've learned she’s struck a settlement deal and moved on.

TMZ obtained court documents showing the parties agreed to dismiss the lawsuit with prejudice, and sources with direct knowledge tell us ... Lucasfilm/The Walt Disney Company and Gina Carano reached a mutual agreement to put the legal dispute behind them.

A Lucasfilm spokesperson issued a statement ... "Ms. Carano was always well respected by her directors, co-stars, and staff, and she worked hard to perfect her craft while treating her colleagues with kindness and respect."

Mike Tyson didn't come out victorious in his fight against Jake Paul and is now facing another bout -- a legal one brought by producer Ty Fyffe who claims Iron Mike didn't have permission to use his hip hop banger featuring Jay-Z, DMX, and Ja Rule in his promo video before the fight!!!

According to docs obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Fyffe says he's the co-writer and producer for the 1998 track "Murdergram," from Jay's "Streets Is Watching" soundtrack.

Apparently, Fyffe was watching the placements too.

The two men suing Kodak Black claiming they were shot alongside him during that ill-fated Justin Bieber-hosted Super Bowl after-party in 2022 are trying to score a $10.6 million default judgment ... but the rapper's attorney says it's just a shameless money grab.

Kodak's lawyer Bradford Cohen tells TMZ Hip Hop ... "We are not paying them a thing -- it's us who are the victim of a legal assault by these two people."

Cohen highlighted that Kodak was never properly served and they only found out about the lawsuit yesterday when a media outlet reach out to them.

The incident was a wild-wild-west scenario that luckily resulted in no casualties ... Kodak, Mark Schaefer, and Adam Rahman were all shot outside of The Nice Guy nightclub in Hollywood after Super Bowl LVI ended and the streets filled with crowds.

Busta Rhymes is facing a lawsuit from a former personal assistant who claims the megastar rapper assaulted him ... however, Busta tells TMZ Hip Hop his allegations are complete BS.

We broke the story back in January ... cops questioned Busta over an alleged physical altercation between him and a man named Dashiel Gables.

Busta ultimately wasn't charged ... but Gables is preparing to host a press conference in New York later today to announce a lawsuit against the rapper for wage theft, emotional harm, and assault and battery.

Denise Richards has a pretty nasty bruise under her eye and a cut on her chin days after she showed up to her estranged husband's place unannounced ... which is interesting, because she used a photo of a black eye to get a restraining order against him, and as far as we know, he hasn't been near her since.

But here's the problem -- the disgraced Hollywood mogul says the final agreements were never signed before the show went on the road after it closed on Broadway in August 2016. But, he argues the agreements were honored when the tour kicked off in October 2016 ... until the money stopped coming.

Denise Richards struck fear into the hearts of Aaron Phypers' elderly parents when she showed up at their home to get some dogs ... at least according to the 911 call from the latest divorce drama.

TMZ obtained the dispatch audio from Sunday's incident at the Calabasas home Aaron shares with his parents and brother ... and you hear the dispatcher relay that Aaron feared for his parents.

We broke the story ... sources close to Aaron claim his estranged wife showed up at the home unannounced and started banging on a back door, demanding to be let inside.

Bill and Hillary Clinton -- and nearly a dozen other former feds and politicians -- have been subpoenaed for depositions by a Congressional committee ... all in connection to Jeffrey Epstein.

Rep. James Comer, Chair of the House Oversight Committee, announced Hillary will testify on October 9, followed by Bill on October 14. Comer also issued a subpoena to the DOJ for any Epstein-related records.

There are plenty of other high-profile names set to testify in the coming weeks ... including former FBI Directors James Comey and Robert Mueller, as well as former U.S. Attorneys General Merrick Garland and Bill Barr.

Adam22 is being sued by a man who claims he was violently assaulted and battered at the office where Adam films his popular "No Jumper" podcast.

