We interrupt our usual TMZ coverage for a SPECIAL MESSAGE from the tightrope guy in the Super Bowl halftime show -- "My nuts are fine."

TMZ spoke with Andy Lewis ... the slackline trickster who repeatedly bounced HARD on his crotch during his show-stealing routine -- and he tells us he totally understands why people would be concerned for his man parts.

Lewis -- who has a sponsorship deal with Gibbon Slacklines -- told us, "I've been doing it for years ... and over time your nuts harden to steel."

The daredevil says he doesn't wear a cup ... but notes he's very careful about testicle placement ... "You just try to not squish and pop them ... so you put them to one side."

Michael Lohan was taken to the hospital early Friday morning after experiencing chest pains ... TMZ has learned.

According to our sources, Lohan was transferred from a rehab facility in Palm Beach, FL. We're told doctors found more blood clots and put him on medication to try and break them up.

Our sources say doctors feel they don't need to perform surgery, but they want to keep in the hospital for a couple of days to make sure the medication works.

This is the second time in two months Lohan has been hospitalized for heart problems. He had surgery to repair a blockage back on December 5.

"Mob Wives" star Renee Graziano was rushed to a NYC hospital by ambulance today ... just hours after feds busted her father and several other Bonanno crime family members.

Sources close to the Graziano family tell TMZ ... Renee had a panic attack, collapsed, and had trouble breathing when she got news that her dad, Anthony "TG" Graziano, had been arrested in an early morning raid.

A "Mob Wives" rep confirms Renee was admitted to the emergency room and is still getting treatment right now.

Further upsetting for Renee -- the fact her ex-husband played a role in her father's arrest. Hector Pagan, who's appeared on the VH-1 show, has reportedly turned rat for the DEA.

DMX had the plane ride from Hell last night -- throwing up all the way from Miami to Charlotte, and then rushing straight to the hospital after landing.

According to DMX, he had some "bad shrimp" at his baby mama's house in Miami before he got on a plane -- commercial -- and then spent most of the flight tossing his cookies in the lavatory.

X tells us ... as soon as he touched down he went to Gastonia Memorial Hospital outside of Charlotte ... by limousine. Puking, but still balling!!

X spent about four hours in the emergency room getting treated for food poisoning, and then headed home.

Demi Moore was rushed to the hospital Monday night ... and we're told the issue is substance abuse.

Law enforcement tells us a 911 call was placed at 10:45 PM Monday night. Paramedics responded to Demi's L.A. home and after assessing her for a half hour, she was transported to a local hospital.

Sources tell us she is being placed in a facility to "seek further professional assistance." Our sources say the treatment is for substance abuse.

Demi's rep tells TMZ, "Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health. She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends."

Tracy Morgan left Utah Monday ... with a breathing tube secured in his nose that was attached to an oxygen tank.

The photog asked Tracy just before he boarded the plane if diabetes or alcohol played a part in his 911 emergency at Sundance, when he fell into unconsciousness.

Tracy gave 2 answers:

TMZ has obtained the 911 call placed moments after Tracy Morgan fell unconscious yesterday at the Sundance Film Festival.

According to the caller -- who identifies Tracy as "a celebrity" on the phone -- the actor had a high fever, and was in possession of antibiotics for an infection in his foot. His breathing was "not normal." The caller says he's not sure if Tracy had been drinking.

TMZ broke the story -- Morgan was rushed to the hospital last night after delivering an acceptance speech at the Creative Coalition Spotlight Awards, after the actor lost consciousness.

Multiple eyewitnesses claim Morgan was slurring his words during the event and appeared extremely intoxicated -- but a rep for the hospital where Morgan was subsequently treated insists ... neither drugs nor alcohol were found in the actor's system upon medical evaluation.

Before Tracy Morgan fell unconscious at a Sundance award event last night, the actor hit the red carpet with the co-producers of his new film "Predisposed" -- but something wasn't right.

Tracy looked in good spirits on his way into the Creative Coalition Spotlight Awards -- smiling, chatting -- but for some reason, one of his producers felt the need to constantly reassure the actor under his breath ... saying things like, "I'm right here" ... "We got you."

It's unclear from the footage what was bothering Tracy.

TMZ broke the story ... Tracy fell unconscious later in the evening after delivering a near-incoherent award acceptance speech. He was subsequently rushed to a nearby hospital in an ambulance.

A spokeswoman for Park City Medical Center -- where Tracy is being treated -- claims neither drugs nor alcohol were found in Tracy's system upon medical evaluation.

