To whoever stole $300,000 worth of wiring from the Atlanta set of "Anchorman 2" ...

You should probably find yourself a safe house or a relative close by ... lay low for a while ... because you're probably wanted for burglary.

Cops in ATL are on the hunt for the scumbag (or scumbags) who broke into a warehouse that's being used as a set for "Anchorman 2" late last month and made off with $300k of wire and some computers.

According to police, the burglary is just the latest in a string of break-ins in the area.

So far, no arrests have been made.

Al Roker's crazy pants-pooping hijinks have impressed the master of all things dung ... and now Johnny Knoxville says he's inviting the weatherman to SHART in the next "Jackass" project.

Knoxville -- who has featured several real-life crapping scenes in his "Jackass" flicks (including the infamous poo-cano) -- was in L.A. last night when we told him about Al's dirty little secret.

"That makes my day," Knoxville said ... adding, "If Al Roker ever wants to shart in 'Jackass,' he's more than invited."

Roker hasn't been shy about his little slip -- going on "Dateline" and "Today" to talk about the time he tried to fart at the White House ... and crapped himself instead.

In between getting out of jail and getting in the middle of a parking lot brawl, Katt Williams took the time to talk to TMZ about "Django Unchained" ... and threatened to beat the crap out of Quentin Tarantino if he gets the chance.

Williams didn't voice his opinion in a polite way like Spike Lee did. First he threatened to punch QT in the face, then told us, "Quentin Tarantino thinks he can say the N-word. But I checked with all of Ni**adom and nobody knows where he got his pass from. I hope he didn't get it from Samuel L. Jackson and Jamie Foxx cause they aren't going to help you when I see you."

When our photog tried to compare QT to Steven Spielberg (who made "Amistad" in 1997), Katt shot back, "Quentin Tarantino is no Steven Spielberg. Steven Spielberg doesn't wanna be black, Quentin Tarantino thinks he is. So when he meets a real ni**a, we'll see if he is or not."

Spike Lee is boycotting Quentin Tarantino's "Django Unchained" because the N-word is used 110 times. Interesting, since Spike has used the N-word in some of his flicks. So we gotta ask ...

Spike Lee needs to relax ... so says "Chappelle's Show" star Donnell Rawlings, who tells TMZ, the n-word-filled "Django Unchained" is a fun movie with a happy ending ... and THAT'S IT.

Rawlings was out in L.A. last night when he came to Quentin Tarantino's defense -- blasting Spike Lee for his criticism of Quentin's usage of the n-word in the film (110 times to be exact) ... which Spike called disrespectful to his ancestors.

Donnell said, "Spike Lee, I know you been talking a lot of sh*t. You don't like nobody's movies. You don't like Tyler Perry movies. You don't like Quentin movies. I don't even think you like YOUR movies."

Spike Lee is breaking a sacred rule by criticizing "Django Unchained" for its pervasive use of the n-word -- so says Sarah Silverman ... who tells TMZ, art is art ... and "you can't tell art what to do."

Sarah was out in L.A. when we asked about Spike's refusal to watch the new Quentin Tarantino flick, which features the n-word roughly 110 times. Spike criticized the film, claiming it mocks slavery and is "disrespectful to my ancestors."

Sarah -- a self-professed Spike Lee fan -- said, "[Spike's] got a lot of mishegas with a lot of art. I think you can't really tell art what to do."

James Franco is working on a top secret project with an up-and-coming female porn director, TMZ has learned ... and it turns out she has quite the reputation for being handy with her fist.

The woman in the photo is Princess Donna Dolore, who's featured in Franco's soon-to-be released film "Kink."

FYI -- Kink is a documentary about Kink.com ... a bondage website for the S&M community (like Rihanna) and also for people who enjoy peeing on each other (like R. Kelly).

Despite being in the film, Franco only met PDD for the first time in person last week ... and sources tell us, he has already locked her up to be a part of a future project he is working on.

During the encounter, PDD gave Franco an official Princess Donna Dolore shirt, which includes her trademark fist on the back.

James took it ... the shirt, that is ... and sported it proudly.

Charles Durning -- the 2-time Academy Award nominee who was known as the "King of the Character Actor" -- died Monday at his home in New York.

The 89-year-old actor appeared in a TON of movies during his incredible career -- including "The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas," "The Sting," "Tootsie," and "Dick Tracy."

