Wendy Williams took the name of her concert -- "The Sit Down Tour" -- to heart, when she took a big fall, but recovered like a pro.

Wendy was at The Hobby Center in Houston Saturday night when she apparently tried getting off stage but misjudged the stairs.

The full name of the tour "The Sit Down Tour ... Too Real for Standup."

Wendy brushed it off, and the show continued.

Annie Lennox's daughter is ok after a kayaking accident in upstate New York, but her long-term partner is still missing.

The 22-year-old model turned artist Tali Lennox and her boyfriend, 32-year-old Ian Jones, apparently fell off their kayak Saturday morning. Authorities say Tali was rescued by a boat that happened to be nearby, but there was no sign of Ian.

Ian reportedly was not wearing a life preserver. Capt. John Watterson from the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office reportedly said, "We believe that alcohol may have played a role."

Tali was a very successful model, fronting products for Topshop and Prada, before becoming a portrait painter last year.

Yolanda Foster thinks her leaky breast implants were making her preexisting medical condition debilitating, so she's had them removed from her body ... and it changed her life.

According to our sources, the 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star had both implants removed this week. Foster says her doctors discovered one of them was leaking silicone, and they immediately realized it was exacerbating the symptoms of her Lyme disease.

Foster was diagnosed with Lyme disease in 2012 and her condition became so serious earlier this year, she lost the ability to read, write or even watch TV.

But doctors think Yolanda's condition will become way more manageable ... it won't cure her, but it will help keep the symptoms in check.

We're told she's already feeling a lot better.

Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are now sporting matching footwear ... unfortunately that footwear is a walking boot.

Ripa previously broke her foot in a gym class and now Consuelos has joined her on the IR ... after tearing a calf muscle.

Jose Canseco's gonna be a daddy again -- if he can just sort out some fertility issues that might be tied to his past steroid use ... according to his wife, Leila Knight.

Leila was leaving Katsuya in Hollywood and decided to break the news -- she and Jose are trying to get knocked up ... with TWINS! Leila says they're going through in vitro right now, and they're even removing those pesky 'Y' chromosomes to ensure they get girls, 'cause she doesn't want carbon copies of Jose and his twin bro. Her words, not ours.

But she admits there's some stuff Jose has "to get off of and get on" before they get the job done. And don't miss her jab at Jose's age at the end!

Gunfire rang out Monday night outside a concert featuring J. Cole and Big Sean in Holmdel, New Jersey, and it may have been triggered by the victims trash talking a woman.

According to the NY Daily News, a witness claims the two victims had been talking to a woman in the venue's parking lot, "talking about her body," when a guy came over and began firing.

The men are both in a hospital in critical condition. The shooter got away.

"Street Outlaws" star Daddy Dave was thumbs up during his hospital stay ... even though he can't remember why he ended up there.

Dave's wife Cassi tells us Dave is healing up pretty well after the accident ... and was released from the hospital early Monday. He'll go back home to Oklahoma to recover.

We're told he's been having problems with his short-term memory after suffering a concussion from the horrific crash. He's been told numerous times what happened, but he keeps forgetting.

As we reported, the accident occurred Saturday.

Dave's lucky ... and his family keeps reminding him of that.

Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka -- a wrestling legend who had an intense rivalry with "Rowdy" Roddy Piper in the 1980s -- has been diagnosed with stomach cancer.

The bassist for Slipknot was rushed to the hospital by ambulance in the middle of the band's performance.

Alessandro "V Man" Venturella got onstage with the band Sunday night in Hartford, Connecticut but after a few songs the band abruptly stopped and went backstage. They returned minus V Man, and lead singer Corey Taylor told the audience, "I'm sorry to say that our bass player, Alex, had ... something happened."

We've learned Alex was rushed to the hospital for convulsions. It's unclear what his condition is this morning. The band continued its performance.

Slipknot's original bassist, Paul Gray, died in 2010 from an OD.

