David Hekili Kenui Bell's autopsy report has been released, painting a clearer and heartbreaking picture of what happened before his sudden death at just 46 years old.

The autopsy report -- obtained by PEOPLE -- was issued by the Hawaii Police Department more than two months after the "Lilo & Stitch" actor died on June 12 on Hawaii's Big Island. The report lists four major diagnoses: acute respiratory failure, sepsis, hypertensive/atherosclerotic heart disease, and morbid obesity.

Atherosclerosis occurs when fatty deposits clog up artery walls, restricting blood flow or causing clots.

Sydney Sweeney may have made her name falling out of her top on "Euphoria" ... now she's continuing the theme in her latest IG post, depicting her first time skydiving.

The TV and film star recently posted video of herself falling out of a plane as she nearly falls out of her jumpsuit, and if any part of her was worried ... she sure as hell didn't let it show. Safe to assume that was all thanks to being tethered with aerial stunt expert Luke Aikins.

Terence Stamp -- who famously played General Zod in "Superman" and "Superman II" and Bernadette in "Priscilla, Queen of the Desert" has died ... his family confirms.

Stamp’s family said the Oscar-nominated star passed away on Sunday morning. "He leaves behind an extraordinary body of work, both as an actor and as a writer that will continue to touch and inspire people for years to come," they said in a statement.

No cause of death has been revealed yet.

Gal Gadot is speaking out after sparking headlines with comments about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and the "Snow White" movie's lackluster performance at the box office.

The actress took to Instagram Stories on Sunday to clarify remarks she made during a sit down on Israeli TV. In the interview, Gadot was asked why Disney's "Snow White" tanked at the box office despite its whopping $200 million budget.

"When the film came out, I felt that those who are against Israel criticized me in a very personal, almost visceral way," she said on IG. "They saw me first and foremost as an Israeli, not as an actress. That's the perspective I spoke from."
