Four of the five members of *NSYNC are in serious talks about giving fans the reunion they’ve been waiting for -- even if Justin Timberlake doesn't sign on ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Lance Bass, Joey Fatone, JC Chasez, and Chris Kirkpatrick have been discussing big plans for the group's 30th anniversary, including the possibility of an arena tour without JT. We're told the guys know demand is still sky high, and promoters believe fans will pack arenas even with just 4 of them.

As we first reported, the foursome were eager to sign onto a massive stadium tour deal from Live Nation and AEG last August for a 2026 run. The offer was presented to all five, but Justin never engaged -- long before his Lyme disease diagnosis made headlines.

Turk of Cash Money's Hot Boys recently filed a comprehensive lawsuit after he was unceremoniously removed from the legendary label's 30th anniversary tour -- but wants the world to know he has no issues with the group -- and yes, that also means his frenemy, B.G.!!!

TMZ Hip Hop caught up with Turk on Wednesday and doubled down on his claims in the suit that he successfully completed several shows ... until promoters Dope Shows Inc. and Artists By Artists Agency LLC revealed they didn't have enough cheddar to fulfill his contract.

Once he refused their low-balling, Turk says he was kicked off permanently, no ifs ands or buts about it!!!

The NFL just announced Bad Bunny will perform at the 2026 Super Bowl halftime show ... and now ICE is announcing their planned appearance -- well, according to Donald Trump’s former campaign manager.

Morgan Wallen didn't fess up immediately to tossing a chair off a rooftop bar ... instead telling officers he has no idea why he was being detained in newly released body cam footage.

The new footage from his April 2024 arrest shows Wallen attempting to leave Chief's on Broadway shortly after the furniture fell several stories down to the busy sidewalk below ... but, once he reaches the street, police officers tell him not to go any further.

A man who identifies himself as Wallen's bodyguard says he didn't see the country star throw anything off the roof ... while Morgan seems content to let everyone around him talk out the incident -- and, he tries to walk off again. NBA YoungBoy's unruly teenage fan from his recent Kansas City concert now has a felony charge to his name before he can even get a driver's license -- for ASSAULT.

Tuesday, the unidentified 14-year-old -- who was filmed wailing the snot out of the 66-year-old usher working inside the T-Mobile Center during YoungBoy's "Make America Slime Again" tour stop in the city -- was charged.

A Kansas City court administrator tells TMZ ... "The teenager is now charged in connection with the attack of a T-Mobile Center employee during an NBA YoungBoy concert last week."

Friday's hearing in federal court -- where Diddy will be sentenced for his conviction on 2 counts of the Mann Act -- is a little more interesting now, because he wants to address the judge. In court docs, his attorney Teny Geragos says, "The sentencing proceeding holds significant importance for Mr. Combs. He wishes to appear before the Court, address Your Honor, and allocute in the most dignified and respectful fashion possible."

They're also asking Judge Arun Subramanian to allow Diddy to wear street clothes, instead of his jail jumpsuit ... clearly wanting to look his best for the big speech.

Diddy's headed for sentencing in his federal criminal case ... because the judge rejected his request for a new trial and to acquit him of his Mann Act conviction.

Judge Arun Subramanian wrote in his 16-page order there's plenty of evidence proving Diddy violated the Mann Act by transporting male escorts across state lines for the purposes of prostitution during his infamous freak-offs. Diddy's freak-offs were marathon sex sessions between his girlfriends and male escorts, with Diddy watching and often recording them.

In the order, the judge said Diddy was right when he argued in his motions for acquittal and a new trial that "the Mann Act’s text and application have changed over the last century."

Rod Wave's "Last Lap" tour didn't conclude as planned, and the Florida rapper is now staring down a new lawsuit filed by concert giant Grizzly Touring, who says Wave made costly mistakes ... to the tune of $27 million!!!

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Grizzly claims Rod Wave and Hit House Entertainment owe the touring company approximately $27 million in unearned advances, insisting the "Rags To Riches" star flat out REFUSED to honor his contractual obligations to secure exclusivity to his live performances.

Grizzly says they advanced Rod Wave and were set to pay him $40,250,000 for 35 shows -- and even advanced him $20,125,000 upfront to cover various costs, including production ... and then advanced even more money for various expenses, bringing the grand total to more than $57 million.

Yet to date, the touring giant says Rod has only performed 26 shows, earning $29,900,000 against the guarantee, and Grizzly says he or Hit House haven't complied with their demands for the extra $27 million owed on the advances!!!

To add insult to injury, Grizzly says they've been watching Rod's pockets and saw how he spent the unearned advance money on private jets and a lavish 2nd home.

The lawsuit claims Rod Wave also announced plans to launch a new tour through his own touring company ... which Grizzly says is a blatant violation of his obligation to give them exclusivity under the contract.

All in all, Grizzly says it is owed more than $27 million for the advances plus additional damages for their lost profits ... and they want the judge to block Wave from performing any concerts in violation of the exclusivity provision of their deal.
