Kelly Rowland was unfazed by the fur protest that hijacked her book signing, showing no signs she'll change her wardrobe.

Kelly landed at LAX Thursday and only chuckled when our photog asked about the animal rights protest Wednesday at a New Jersey bookstore where she was hawking her new book, 'Whoa, Baby.'

Kelly was Coachella-bound -- even with her old group mate having to bow out -- and had no problem telling us which performer she wants to see most.

Kendall Jenner has chosen Coachella as the place she'll return to the spotlight after the epically disastrous Pepsi ad.

We've learned Kendall will host a party for the Bumble dating app in Rancho Mirage this weekend. The company is taking over a mansion in an exclusive gated community and will create a winter wonderland with real ice and snow ... in the desert!

Kendall will also guest DJ at an event over the weekend.

The events were scheduled a while back but Kendall has been MIA since the Pepsi ad exploded. The organizers were extremely concerned she would bail, but we're told she has now given assurance she will be at both events.

We're told Kylie will be by Kendall's side at both events.

3:19 PM PT -- Sean Spicer has formally apologized for his comments comparing Hitler to Bashar al-Assad. He told CNN Tuesday, "I mistakenly used an inappropriate and insensitive reference to the Holocaust. There is no comparison."

Sean Spicer should be fired for saying Syria's president is worse than Hitler ... so says the Anne Frank Center.

The Center's executive director said Spicer's statement is "the most evil slur upon a group of people we have ever heard from a White House press secretary." He also called for Spicer's immediate termination.

Spicer's been under the gun since Tuesday's press briefing, where he said not even Adolf Hitler sank to using chemical weapons like Present Bashar al-Assad did on his own people.

Spicer also flubbed while trying to clarify, adding ... "He was not using the gas on his own people in the same way that Assad is doing." The fact Hitler did just that, and in far greater capacity than Assad, has Rep. Nancy Pelosi also demanding Spicer be fired.

Karrueche Tran and Quavo from Migos are definitely the real deal, but their relationship isn't real romantic just yet.

Sources connected to both of them tell us Quavo's been hanging with Chris Brown's ex-GF for a few months, and while it started in the friend zone ... they've gotten much closer lately. They've juggled their schedules to wedge in a few dates.

That includes this past weekend in Biloxi where they rode off together following Migos' concert. We're told neither's calling it "exclusive" at this point -- they're just enjoying each other's company.

Sounds a lot like happily banging ... to us, anyway.

Kendall Jenner's Pepsi ad has cops on the soda company's tail ... cops from the police department depicted in the video.

You see an emblem on the cop's shirt sleeve with the words, "San Francisco Police." There's also an eagle spreading its wings ... pretty much like the real SFPD uniforms except the color scheme is different.

Sources at the San Francisco PD tell us Pepsi never asked permission to mimic their uniforms. What's more, the sources say they're working with the City Attorney to determine if producers crossed the legal line by using the logo, which the City considers proprietary.

True enough ... pics of the emblem are featured in behind the scenes footage of the making of the commercial -- footage that was released online and got lots of views, and might now land producers in even more hot water.

Kylie Jenner's the prize in a battle between rapper 21 Savage and his rival, 22 Savage ... who just recorded a love song of sorts to woo her.

TMZ got ahold of the track, "Kylie's Daddy," which features 22 S as well as teen sisters, Iliana Eve and DJ Hannahbella and singer, Ziggy.

The track will be part of the sisters' debut album, "Daddy Issues" -- but the real issue here is 22 Savage making such a public play for Kylie ... after 21 Savage made it clear HE wants to make it nasty with her.

21's already got beef with 22 over the whole name thing, and this song won't help. It has 22 and Iliana dropping pickup lines on Kylie! We're told it'll be on iTunes and Spotify in the next week or so.

BTW, no truth to reports 21 Savage collaborated on the track. Pretty sure this won't be on his playlist.

There's actually an explanation -- though not necessarily a good one -- for Pepsi's decision to run the disastrous Kendall Jenner ad ... but to understand you have to take a trip back to the '60s.

CLICK THIS LINK and check out the second photo ... it became world famous, shot in Washington, D.C. in 1967 during a Vietnam protest. It shows a demonstrator with flower power approaching a slew of cops armed with bayonets.

Bjorn Charpentier -- the director of photography for the Pepsi ad -- tells us it was this picture, and not a Black Lives Matter protest, that inspired the commercial. Substitute Pepsi for a sunflower, and there you have it.

Lots of people assumed the inspiration for the scene was the Black Lives Matter protest last July in Baton Rouge, where a woman in a sundress stood peacefully as cops approached her.

Charpentier insists his shoot had nothing to do with that demonstration ... it was all about flower power.

By the way ... Charpentier shot a commercial in 2014 for the Leica Camera company which showcased recreations of 100 famous photos, including the 1967 flower photo. So, that was on his brain.

