Taylor filed a motion on Tuesday to dismiss Vegas showgirl Maren Wade's trademark infringement suit ... according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.

Taylor's lawyers also argue there's no plausible likelihood of confusion between Taylor’s record and Maren's "Confessions of a Showgirl" brand … since their goods and services are completely different, calling it "absurd" that consumers would confuse the two.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce won't have any bad blood between hangry patrons at their wedding this weekend ... because food for the event was just delivered ... and it's everything you could want at an intimate rehearsal dinner and 1,000+ person party.

Boxes are being rolled off a truck at Madison Square Garden as we speak ... and, thankfully, they're labeled -- so we can tell you everything the guests can sample.

The latest clues? Sabrina was spotted grabbing a slice at a New York City pizzeria Tuesday night ... while Ed was seen dining with Taylor's longtime collaborator Aaron Dessner on Saratoga Lake in upstate NY.

The celebrity sightings are starting to feel less like coincidence ... and more like the wedding guest list slowly rolling in for the big day.

The vintage tee is sparking all kinds of questions ... did Taylor hand him the shirt for this job, did her work on her tour, or is the guy just a full-blown Swiftie?

We told you all about it ... plaintiff Rita Butler Barrett sued Michael Jackson's older brother in December 2023, claiming he "violently" raped her. She said Jermaine unexpectedly showed up at her Encino, California home in the spring of 1988 and raped her for several minutes until he abruptly stopped, leaving her traumatized.