Kevin Federline was rushed to the hospital after his heart showed signs of distress.

The pic shows Kevin wearing an oxygen mask earlier today in Australia, where he was shooting a reality show, "Excess Baggage."

Federline -- who is 33 years old and significantly overweight -- was playing football with an Australian rules football team when he fell ill. K-Fed, who is 6', weighs 231 lbs.

We're told he spent the night in the hospital for observation.

Tracy Morgan was rushed to a hospital moments ago at the Sundance Film Festival -- after the actor fell unconscious at an award ceremony ... TMZ has learned.

Tracy was being honored at the Creative Coalition Spotlight Awards in Park City, Utah -- and sources tell TMZ, he appeared extremely intoxicated during his award acceptance speech.

We're told Tracy was escorted out of the building soon after his speech -- and fell unconscious outside the building.

Law enforcement sources tell us, an ambulance was then dispatched to Tracy's location.

We're told Tracy was picked up and rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. Calls to Tracy's rep were not immediately returned.

Amy Roberts, a spokeswoman for Park City Medical Center, tells TMZ no drugs or alcohol were found in Tracy's system upon medical evaluation.

Morgan's rep, Lewis Kay, also released a statement saying, "From a combination of exhaustion and altitude, Tracy is seeking medical attention."

Kay adds, "He is with his fiancée and grateful to the Park City Medical Center for their care. Any reports of Tracy consuming alcohol are 100% false."

NHL superstar Taylor Hall is lucky to be alive after an ice skate ripped his skull open -- and his team just tweeted the first photo of the nasty ... NASTY aftermath.

The Edmonton Oilers star forward suffered a Frankenstein-like gash Tuesday night when he fell during warmups, and collided with a teammate who couldn't avoid slamming his skate on Hall's head. He needed 30 stitches to stop the bleeding!

Hall -- who's been out of the lineup since the injury -- was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident. NHL players are required to wear helmets during games, but not warmups.

The Oilers are now advising their players to wear helmets -- while other teams are making it mandatory.

"Avatar" actress Zoe Saldana is one real-life badass action hero -- rushing to the aid of an elderly woman in L.A. yesterday ... after a car accident left a bloody gash on the lady's face.

According to reports, 33-year-old Zoe was driving along in Culver City when she noticed the accident and jumped into action -- helping the woman out of her car and onto the sidewalk.

Saldana called 911 on her cell phone -- and then stayed by the woman's side until an ambulance arrived.

For the first time since accidentally walking into a spinning plane propeller last month, model Lauren Scruggs was pictured in seemingly good spirits as she left a Dallas hospital with her parents on Tuesday.

The 23-year-old lost her left eye and left hand in the horrific Dec. 3rd accident and has been undergoing extensive rehab.

According to a federal report just released, the pilot of the plane claims he attempted to warn Scruggs about the propeller and guide her to safety. When he thought she was out of harm's way he returned to his seat, only to then hear someone scream, "Stop, Stop."

Those stitches on Bruce Jenner's face are the aftermath of a serious skin cancer removal surgery ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with Jenner tell us ... Bruce went under the knife Friday.

Bruce went to the doctor because he saw a small red mark on his face. His doctor removed a piece of it and after a biopsy it was determined to be skin cancer.

Gene Hackman spent the night at the Florida hospital where he was treated for injuries he received in a car vs. bike accident Friday ... but TMZ has learned he was treated like the VIP that he is.

Informed sources tell us ... Hackman was assigned to a special hospital room for important patients where doctors could keep a close eye on the 81-year-old.

We're told doctors were concerned about a large gash on his forehead ... coupled with the fact that he's an older gentlemen who was HIT BY A CAR!!!

Heather Locklear is currently being treated in an intensive care unit -- this according to a spokesperson for the hospital where Heather is staying.

According to the spokesperson, Heather is in good condition and she is medically stable. Heather is currently getting one-on-one care.

According to the spokesperson, she is not currently receiving visitors. Heather is currently being clinically evaluated and will continuously be throughout the day.

The spokesperson said Heather was brought in yesterday in "serious condition" -- and as of now, the time and date of Heather's discharge is unknown.

3:10 PM PST -- The spokeserson just made another announcement, claiming Heather has been upgraded to "good" condition ... but is still in the ICU. According to the spokesperson, Heather has been spending most of the day sleeping, but when she was awake, the actress was "chatty."

The spokesperson claimed Heather was in an "agitated" state upon her arrival to the hospital -- and she "was not speaking in coherent terms."