Kendall Jenner was the face of the Pepsi commercial and that's it ... she had no involvement in the creative process ... sources involved in the production tell TMZ.

Our sources say she signed on to do the gig and with no knowledge of the marketing vision ... she just knew the brand was big. She clearly knew the story line once she got the script, but the creative was already a done deal.

As we reported ... Pepsi pulled the commercial and apologized for missing the mark and also "for putting Kendall Jenner in this position."

It explains why Pepsi specifically apologized to Kendall in its statement.

Kendall Jenner was in a cover-up of sorts after Pepsi yanked her ad ... hiding her face as she walked past a bank of paparazzi in Paris.

Paps got Kendall Wednesday at a Paris airport, where she was predictably tight-lipped about the backlash she and Pepsi got for the tone-deaf ad.

The Kendall Jenner Pepsi protest commercial featuring American flags and what look like San Francisco cops went off with a bang ... as in Bangkok.

It's kind of weird ... Pepsi presented the ad as a slice of Americana, yet jumped through hoops by shooting in Thailand.

Extras were dressed in jackets emblazoned with American flags, the cops sported SFPD badges and the theme of the commercial was inspired by protests in America ... it just wasn't shot there.

In Pepsi's defense ... there was a Starbucks nearby.

Pepsi has officially folded and pulled its Kendall Jenner ad after an online revolt ... and issued a special apology to the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star.

The company was ducking for cover all morning, as people railed on the ad which made it look like Kendall Jenner could bring unity between cops and protests like the Black Lives Matter movement with a can of soda.

Pepsi released the following statement -- "Pepsi was trying to project a global message of unity, peace and understanding. Clearly, we missed the mark, and we apologize. We did not intend to make light of any serious issue."

The company goes on to say, "We are removing the content and halting any further rollout. We also apologize for putting Kendall Jenner in this position."

DeRay Mckesson, the face of the Black Lives Matter movement, said what's on the minds of many ... how could the brain trust at Pepsi have thought this was cool?

As for Kendall ... she's removed all references to the commercial on social media.

Kendall Jenner's Pepsi ad is about 15 years too late and it totally misses the point, according to Rosario Dawson, who once used cola to mock soda companies that exploited social injustice.

Rosario starred in the Chemical Brothers' video for their 1999 song, "Out of Control" ... in which she plays a revolutionary heroine who makes peace with rioting police by sharing a soda.

The video was intended to be a satire on the U.S. advertising culture, which tries to get its hands into everything and anything where it can make money.

Rosario has seen Kendall's version, and responded this way ... "Eerily reminiscent of Chemical Brothers "Out of Control" vid we shot in Mexico City ~ 15 yrs ago sadly minus the point."

DeRay Mckesson, the face of the Black Lives Matter movement, thinks the Kendall Jenner/Pepsi ad is a shocking example of exploitation for profit.

Mckesson, who has been arrested and tear gassed during various protests, is appalled the brain trust at Pepsi didn't have a clue the ad -- which conveys the message a can of Pepsi can resolve the conflict -- was so tone-deaf.

He clearly thinks this is capitalism at its worst.

Kendall Jenner jumped into the Black Lives Matter movement in the worst way possible, and Pepsi should be ashamed of itself for orchestrating it ... so says Charlamagne tha God.

"The Breakfast Club" host echoed a chorus of outrage over the ad, which suggests a can of soda can solve the problems between African-Americans and cops.

Charlamagne doesn't expect more from the Kardashian family, and also thinks now's the perfect time for Coca-Cola to seize the moment.

1:10 PM PST -- Sources close to the situation tell us the two are NOT together ... Rob was only at Chyna's to see his daughter. We're told Rob's been focusing on his health and being a good father.

Rob and Blac Chyna are back together which for some is good news, but not for their neighbors, who are asking cops for advice on what they say has become a dangerous situation.

We've learned the on-again, off-again couple is back under Blac Chyna's roof in her gated San Fernando Valley neighborhood. We're told Rob moved in late last week.

Law enforcement sources tell us cops were in the gated community Tuesday for an unrelated matter when several neighbors flagged them down and ticked off a laundry list of complaints against Rob and Chyna. Among them ... they said there were "thugs" visiting their home, who did not go through the front gate but rather jumped the wall, avoiding security. The neighbors called them "riffraff."

The complaints go on ... Rob parks his car on the front lawn because Chyna has a fleet of cars that take up the proper space. The neighbors also say the noise is unbearable, at all hours.

Our sources say cops told them there's nothing they could do but they should take it up with the homeowner's association. But cops said the house is now on their radar.

The neighbors said the community is filled with "affluent people" ... lawyers, athletes and actors and they told cops they were worried Rob and Chyna would bring property values down.

Tampa Bay Bucs quarterback Jameis Winston completely blew it at an elementary school speech to kids ... telling the crowd men are supposed to be strong and loud -- and women should be silent.
