Chad Ochocinco was confronted by his ex's mother -- who demanded the NFL star pony up the $38k in child support he owes her daughter ... but Chad says the amount is just not fair.

Just when you thought they couldn't get any hairier ... ZZ Top's Dusty Hill switched things up in the band by playing a new instrument, but keeping the band's signature look.

Dusty, who's still rehabbing a dislocated shoulder, had to trade his bass guitar for a keyboard during their summer tour and since ZZ Top's hardly the grand piano types -- he enlisted Jimmy Shine's Workshop to build 2 badass custom rigs.

Jimmy says he fitted hand-polished chrome tubes and trucker-style chrome exhaust guards to hide wires and mount LED lights ... then welded the gear to the keyboard.

For the second one, he attached white Nordic Alpaca fur to match the fuzzy guitars the band played in the video "Legs." Total cost for the hairy nostalgia -- just under $15k.

Wells Fargo has enabled two crooked employees to fleece a famous Mexican singer out of her hard-earned money ... so claims the performer in a new lawsuit.

Latin Grammy winner Ana Bárbara accuses the bank and two of its employees of opening up several accounts and then taking more than $416k. Bárbara, who speaks limited English, says she trusted them when she signed up for the accounts.

Bárbara -- who's sold over 6 million albums -- claims one of the employees fessed up to the theft. And now the singer also wants Wells Fargo to pay nearly $900k for loss of income after claiming she had to cancel concerts in Mexico and Bolivia to deal with this mess.

Bárbara accuses Wells Fargo of creating a corrupt business culture that presses its employees into fraudulent practices to meet unreachable sales. The lawsuit points out the L.A. City Attorney's Office has gone after the bank for these practices.

We reached out to Wells Fargo, but got no comment.

We're told when the relationship started getting rocky, she noticed things ... in particular an enormous American Express bill ... more than $109,000. Shortly after she spotted the charge, AmEx sued her.

We're told Lisa Marie's legal team has now opened a forensic audit to determine where all the money went during their marriage.

As we reported, the couple had a postnup. We're told that document makes it clear ... all the Elvis money is hers.

The man who discovered Wiz Khalifa says the rapper owes his company more than $2 million after not ponying up big chunks of dough.

Rostrum Records -- founded by Benjy Grinberg -- claims in a new lawsuit it had a deal with Wiz for a 15% cut of touring and music royalties when the rapper started back in 2005. The company says it's also owed 20% of any merch sales.

The company claims Wiz has earned a ton of money in touring, merchandise and music sales recently and Rostrum wants $2 mil to make things right.

Kanye West's new partnership with Adidas could make him A BILLION DOLLARS ... TMZ has learned.

Adidas announced Wednesday they've signed Kanye to a contract that will have a seismic impact on the sport and street fashion world. The deal calls for YEEZY retail shops that will hawk shoes, apparel, and accessories. We're told he'll also be designing athletic wear for basketball and football.

In addition to the stores ... we're told 'Ye's also getting his own design team made up of the best of the best in the industry.

Tons of people want a body like J.R. Smith -- and now they can have it ... 'cause the NBA star is selling t-shirts of his tatted physique ... and making a TON of cash in the process.

Smith's inked up physique dominated the Internet when he refused to put a shirt on following the NBA Finals -- and a Cleveland-based clothing company saw a huge chance to cash in on the topless attention.

We spoke with Tony Madalone of Fresh Brewed Tees who immediately commissioned replicas of Smith's upper body for shirts ... and he says they've already sold 1,000 units ($35 a pop) in less than 24 hours.

What's interesting ... the company realized some of J.R.'s tats could be problematic because they're based off trademarked images ... such as Michael Jordan's "Jumpman" logo.

So, in an effort to skirt the issue ... FBT altered some of the tats. Some of the changes -- they removed the name "Jordan" from a #23 jersey and modified the "Jumpman" logo.

Meek Mill and Nicki Minaj could learn a few things from Rae Sremmurd ... when it comes to strip club turn ups.

Keyshia Cole didn't take her eviction lightly, in fact she straight up trashed the place on her way out the door ... according to her ex-landlord.

Keyshia got the boot for failing to pay $19,000 in back rent on her place in Santa Monica. The landlord already sued for that, but now he's filed a new lawsuit for the damage to his property.

In the suit, he says the singer put holes in the walls and ceilings, scratched the floor, and destroyed door frames.

He lists the total damage at $150,000 ... and wants her to cough up that amount, plus a little something for his emotional distress.

On one hand, Mary J. Blige is making progress in the tax lien dept -- her tabs are getting lower, but on the other hand ... she still has to pay 'em.

The state of NJ dropped a new lien on MJB to the tune of $166,292.77.

This one's way more manageable than her past tax debts. She settled a lien for $900k with Jersey in 2014, but appears to still be on the hook for a $3.4 million tab with the IRS.

Nick Lachey's all about Encino, man ... he dropped millions for a new crib just days after unloading a pad in the same neighborhood.

Lachey forked over $4.15 million for the 7 bedroom, 10 bath home that belonged to the late Mexican-American singer Jenni Rivera. Nick and wife Vanessa will have plenty of room to spread out ... nearly 10,000 square feet on 4 acres.

Lucky for Nick, he had some cash on hand after selling his old crib for $3.995 million earlier this month.

Farrah Aldjufrie from The Agency sealed the deal for Nick. The agent for Jenny's estate was Sebastian Wolski, managing partner of the Ryan Serhant Team Los Angeles.
