Lori Loughlin and her estranged husband, Mossimo Giannulli, have officially unloaded their Los Angeles mansion amid their ongoing separation ... TMZ has learned.

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... the Hidden Hills property sold Monday for $12.65 million. The couple had been asking $14.95 million, so they took a hit off the asking price, but they're still walking away with a solid profit after buying the place for $9.5 million back in 2020.

The sprawling contemporary farmhouse spans nearly 12,000 square feet, loaded with luxury amenities including a fully equipped gym, custom home theater, chef's kitchen, and wine cellar. Outside, the backyard's a resort-style playground with a swimming pool, spa, bocce ball court, and BBQ area.

President Trump is ripping air traffic controllers a new a**hole as the government shutdown drags on ... threatening to dock the pay of those playing hooky from their posts.

Trump fired off the financial threat Monday morning on his Truth Social app, claiming any air traffic controller who doesn't work during the shutdown "will be substantially 'docked.'"

The messaging comes in the wake of the FAA ordering reduced air traffic at 40 major airports across the country ... tons of flights are canceled or delayed, and travelers and pilots are feeling the stress ... especially as the holiday travel season ramps up.

A Virginia teacher who was shot by her 6-year-old student just scored $10 million in court ... after a jury decided a former assistant principal ignored warnings the kid had a gun.

Abby Zwerner sued school administrators and the school board in 2023 -- including ex-assistant principal Ebony Parker -- claiming the Richneck Elementary shooting in Newport News could’ve been completely avoided. After six hours of deliberation, the jury of 3 men and 4 women agreed Thursday ... awarding her $10 million in damages, plus interest.

Zwerner’s team argued Parker had one main job -- keeping the school safe -- and that multiple teachers raised alarms the boy was carrying a weapon in his backpack. But nothing was done ... until after Zwerner was shot in her first-grade classroom.
