New York state has seen enough of "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Stevie J's deadbeat ways ... and may now snatch his property from him and sell it to pay off the $1.2 million in back child support he owes.

TMZ has obtained documents issued by the state informing Stevie it now has the power to seize any property he owns. Interestingly, the state sent Stevie 4 separate notifications between 2011 and 2013 ... all of which he apparently ignored.

TMZ broke the story, Stevie was arrested Monday at his home in Georgia for failing to pay the support.

This guy's also an alleged deadbeat with the IRS -- we've learned there are FOUR income tax liens against him totaling $371,000.

"Love and Hip Hop Atlanta" star Stevie J is out on bond ... but it's just the beginning of his legal battle.

As TMZ first reported, Stevie was arrested in Georgia on Monday for allegedly owing his baby mama more than A MILLION BUCKS in child support.

"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Stevie J just learned a hard lesson about being a baby daddy ... you rack up a million-dollar child support debt and you go directly to jail.

Here's what landed Stevie J behind bars. He and his live-in GF had a kid in '97 and '98. In '99 Stevie was ordered to pay around $6,600 a month in child support, which eventually was raised to $8,500.

According to the criminal complaint, Stevie J stopped paying in 2001 -- he's never paid a cent since then. So now the tab is a whopping $1,107,412.

"Love & Hip Hop" star Benzino claims AirTran Airways has already accepted blame for racially profiling him on board a flight this week -- and as a gesture of its remorse, AirTran gave him 2 vouchers for $200.

TMZ posted video of Benzino's f-bomb-laced outburst shortly after he claims a flight attendant racially profiled him on his flight Tuesday from Vegas to ATL ... and the story behind the outburst is crazy.

Benzino tells us, he and his new wife were the last people to board ... and as soon as they took their First Class seats, a flight attendant demanded to see their tickets.

Benzino found this insulting, telling us the flight attendant only asked to see his tickets because he's a man of color sitting in First Class -- and that's why he erupted.

Benzino tells us, "They basically were talking to me very disrespectful and came at me inappropriate. That’s why I was upset about the situation. I am not the one to scream the race card unless I truly believe I am being treated not equal."

According to Benzino, an airline rep later apologized to him, telling him the airline was in the wrong, and then gave him and his wife two vouchers for $200. Calls to Southwest -- which merged with AirTran a few years ago -- weren't returned.

The mayhem didn't end in Vegas -- days after Floyd Mayweather locked horns with T.I., Floyd's friend Benzino got kicked off an airplane in Chicago ... and in the process, the "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star unleashed the loudest torrent of f-bombs we've ever heard.

It's all on video -- Benzino (the same guy who was partying with Floyd at the strip club early Sunday morning) goes OFF ... calling a flight attendant "a racist motherf*****" and a "racist bastard."

Eyewitnesses tell TMZ, Benzino was asked to leave the plane during a stopover in Chicago on his flight from Vegas to ATL.

The details surrounding the blowup are hazy -- we're told the flight attendant questioned Benzino about his seat and next thing everyone knew ... Benzino was screaming.

It's the most baller move Ray J's made since shaking Kim Kardashian's cakes to camera -- he just celebrated a 7-figure TV deal by dropping half a mil on his and hers exotic sports cars.

Ray sunk the massive chunk o' dough into a Bentley Continental convertible for his gf, Princess Love -- and a Ferrari 458 for himself ... all on the heels of signing a fat new contract with VH1.

Sources close to the sex tape star/singer tell TMZ the deal has 6 zeroes attached -- and Ray will not only star in "Love and Hip Hop L.A." ... but also develop shows for the network with his manager David Weintraub.

We're told RJ will appear in some of the shows, and produce others. Real talk though -- he's mostly gonna enjoy the hell outta the Ferrari.

"Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" producers are making cutbacks on bloodshed by increasing security during shoots, and Lil Scrappy can testify ... it's already saved him from brawling with a FEMALE co-star.

Sources close to production tell TMZ ... Scrappy and a new cast member named Erica Pinkett had to be separated by the new security force after she threw wine in his face during a dinner this week.

We're told producers have added security -- it's now one guard for every cast member --- on all shoots to keep things from getting "too ratchet."

We're also told it isn't just cast-on-cast violence they're guarding against ... it's also civilians trying to attack the show's stars.

As one cast member put it ... "That s*** gets ratchet and now the bodyguards shutting that s*** down."

"Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Nikko Smith is so in love with his suddenly famous junk ... he wrote a song to celebrate it -- and TMZ has audio of the phallic ode.

As we first reported ... Nikko and Mimi Faust's very dirty shower work in "Mimi and Nikko: Scandal in Atlanta" has been raking in major dough -- and it also inspired Nikko to write "New Shower Rod."

The song's an instant Valentine's Day classic with lyrics like ... "Don't you change a thing, my personal freak" -- and "Let me f*** you in the shower, hands up on the rod."

Lil Scrappy and his mother, Momma Dee aren't taking kindly to accusations made by his ex-GF ... Scrappy tells TMZ Diamond is a "lying industry ho" who's as fake as her phony teeth and butt.

Diamond gave a radio interview Friday blasting Scrappy -- accusing him of physically abusing her -- and claiming Momma Dee stole her Louis Vuitton purses and ruined her credit by trashing a condo Diamond helped her buy.

Scrap tells TMZ Diamond lies like a rug ... saying he was never abusive and never once put his hands on her. Scrappy says she's trying to make herself relevant by throwing shade ... even though he gave her a start in music and bought "her $20K teeth and her fake ass."

He says Diamond's story of Gucci Mane slapping him down in a club is all BS. Scrappy insists they had a shoving match, nothing more.

And Momma Dee tells TMZ she never got anything of value from Diamond because "Diamond ain't never had s***."

Momma says Diamond's a "lying chamber maid" who's mad because she's not banging the prince anymore ... and says Diamond will never have any money unless she gets a "douche deal for her stank-ass p****."

BTW ... sources close to Diamond says her ass is real and she paid for her own damn teeth.

The "Love & Hip Hop" sex tape has overtaken the Kim Kardashian skin flick in popularity -- in fact it's already the most pirated sex tape of all time .... according to the porn company behind its release.

The full length L&HH sex tape was officially released at midnight -- and a rep for Vivid tells TMZ ... in just 9 hours, the company sent out more than 1,200 cease-and-desist letters to websites that were illegally hosting it.

Vivid honcho Steve Hirsch isn't messing around either -- telling us, "If you even try to illegally download this tape we will come after you full force. We have three full-time attorneys prepared and ready to go."

As we reported, the anticipation leading to the tape's release has been insane -- pre-sale numbers were through the roof ... totaling roughly $400,000.

Since the release at midnight, we're told Vivid's website has been raking in new memberships -- averaging 15 new joins every MINUTE.

There might be a new queen of sex tapes ... TMZ has learned the tape starring Mimi Faust from "Love & Hip Hop" is one of the hottest pre-sellers Vivid has ever seen.

Vivid Entertainment honcho Steve Hirsch tells TMZ ... they've made more than $400,000 in pre-sales ... just off the trailer. Hirsch says Vivid has never seen pre-orders at this level.

"Mimi & Nikko: Scandal in Atlanta" is set to drop Monday in full on Vivid.com and Hirsch says he's expecting sales to be massive.

Mimi Faust and Nikko Smith -- stars of the "Love & Hip Hop" sex tape -- have a bit of an unusual fetish ... and it involves a ruler. We'll explain ...

And supplies are running out -- a customer at one Home Depot in Georgia tells us, they were totally sold out of Mimi-strength shower rods.
