Netflix is shutting the door on another luxury real estate series ... 'cause TMZ has learned "Selling the City" will not be returning for another season.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the decision ultimately comes down to strategy -- we're told Netflix wants to focus on just one real estate franchise, and that crown belongs to "Selling Sunset."

The New York-based series -- which premiered in January 2025 as part of the growing "Selling Sunset" universe -- followed a group of elite agents navigating the ultra-competitive luxury market while working under the Douglas Elliman banner.

"Love on the Spectrum" star Georgie Harris wasted no time after splitting from Connor Tomlinson ... she announced she's got a new love dove in a post shared Sunday.

Georgie announced that she's started dating her friend of 3 years -- Luke Cardon -- whom Georgie says "matches [her] energy."

Sources close to production tell TMZ ... the delay isn't about anything happening in Orange County ... it’s actually all about "Selling Sunset." We're told season 10 of the flagship series hit a snag amid a cast shakeup, and now it’s taking priority.

Our sources say the belief is that "Selling the O.C." has been pushed to the back burner while production focuses on getting "Sunset" up and running again.

3:36PM PT -- A source close to Nicole tells us … Louis also agreed not to allow Huda to meet their son and that Nicole knew Huda was unstable and insecure from the very beginning.

We’re told Louis was living with Nicole and their son, and when she asked him not to allow someone who he just met to track their son’s whereabouts, Huda "went crazy on him." According to our source, after everything happened in February, Louis told Nicole she was right the whole time, down to her asking him not to let Huda know where his and Nicole’s lives.

Our source tells us Louis stayed with Nicole for the whole week after this incident. We’re told Nicole made sure Huda never met their son and that Louis encouraged Nicole to file the restraining order and sent Nicole texts between Huda and him.

Louis Russell was on "Too Hot to Handle," not "The Ultimatum" ... but he says his ex gave him one concerning their kid -- break up with Huda, or you can't see your son!

In court documents, obtained by TMZ, Louis claims his ex-girlfriend, Nicole Olivera, has "unreasonably" cut off all contact between him and their son, Luka ... despite Louis saying he agreed not to have his girlfriend Huda Mustafa with him during their visits.

According to the papers, Louis alleges Nicole is using Luka "as a bargaining chip" and has threatened to move out of state. He expands further ...

Nicole Young has officially closed the book on her time with "Selling Sunset" ... and she's starting a new chapter in Tennessee.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ … Nicole and her husband, Brandon, bought a home in Nashville -- and she's officially not returning for the upcoming tenth season of the hit Netflix real estate series.

We're told Nicole made it clear to Netflix she had no interest in returning to 'SS' and producers haven't reached out to her since the last season aired ... but her move back east is looking pretty baller.

A contestant who filmed Netflix's dating show "Age of Attraction" is now opening up about one major detail about her love life.

Ashley Marie took to TikTok after the show premiered March 11, revealing she actually participated in the series ... but her storyline didn't make the final edit.

"I was on Netflix to do a show -- 'Age of Attraction'," she said in the video. "I know what you’re thinking ... wait, we didn't see you. Sadly, my story was cut."

Ashley explained she didn’t apply for the show herself. Instead, a friend who had been contacted by casting passed along her name to producers and the message reached her on her 38th birthday.