In new legal docs obtained by TMZ, a man named Jeremel Reed says he was concussed in an alleged December 2024 incident at "No Jumper" Burbank, CA headquarters ... and he says the people who whooped his ass were agents, employees, guests, and/or affiliates of Adam's company.

Reed also says the alleged beatdown resulted in a broken nose and bruised eyes ... plus pain and suffering ... and he says he racked up a bunch of medical expenses.

6:08 PM PT -- Aaron tells TMZ ... "Absolutely false, not true on both accusations. Denise’s attorney has consistently struck out in pursuit of the truth. There is a difference between telling the truth and trying to protect your client."

He continuted, "Denise’s actions are willfully intentional in the slander and destruction of what is left of a family. This is after Denise chose to carry on an adulterous affair - after being caught not once, not twice, but three times."

Aaron wrapped it up, saying ... "Having the title of attorney or being a celebrity does not put you above the law. It does not give you the right to humiliate others for the sake of your interests. Both of these actions have been readily apparent here in the last couple of weeks."

3:15 PM PT -- Denise Richards' divorce attorney, Brett Berman, tells TMZ ... "Ms. Richards did not violate a restraining order. On August 3, 2025, after confirming that Mr. Phypers was not present in her home, Ms. Richards entered the home to retrieve her dogs after learning that Mr. Phypers had put down one of her other dogs without her knowledge or permission.”

The Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers divorce keeps getting uglier ... because the cops were called after Denise showed up at his house to pick up a dog.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies were called Sunday afternoon to the Calabasas home Aaron shares with his parents and brother, after Denise showed up to get their dog.

Problem is ... Denise has a restraining order in place against Aaron ... meaning they can't get within 100 yards of each other.

President Trump would hit a home run if he were to grant Sean "Diddy" Combs a pardon for his prostitution conviction ... at least according to Mark Geragos.

The famed defense attorney was flying out of LAX on Monday when a photog asked him about a potential Trump pardon for Diddy.

Mark, whose daughter Teny defended Diddy in his federal criminal trial, says it's looking more and more likely that Trump will give Diddy clemency ... especially after the President's most recent comments on the case.

Sean "Diddy" Combs isn't going anywhere, at least for now ... he was again hoping for a taste of freedom, but the judge in his criminal case just denied bail, for the second time, pending his upcoming sentencing.

Judge Arun Subramanian ruled Monday against granting Diddy bail ... siding with federal prosecutors and keeping Diddy locked up at MDC Brooklyn as he awaits his October 3 sentencing for his conviction on a couple Mann Act charges.

In his order, the judge said there were no "exceptional reasons" warranting a release before his sentence.

As we first reported, Diddy filed a new motion for bail last week ... with his legal team arguing he's probably the only man in America behind bars for hiring and transporting male sex workers across state lines to bang his girlfriend.

Candace Owens claims Donald Trump personally intervened in her quest to expose France's First Lady Brigitte Macron as an alleged trans woman -- but CO says she never backed down to 47's demands.

Owens went on Tucker Carlson's podcast last week and told the former Fox News host Trump phoned her to tell her to knock off all the talk about French President Emmanuel Macron's wife being a trans woman. Candace claimed she received the Trump call after Macron flew to Washington, D.C. to request the 47th prez contact her over her viral series, 'Becoming Brigitte.'

Watch the clip ... it's super interesting seeing Candace and Tucker banter back and forth about the two world leaders over Brigitte's alleged secret she's been hiding all these years -- at least according to Candace.

Fivio Foreign is no longer locked up in New Jersey, TMZ Hip Hop can confirm ... the "City of Gods" rapper was released on August 1 after a judge sentenced him to probation.

The Bergen County PIO tells TMZ Hip Hop ... Fivio was sentenced to time served for the 196 days he's already spent in jail and 3 years of probation.

We broke the story ... Fivio was jailed in January after being accused of pulling out a gun on a woman in New Jersey, and he later pled guilty to terroristic threats.
