The flight instructor in Argentina who jumped to his death in the middle of a training flight was seeking psychiatric help ... but his dad says no one informed his colleagues.

Álvarez Bertazzo told local media his son Leandro Andrés Bertazzo was going through a "rough patch" when he jumped from a plane, leaving his student to land the aircraft.

The dad told La Nación his son had consulted a psychiatric clinic for whatever he was going through -- but his colleagues were left in the dark.

Newly released police records are shedding new light on Darrell Sheets' death ... authorities say the "Storage Wars" star left behind a suicide note and had recently argued with his son.

According to the Lake Havasu City Police incident report, obtained by TMZ, detectives found a handwritten note tucked inside a black basket in a bathroom closet near where Darrell was found dead. Police summarized it as reading, "I could not take anymore the Facebook bulling, f*** you [redacted]" ... adding the handwriting appeared shaky.

The report also paints a clearer picture of Darrell's final night. His girlfriend told detectives he couldn't sleep, got out of bed in the middle of the night, and moments later she found him standing in the doorway of his office ... telling her to "go back to bed" before a single gunshot rang out.

Attorney Ben Crump seems to think the state of Mississippi is trying to sweep the death of 18-year-old Nolan Wells under the rug ... and he's not going to let that happen.

Ben joined us on "TMZ Live" Thursday ... and the attorney was adamant the contradictions in Nolan's case can't justify investigators ruling out foul play ... especially because of Mississippi's history of "racial killings where no one was held accountable."

Ben ... as well as Nolan's parents ... decided to have Nolan's body flown from Mississippi to D.C. for an independent autopsy ... wanting to distance the case from MS authorities ... with the parents saying they "are not trusting people who are affiliated with Mississippi law enforcement."

Robin Antin is opening up about the devastating loss of Lauren Bennett, sharing an emotional tribute to the late singer ... and remembering Lauren as far more than a collaborator and former protégé.

She died exactly 31 years after her son, Damien Cord, passed away at age 26 from a heroin overdose. She shared Damien with actor Alex Cord.

Joanna played a spy in 1967's "Casino Royale," which starred David Niven as James Bond. She was also known for playing one of the 8 Vassar graduates in the 1996 film, "The Group." She was also in the 1968 Western, "Blue," in which she starred opposite Terence Stamp.

She starred in a number of television films, including 1974's "Welcome to Arrow Beach," 1978's "The Evil" -- both horror movies.

She also appeared on TV, acting in four episodes of Rod Serling’s NBC early 1970s anthology series "Night Gallery" and landed a recurring role in "Knots Landing" in 1983 as homicide detective Janet Baines.

Joanna studied acting at Neighborhood Playhouse and landed a handful of Broadway roles before breaking into TV and film, such as in "Poor Richard," which saw her take the stage opposite Alan Bates and Gene Hackman.

Interestingly enough, she was one of the last people to see Sharon Tate alive -- she and fellow actress Barbara Lewis enjoyed a lunch rendezvous with her hours before Tate and four others were murdered by Charles Manson's followers in August 1969.

She was 83.

Bonnie Tyler -- the legendary Welsh singer and 3-time Grammy nominee -- has died ... according to her manager.

Bonnie's manager, Matt Davis, tells TMZ her family and team "are heartbroken to announce that Bonnie unexpectedly passed away" Wednesday night in a hospital in Portugal "as a result of the illness that she was being treated for."

Tyler's death comes after she needed emergency surgery and was hospitalized in Portugal. Doctors put her into a medically induced coma to help with her recovery.

Ayzia J. Toledo -- an influencer who went by Ayzia J on social media -- was sober for months and rebuilding her personal brand before she crashed her car and died.

Ayzia's brother, Javeer Peterson, tells TMZ ... she wasn't out partying before the fatal wreck, and was traveling from one booking to the next when she lost control of her BMW and hit a tree.

The TV star's parents, Mariano and Beatriz, tell us Cristina went into cardiac arrest Monday while she was at her day program. She was rushed to a nearby hospital where she died despite doctors' best efforts to save her.

Cristina appeared on all four seasons of "Born This Way," which documented her career aspirations and loving relationship with her husband, Angel.

Unfortunately, the pair split in 2021 and cited the COVID-19 confinement as a stressor on their relationship.

8:56 AM PT -- Late fitness and "looksmaxxing" influencer Connor Murphy had an eerie final post on YouTube ... uploading a clip days before his death that was captioned "Obituary Pending."

Fitness and "looksmaxxing" influencer Connor Murphy has reportedly died following a drowning incident in Thailand.

The influencer, who boasted 2.6 Million followers between Instagram and YouTube, was reportedly acting erratically when he returned to a luxury residential village by taxi on Tuesday, according to Thai outlet Thai Rath. He then allegedly tried getting into another car, but the driver refused due to his alleged behavior ... leading him to grow agitated and start shouting.

That's when locals called the police, and upon their arrival, Connor reportedly fled through the village and jumped into a lake ... where he swam until he allegedly exhausted himself and drowned.

The deadly drive-by shooting in Florida that killed influencer DreamDoll Brii -- real name Brianna Johnson -- also killed her cousin ... TMZ has learned.

The Miramar Police Department tells TMZ ... Brianna's cousin, Arthur "A.J." Lee Johnson III, died in the hospital after suffering critical injuries in Sunday morning's ambush.

As TMZ first reported, Brianna was fatally shot early Sunday morning after leaving a party in Miramar. She had two passengers in her car, who were both rushed to the hospital in critical condition.

The frantic 911 calls made moments after influencer DreamDoll Brii was gunned down in a Florida drive by shooting have been released ... and they're heartbreaking.

TMZ has obtained the chilling emergency calls made to Miramar Police, capturing the panic that unfolded in the immediate aftermath of Sunday's deadly shooting.

In one call, a man can be heard frantically pleading with the dispatcher, repeatedly shouting, "Please help me! Please help me! Please! Please!" as he begs for officers to rush to the scene.

Influencer Ayzia J. Toledo -- who went by Ayzia J on social media -- is dead after crashing her car into a tree.

Ayzia was driving a BMW on a New Jersey freeway Sunday night when she lost control of the car, drove off the road, flipped and slammed into a tree ... according to New Jersey State Police.

Police say Ayzia and her front seat passenger, Henrietta Carter, were both killed in the crash ... while a third passenger in the backseat survived with minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital.

Lauren Bennett's father is breaking his silence on her tragic death ... and he says the family is pissed at her doctors.

Richard Bennett shared his heartbreak in a social media post Tuesday ... claiming Lauren "experienced a severe reaction to a prescribed medication" months before her death.

Louise Lasser -- famous for her work in Woody Allen movies and her starring role in "Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman" -- is dead.

The actress died on Monday at her home in Manhattan ... according to multiple reports. The official cause of death is unclear but Variety reports she died of natural causes.

The comedy actress and writer got her start in Woody's films before getting the top billing in the iconic "Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman" ... where audiences around the country would see her marvelous portrayal of an Ohio housewife on nighttime TV Mondays through Fridays.

Lauren Bennett's sudden death is under investigation in England ... and while the coroner is involved, it could take months before we have any answers.

UK authorities tell TMZ ... the Kent and Medway Coroner Service is leading the death investigation, which will proceed until October 30.

We're told Lauren died May 29 in Meopham, and the death investigation was opened on June 12.

A private memorial service in London was held in the musician's honor about a week and a half ago, with Lauren's family and closest friends gathering to celebrate her life ... including her former bandmates from G.R.L. and Paradiso Girls.
