Caitlyn Jenner's late friend Sophia Hutchins is at the center of a new court battle from beyond the grave ... with a judge ordering Apple to turn over access to her private email accounts.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, a Los Angeles County judge granted a request from Hutchins' mother, the administrator of her estate, to recover information tied to her Apple accounts and directed Apple to assist in the process.

The judge authorized Hutchins' mom, Amy L. Andrus, to seek access to data tied to Hutchins' accounts.

Duane Ollinger, the star of Discovery Channel's "Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch," has died at 68, TMZ has learned.

A family source tells TMZ Duane died yesterday at a Texas hospital following a battle with ALS.

The Texas oilman became a fan favorite on the reality series, which follows Duane and his son Chad as they hunt for a legendary cache of lost Aztec gold believed to be hidden beneath their sprawling Utah property.

Spencer Pratt is close to securing political success and advancing to the L.A. mayoral runoff election -- though he would still have one more challenge to face.

So far, the reality star has won 30.4% of the vote as of early Wednesday morning ... putting him in second place in the primary election behind his arch nemesis, Incumbent Mayor Karen Bass.

Bass has so far raked in 34.8% of the vote to put her in first place, earning her a spot in the general election on November 3 in Los Angeles. City Councilwoman Nithya Raman is currently in third place with 22.3% of the primary vote.

Lindsay Hubbard blew up on West Wilson during the latest part of the "Summer House" Season 10 reunion ... and it's a hard watch.

In the episode, Amanda Batula shuts down and exits the stage in tears after she can't take the heat from her castmates ... and West just sits there. That is, until Lindsay screams at him to "man up" and chase after his girl.

West, however, isn't sold that's the best move ... arguing that they'll all just attack him for leaving, too. But, Kyle Cooke -- Amanda's estranged hubby -- takes a calm approach to the situation, and his advice encourages West to head on out to check in on Amanda.

They say she ultimately admitted she had recently used marijuana.

Antonella -- who rose to fame as a contestant on Season 6 of 'Idol' and later served prison time in a federal drug trafficking case -- is currently on supervised release stemming from that conviction.
