Brandi Glanville says her ongoing health battle has left her pretty much living like a recluse ... telling TMZ she barely sees anyone besides her kids.

The 'RHOBH' alum sat down with Towanda and said she isolated herself over the past few years, even from friends who were trying to check in on her.

Brandi says she'd stop answering calls and texts because she never had any new answers about what was going on with her health ... and says some friends thought she was just depressed because they didn't believe something physical was wrong.

"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" alum D. Smith says he's detransitioning after living publicly as a transgender woman for 12 years ... and will now present as a man and use he/him pronouns.

The Grammy-nominated producer announced the change Thursday on Instagram, saying the decision has been taking shape over the past several months.

Smith says those years were not a mistake and aren't something he's trying to erase ... writing, "Living my life as a woman for 12 years showed me the man that I wanted to become."

'Mormon Wives' star Miranda Hope didn’t hold back her feelings after Taylor Frankie Paul left a flirty comment on a TikTok video featuring her ex-husband Chase McWhorter. 

A woman named Emma Ellis posted a TikTok where Chase tries to kiss her on the cheek. Taylor commented under the post an sticker reading, "I'm kind of jealous." 

Miranda quickly replied to the post with her own sticker of a man holding a sign reading, "Bitch, you on some weird s***." 

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Dorit Kemsley should be paying her estranged husband, PK Kemsley, child support ... at least according to PK's accountant.

In new legal docs obtained by TMZ, PK's accountant said Dorit should be shelling out $581 a month in child support even though PK's average monthly income is around $107,943.

Dorit's monthly income was redacted from the document ... and the accountant's child support claims would indicate she earns more per month than PK.

The accountant says Dorit spent $32K on family expenses from January 2026 to August 2026, plus another $435K on clothes and jewelry, and $56K on travel.

Taylor Frankie Paul may want to switch to showers ... because her mom says a 'Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' scene showing TFP taking a bath is downright gross.

Liann May vented her frustrations with Season 5 of the hit reality show in a TikTok video ... saying this was the worst season so far ... and TFP's scenes felt like watching another person.

She specifically mentions the viral bathtub scene ... when TFP shoves her mouth under the faucet and laps up a few mouthfuls of New York City bath water while taking a bubble bath with her mustachioed ex, Ben Lambert.

Kendall Jenner is putting to bed rumors that she slept with Cara Delevingne, but she also jokes that she's not opposed to sleeping with her close friend.

Prosecutors going after Kim Zolciak's son Kroy Biermann Jr. for an alleged sexual battery just filed emergency docs in his criminal case ... and it looks like they want to talk to some underage kids.

According to the court docket, obtained by TMZ, the prosecutors filed a motion asking the court to order forensic interviews of "minor children." No other details are available at this time.

Forensic interviews are conducted by professionals, and it appears the information gathered would be used in the case.

Kim Kardashian's children are getting court-ordered protection against the man she says sent her Plan B and has previously shown up outside their house ... and he can't get near them for half a decade.

Kim asked a judge back in July for her permanent restraining order against Nicholas Costanza to include protections for North West, Saint West, Chicago West and Psalm West ... and now we've learned her request was granted in a Sept. 10 court hearing.

The restraining order is set to expire at midnight on Aug. 3, 2031 -- a five-year window.

Taylor Frankie Paul's parenting time has been reduced after she allegedly failed multiple court-ordered drug tests amid custody disputes with ex-husband Tate Paul and ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the case tell TMZ ... Taylor allegedly failed multiple drug tests in the last 60 days. As a result, we're told the court ordered that she be limited to 8 hours of parenting time each week -- four with her 2 kids with Tate, and four with her child with Dakota.

The alleged substances involved remain unclear ... however, we're told at least one of them is not commonly available as a prescription med.

Sources close to Taylor tell TMZ ... there's been a strict gag order in the case, so they view any information leaked to the media as a continuation of the harassment and intimidation Taylor's experienced throughout the custody battle.

We got the 'RHOA' legend in NYC and our photog asked her about Kim's son Kroy Biermann Jr.'s felony charges for alleged sodomy and sexual battery.

NeNe said she has been in contact with Kim via text ... telling us, "As a mom, I'm sure she's not okay."

Kim Kardashian has been awarded just one euro for the infamous 2016 Paris robbery she says was "deeply traumatic" ... but it sounds like this is the outcome Kim wanted.

A Paris court awarded the compensation on Tuesday -- which was the amount she had asked for -- and recognized her as a victim of the harrowing incident.

Kim and stylist Simone Harouche -- who was at the hotel when the robbery went down -- tell TMZ in a joint statement ... "We are grateful to the French justice system for recognizing us as victims of the terrible events that took place in Paris in 2016. The experience was deeply traumatic, and its impact has stayed with us."

The statement continues ... "Today's decision is not about the compensation, but about accountability and recognition. We are thankful to the Court and everyone who supported us throughout this process, and we hope to now move forward and continue to heal."