According to Durning's agent and friend Judith Moss, Charles died of natural causes.

Before he became a star, Durning was a soldier in the U.S. Army -- and even stormed Normandy on D-Day during WW2.

Durning was the only member of his patrol who survived the Battle of the Bulge -- but he suffered serious injuries in the fight, followed by a mental breakdown.

Durning -- who received 3 Purple Hearts for his service -- had explained, "There's only so much you can witness."

Durning is survived by his wife and 3 children. And like a true American hero, Durning will be buried at Arlington National Cemetery.

Jack Klugman -- who famously portrayed Oscar Madison on TV's "The Odd Couple" back in the '70s -- died yesterday at the age of 90.

According to Klugman's family -- the actor had been convalescing for a while, but died unexpectedly. Klugman's cause of death has not yet been determined.

But Klugman was tough as nails -- in fact, he battled throat cancer back in the '80s and lost his voice, but later trained himself to speak again. Pretty bad ass.

As an actor, Klugman appeared in some iconic movies and TV shows -- including "12 Angry Men" and the 1959 musical "Gypsy. He also appeared in several episodes of "The Twilight Zone" and starred in "Quincy, M.E."

Spike Lee says he REFUSES to see Quentin Tarantino's new flick, "Django Unchained" when it opens tomorrow ... claiming the slavery-revenge movie is "disrespectful to my ancestors."

Lee first went off on "Django" during an interview with Vibe Magazine ... when he was asked for his thoughts on the subject matter and gave the following response:

"I can't speak on it 'cause I'm not gonna see it ... All I'm going to say is that it's disrespectful to my ancestors. That's just me ... I'm not speaking on behalf of anybody else."

He later tweeted about the movie -- "American Slavery Was Not A Sergio Leone Spaghetti Western.It Was A Holocaust.My Ancestors Are Slaves.Stolen From Africa.I Will Honor Them."

"Django" -- which stars Jamie Foxx as a slave who kills slave-owners in the Deep South -- has been drenched in controversy for weeks ... with some critics upset that the n-word is uttered more than 110 times during the movie.

Lindsay Lohan didn't find the new trailer for "Scary Movie 5" very funny -- in fact, she's pissed off at the producers ... claiming they secretly inserted an extra dig at her expense ... simply out of spite.

As TMZ first reported, the working script of "SM 5" contains a scene where LiLo screams bloody murder -- and it's revealed she's just watching her film "Herbie: Fully Loaded."

But in the new trailer released Friday, it shows LiLo screaming at a fake news clip of her probation being revoked instead. We're told the change was NEVER cleared by LiLo.

According to our sources, producers assured Lindsay she'd have the final say on what jokes went in ... so she was livid when she saw the probation joke instead.

We're told Lindsay feels this final joke was meant as payback from producers -- all because they blame her for holding up the shoot and trashing her trailer.

LiLo plans to speak to her team this week over the alleged breach of contract.

Lindsay Lohan and Charlie Sheen share the screen together in "Scary Movie 5" -- and while you think they'd each get made fun of equally, TMZ has learned the majority of the jokes come at LiLo's expense ... and boy do they have a lot of material to work with.

TMZ has seen the working script for "SM 5" (don't worry we won't give too much away) and it starts with LiLo and Charlie in bed making a sex tape (obviously, what else?). As they get started Lindsay tells Charlie, "Okay but let's do this quick, I got a court hearing in the morning ... It's a driving mishap thing."

CHARLIE: "Promise me you won't drive."
LINDSAY: "That's very sweet. You're worried about me behind the wheel."
CHARLIE: "I'm worried about me. I'm a pedestrian."

But wait there's more ...

As things start to get hot and heavy (don't worry they cut down the actual kissing!) Charlie keeps running into LiLo's numerous bodily devices ... i.e. her sobriety monitor, tracking anklet, and a dog shock collar for orgasm help.

Once the scary stuff kicks in -- and Charlie gets thrown across the room -- Lindsay SCREEEAMS ... but it's only because she's watching her own crappy movie, "Herbie: Fully Loaded." In the trailer (below) the joke got switched to her watching the news instead ... which shows her probation being revoked.

We're told the shop wanted $10k for the shoes ... but Chad managed to haggle his way down to a reasonable $8k.

It's a helluva deal -- considering rapper Tinie Tempah dropped $37,500 on a pair of the Nike kicks during a charity auction for the Michael J. Fox Foundation last year.