2:20 PM PST -- Daddy Dave's wife took to his Facebook to let fans know that despite a concussion, bruised lung and some bumps and bruises, Dave is recovering in his own room.

The video is horrific ... a drag race comes to a quick, violent end when Daddy Dave from "Street Outlaws" loses control of his vehicle and it slams into a wall and barrel rolls.

It happened at the Amarillo Dragway in Texas Saturday night. Dave was driving a nitrous-fed Chevy II and struck the wall seconds after the race started.

Janet Jackson has put her life on hold to take care of her dad while he recovers from 3 heart attacks, and she's the only member of the brood who made the trek to Brazil.

We're told Janet arrived in Brazil Tuesday to tend to her father, cancelling rehearsals for her upcoming tour. We're told Janet limited the access to ICU, where Joe was hooked up for nearly a week.

The good news ... Joe's now out of ICU and on the mend. He's eating solid foods and the goal is for him to regain enough strength so he can get on a plane and return to the U.S. for further treatment.

We're told La Toya and Jermaine were talking about flying over, but when Joe's condition improved they decided to wait until he came home.

If all goes well, Joe could return home as early as Monday.

Legendary TV actress Valerie Harper was rushed to the hospital Wednesday night in Maine ... TMZ has confirmed.

Harper was at a theater where she was getting ready to go onstage for a play, when she went unconscious.

Someone called 911, an ambulance arrived, but by then Valerie had regained consciousness.

As for how serious ... we're told the ambulance driver did not use his siren, but obviously it's still serious.

The 75-year-old was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer in 2013 and only given three months to live ... but since then she's responded well to treatment and even performed on "Dancing With the Stars."

According to the hospital, she was discharged Thursday morning.

"​The Bachelorette" star Shawn Evans says he was the victim of "reality-star-on-reality-star crime" ... after getting hit in the head by a brick.

The alleged brick tosser is Mickey Rapaport, aka Mickey Coco, who was featured on MTV Canada's show "Grand Benders."

Shawn was leaving a bar in Grand Bend, Ontario last week when Mickey allegedly hurled a brick from a second story balcony in Shawn's direction, hitting him in the head.

Canadian cops arrested Rapaport for assault with a weapon and busted Rapaport's son Justin as well ... for obstructing a peace officer.

Evans says he suffered a concussion and plans on suing.

L.A. Dodgers 3rd baseman Justin Turner shoulda oxy-cuted the massive pimple on his leg -- because it got infected ... and things got so bad, he was taken to the EMERGENCY ROOM!!!

It's pretty gross ... Dodgers manager Don Mattingly said Turner noticed something was wrong on his inner thigh on Sunday -- and was given medicine, but it didn't heal.

In fact, things got even worse -- so, he was taken to an emergency room where he was treated for an infection ... stemming from the pimple ... and missed the Dodgers game on Tuesday night.

Justin later said the pimple was an ingrown hair that "blew up" and got infected.

Liam Neeson had fans worried when he was spotted over the weekend looking frail and gaunt ... but his rep says the "Taken" star is in good health.

The rep says the 63-year-old actor is "healthy as ever," despite his ghostly appearance in the pic. The rep adds Neeson changed his diet and started doing more exercise about a year ago and credits that for the weight loss.

Plus, the rep says ... it's just an unflattering pic.

Apparently one of Neeson's "particular skills" ... is not always taking a great photo.

WWE superstar John Cena -- star of one of the biggest movies in the country right now -- broke his nose during Monday Night Raw last night ... after Seth Rollins bashed him in the face with a flying knee.

Despite blood dripping from his honker, the "Trainwreck" star continued with the match

WWE doc Steve Daquino says Cena suffered a nasal fraction -- and explained, "He’s got quite a bit of displacement, so we sent him over to the local emergency room so he can be evaluated by the ears, nose and throat doctor who’s on call tonight and see what can be done to properly repair it."

Damn.

By the way, Cena ended up WINNING the match.
