Oliver Tree‘s team wasted no time fulfilling his wishes following his sudden death earlier this month -- they've officially launched Dr. Oliver Tree's Extremely Epic Art Grant for Baby Geniuses foundation.

The heartwarming news was announced Friday, with an Instagram post shared on his official account explaining he "was on a mission to bring the world together through art and inspiring other artists to create," and therefore started the non-profit 'Baby Geniuses' foundation.

The foundation's website says it awards money to successful applicants so they can produce and create in music, film, installation, and performance art ... and that the projects "should reflect the spirit of the work Oliver Tree created in collaboration with the foundation’s board members during his lifetime."

Lionel Richie was rushed to a hospital after falling ill onstage Wednesday night in the middle of his concert ... TMZ has learned.

Lionel Richie had a rough night onstage, cutting short his Minnesota concert after falling ill onstage in front of a packed crowd.

The legendary singer was performing "Dancing on the Ceiling" at Grand Casino Arena in St. Paul on Wednesday night, when he started feeling dizzy and was forced to sit down.

Videos posted on social media show Richie belting out the song as he walks around the stage before parking his butt on a platform. 

Bailey Zimmerman is off the hook in his criminal case after prosecutors dropped charges against him for allegedly trashing his New Mexico hotel room.

The country singer's attorney tells TMZ ... Bailey immediately took responsibility for his mistake and, as a result, the Bernalillo County District Attorney quickly resolved the case.

The DA's Office told TMZ that the charges were dropped because Zimmerman paid full restitution to the hotel.   

English singer and songwriter Bishop Briggs was 23 years old when she dropped her hit song "River" back in 2016.

The bop was a strong alternative radio hit -- peaking number 3 on the US Alternative Chart -- and has been streamed more than 715 million times on Spotify.
