Ben was wicked scruffy and puffy as he walked around South Boston Wednesday scouting locations for his upcoming Prohibition era flick, "Live By Night." He's set to direct and star in the film.

We'll just assume (and hope) he's letting it grow for the role.

Scott Disick and a hot leggy blonde put in some hardcore hours -- partying together all over NYC from daytime, into nighttime ... straight into Thursday morning.

Francis touched down Tuesday afternoon at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland before heading to the Vatican Embassy. Sticking true to his nickname of "The People's Pope" .. the Fiat 500 starts right around $20k.

Ben and Jen were seen leaving Nobu Sunday night in Malibu. While the maybe exes have been together semi-frequently since annoucing their divorce in June, it's usually because they're doing things with their 3 kids.

The Nobu date was strictly for adults. According to ET, they drove there together and left together ... but there was no PDA.

Ray J left Henry’s in West Hollywood Monday night with a case of the late night munchies -- easily cured by some street meat.

Ray J hit up a hot dog vendor and whipped out a hundo for 2 bacon wrapped dogs, and let the guy keep the change on a $100. Average price on the dogs is usually $5, so yeah ... nice tip.

KJ was out car shopping ('cause one Ferrari's never enough) in Calabasas, and what an incredible difference a few days makes! The pic on the right is Kylie at NY Fashion Week.

The 18-year-old is now the reigning popularity queen in the fam, but we can't recall her rocking such a natural look in public since her pre-teen days. Nice to know Tyga's GF can still look like she's 18 every now and then.

Although we doubt he sees it that way.

Chris Brown is winning in the dad department ... believe it or not.

Chris brought his 1-year-old daughter Royalty onto the hardwood at the Power 106 All-Star Celebrity Basketball Game over the weekend in L.A.

Right now, Chris and baby mama, Nia Guzman, switch custody every 4 days -- and daddy Brown frequently brings her to work ... for adorable photo ops.

Y'know how proud parents are always showing you pics of their "cute" kids? Even when they're not really "cute?" Well, luckily Royalty actually is, since this is becoming a thing.
