Snoop Dogg's birthday bash was dropped because it was literally too hot Friday night after a fire broke out in a club holding the event.

A source at Heat Ultra Lounge tells TMZ a decorative chandelier burst into flames around 11:30 p.m. The crowd of about 600 had to be evacuated and Snoop's party was canceled, we're told he was just about to take the stage.

We're told the blaze started after Halloween decorations on the ceiling overheated. The damage was minimal but a sprinkler system flooded the club's floor.

Former Playboy Playmates Karissa and Kristina Shannon were rushed to the hospital Monday after a horrific accident where Kristina rolled their SUV ... and then got arrested for DUI.

Sources close to the twins tell us they were on their way to get their nipples pierced (yes, really) when Kristina lost control of their G-Wagon in Beverly Hills. Karissa had to be pulled from the vehicle through the windshield and firefighters cut open the SUV's roof to rescue Kristina.

Law enforcement sources tell us the twins were taken to a local hospital for treatment. Amazingly, they made it out with just scratches and bruises. Kristina was cited for misdemeanor DUI while she was still in her hospital gown.

Sadly, getting wasted in public has kinda become the girls' thing lately.

Madonna has a superfan ... ex-husband Sean Penn, who was smack dab front and center at her Wednesday night concert in Vancouver.

Penn took in the show alongside Amy Schumer, who opened for Madge earlier on tour, but Penn only had eyes for his ex-wife.

It's the second time in a month he's caught his ex on the road, the last time being this past September in NYC.

All that staring might have paid off ... Madge dedicated the song "Secret" to a "special guest." The lyrics start, "Things haven't been the same since you came into my life, you found a way to touch my soul and I'm never, ever, ever gonna let it go..."

Simon Cowell celebrated his 56th birthday with Ryan Seacrest, his GF ... and a 'Real Housewife.'

We're told Cowell's baby mama Lauren Silverman set up everything for the celebration dinner at Sur Lounge in West Hollywood ... where celeb guests included Ryan, designer Rachel Roy, and Lisa Vanderpump. Makes sense, since it's her restaurant -- plus, we're told LV and Silverman are longtime pals.

Seacrest surprised Cowell with a mini Maybach. The ex "American Idol" co-stars have a running joke about Cowell's 5'9" height ... which is funny, coming from Seacrest.

Based on Simon's reaction, size doesn't matter to him. Not on his birthday at least.

Drake breezed into a club Sunday night and hung with a woman -- not Serena -- which tracks with what we're hearing ... that Drake isn't dating the tennis star.

Drake spent more than 2 hours at The Nice Guy in West Hollywood. He arrived alone and left alone, but people in the club say he hung with the woman who entered and exited just minutes after Drake.

Her name is Ravie Loso -- an Instagram model -- who definitely has a similar build as Serena, and is clearly into Drake. While they were in The Nice Guy, she tweeted ... "Ever since I left the city you ..." -- lyrics from his song, "Hotline Bling."

Our Serena sources insist Serena and Drake are not dating, despite the pics showing physical interaction. The sources say they're long time friends ... and that's it.

Justin and Kourtney arrived separately at The Nice Guy in WeHo, but when they re-surfaced they were a unit ... getting in Justin's SUV and taking off.

Tyga and Kylie Jenner arrived in style at 1OAK nightclub in West Hollywood Friday, but the Ghost proved a little too much for them as they entered the parking lot, crashing into another ... Rolls!

The crash didn't cramp their style ... they went in and partied inside the club.
