Dorit Kemsley and her estranged husband PK Kemsley are set to unload their longtime Los Angeles home ... after she agreed to unload the home ... and a judge ordered the sale and instructed "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star to be out by November ... TMZ has learned.
A hearing was held Wednesday in Dorit and PK's divorce, where the two have been fighting over money. PK claimed Dorit had not been paying the mortgage on the 6-bedroom, 10-bathroom home worth $7 million.
Dorit, who is represented by powerhouse attorney Samantha Spector, argued PK should be paying the bills ... and claimed he had more than enough to pay the debt owed on the home.

Blake Lively is not getting her enormous wish -- $8 million in attorneys' fees -- because a judge just ruled Justin Baldoni will only have to fork over $400K ... TMZ has learned.
As you know ... a judge dismissed Justin Baldoni's defamation lawsuit against Blake and the New York Times in June, but ruled she was entitled to attorneys' fees for defeating the claim.
Blake asked a judge to award her $8 million -- claiming Justin owed her $7,495,526.87 in fees she incurred in fighting his lawsuit and $539,514.01 in costs and expenses incurred while defending herself.

A federal judge has struck down the 2023 Texas drag ban ... and his decision cites the late, great Dolly Parton.
U.S. District Judge David Hittner ruled Texas Senate Bill 12 -- which could charge drag performers with a misdemeanor and jail time and fine businesses up to $10K -- improperly restricts speech and violates the First Amendment.
He says the law's definition of overly provocative performances is too vague, using Dolly as an example.
Hittner says the late legend's shows could have fallen under the broad ruling because people criticized her "as a voluptuous sex symbol because of her big hair, flamboyant clothes and breast exposure."
Florida Man Arrested Allegedly Poured Meth into Baby's Sippy Cup
A Florida man was arrested for allegedly pouring methamphetamine into a 1-year-old child's sippy cup ... and the child ingested the drugs, overdosed, and was taken to a hospital in critical condition ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
We're told the alleged incident went down in February, and doctors treated the child, who survived and was then placed in the custody of the Florida Department of Children and Families.
46-year-old Mark Windham was arrested Saturday and charged with child neglect causing great bodily harm and possession of drug paraphernalia with residue ... the Nassau County Sheriff's Office announced.
NCSO previously announced that the child's parents and two other residents in the Callahan home where the alleged incident took place were arrested ... they were identified as Hayden Simmons, Damien Windham, Erica Foley, and Judith Addison

In addition to shelling out $16.7 billion to California and 28 other states, Mark Zuckerberg's company agreed to create "daily limits and blocks on nighttime use for teenage users" ... plus "enhanced age assurance measures to prevent children from accessing the platform, or age restricted content available on the platform" ... according to court filings.

The New Jersey Office of the Attorney General said Tuesday that Joshua Kohut, the dean of research at Rutgers' School of Environmental and Biological Sciences, was hit with a single charge of invasion of privacy for allegedly shooting his videos with a cell phone camera.
Attorney General Jennifer Davenport said Kohut used his "mobile phone to record 'upskirt' videos without his victim's knowledge."

Former boxer Adrien Broner is facing a criminal trespass charge after cops say he showed up at a Florida casino despite being banned for life ... TMZ has learned.
According to court documents, Adrien is charged with trespass in connection with an alleged incident at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.
The Seminole Police Department report says officers were called to the casino in April 2024 over an alleged trespass. They say Adrien was issued a lifetime ban from the casino back in August 2023 ... but claim he came back anyway, leading to his arrest.

The U.S. Marshals posted a photo on X showing two of their officers taking the alleged Chucky wannabe into custody after learning that he was reportedly hiding out in an apartment complex in southeast Vegas. The officers conducted surveillance inside the complex to locate Hughes and then moved in to arrest him without incident.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Andrew Haden died by suicide inside the San Diego federal building where he worked ... TMZ has learned.
The San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office tells TMZ ... Haden hanged himself inside an office at the Edward J. Schwartz Federal Building in downtown San Diego.
The California Post first reported the news.
Haden's body was discovered last Wednesday after San Diego police received a report he was possibly missing. Officers responded to the federal building and found him dead inside an office.

Raquel Lee reportedly made a secret settlement with actor Mark Curry long before suing Disney for failing to protect her from allegedly getting raped as a teenager.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Raquel reached a "confidential settlement agreement" in 2015 with Curry, who played her dad on "The Poof Point."

In her depo, Blake said her friend Ashley Avignone, who is also friends with Taylor Swift, told her about the text messages. Blake says Ashley told her that she knew a publicist named Stephanie Jones, who was trying to get a hold of Blake.
