Ben Affleck Guy At the End of His Rope ... Yeah, That's Me!
Ben Affleck put the turmoil of his marriage aside, and went right into Hollywood salesman mode ... charming the hell out of Batman fans at Comic-Con.
Ben and the rest of the cast of "Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice" just held their news conference down in San Diego -- and you'd never know he just decided to end his 10-year marriage to Jennifer Garner.
He did make one subtle reference to his personal troubles ... while still wearing his wedding ring. Watch Ben explain how director Zack Snyder convinced him he was perfect for the role. And his story about running into a former Batman is classic ... even if he's told it before.

Chris Tucker Sued Over Netflix Special ... Days Before Release
Chris Tucker should be celebrating this week ... his Netflix stand-up comedy special comes out Friday -- which would be awesome, except for the fact he's getting sued for it.
Comedian Terry Hodges is suing Netflix and Tucker, claiming he's done a ton of work for Tucker on this special -- like editing, writing, acting, and producing -- but hasn't been paid in years. That's right ... YEARS. Hodges says he and Chris started working on the material in 2008!
Hodges says he's racked up $66k in fees, during trips to Philadelphia, L.A., and Atlanta -- and hasn't been regularly paid since 2011. On top of that, he says Tucker promised to make him a co-producer ... which would entitle him to a little back end, but that also fell through.
Tucker's attorney Marty Singer says, "This lawsuit is absurd and completely without merit. We fully expect this case to be thrown out by the court."

The Somerville Fire Department tells TMZ they responded to the call early Thursday morning. It wasn't much -- just a light fixture with smoke coming out of it, which took less than 15 mins to put down.
Kevin posted a funny vid with The Rock as they waited for firefighters to do their thing, but in his caption he mistakenly thanked the city of Boston instead of Somerville. The Somerville Fire Chief did NOT think that was a wickid pissa -- he quickly corrected Kev's mistake when we spoke to him.
The chief did not add, "Say hi to your mother for me" -- but we know he was thinking it.

Sheriff deputies in Martin County, Kentucky tell TMZ ... Sue Bob and her soon-to-be mother-in-law Virginia came in to bail out Sue Bob's fiancé, Eric -- who she also referred to as her brother ... soooo, yeah.
